Tolga is amazing! He's licensed & insured. Has a Masters & PhD from USC! Tons of experience. He called me minutes after I searched for an engineer on here. He drove from Tarzana & showed up early at my project site next day. The plans finished in time for City Hall's plan checker (only Tues & Wed mornings!) Designs were professionally done, stamped, info labeled each page. Also included advanced calculations. He gave me NO runarounds, no sorry stories or excuses like others do. Tolga is easy to deal with and is reachable unlike others. He treats all projects the same. His prices are reasonable! Receipt given. I recommend Tolga 100%!
