Alex was very helpful. He spent a lot of time going over the repairs, fixed the sprinklers right then and there, reset the sprinklers and for his time spent and services performed charged a modest fee. This was for work done several months ago. I called him back last week as there was a leak in my old system, once again he fixed it immediately for a modest charge. Alex is very personable too.

I continue to use Ramona & Sons and have for three years now. I originally hired them for a small project at a property I manage. Their professionalism, enthusiasm, and intensely hard work have proven time and time again to be spot on. I now have used them to landscape three properties and maintain them. They install and troubleshoot and repair sprinklers. They have great suggestions for plantings and even thinning out some of my current plantings to spread the extra ones around, thus eliminating the need for purchasing more. They even helped me repair a back gate with a broken handle. The owner Alex is exceptional at running the business, takes classes, uses technology (text, email, credit card payments) and sends me photos from the nursery for approval. I get professional invoices. His English is excellent. Anytime I want something additional or something fixed, he is on it immediately without extra cost. I highly recommend them!

They have been Fantastic and pay attention to detail

I hired Ramona Son (tree services) at the suggestion of my neighbor, who, in conjunction with a pretty stuffy HOA, allowed us to trim our collective, two-story hedges. Jonathan Infante said the job would take two days. They did not show on the first. When they arrived the next day. a) they rushed b) they did not cut the hedges evenly. c) the left stumps showing d) they left a mess not just in my yard (think: fire hazard), but in my other neighboring yard. He is the head of the HOA and is mad at me now. e) They butchered my lower hedges so that a few weeks later they are dead. I called Johnathan to get them back out and he said **we MIGHT be able to get out in a month - call me back**. Two weeks later, I called him again to express my utter dissatisfaction and he refused to do anything about it. I am going to file a suit in small claims court in that I did not just get a bad value - I have thousands of dollars in damages. Avoid this company like the plague.

Company is following up with their initial analysis to try and correct the lawn problems.

Don t look elsewhere! Alex is great and he will not disappoint you. Alex replaced a water shut-off valve, replaced a sprinkle valve and fixed my sprinkler heads. Alex uses quality parts from an irrigation company, not parts from a big box home improvement store. What this means is that his repairs will last and so really what you re paying for is PEACE OF MIND. Alex will treat your property like his own. His goal is to fix the issue once and he guarantees his work with a warranty. Alex is honest, hardworking and very thorough. He focuses on the details that most people will miss. On top of all this, he loves his job and it shows in the quality of is work! Thank you, Alex!

Great service .. Fixed my sprinklers and reset my timer and fixed a broken pipe .. Very nice guy that came and showed me some things about my grass very informative . I will definitely use them again .

Alex who we are currently working with us is extremely professional. He is always on time and if he is not able to arrive at the time scheduled he always calls to let us know he is running late. Showed up early. Was courteous & professional. Analyzed our problems, pointing out legitimate problems that were buried & unseen. Reworked our entire sprinkler system. Now we are saving water & no longer flooding out neighbors and sidewalks. The work was performed in only a few hours & at a very reasonable cost. Will gladly recommend them & will rely upon for any future needs.

They were very professional and helpful. So young to have already accomplished so much. I went to pick out plants with Alex, very intelligent young man with a great heart. Very attentive. Reached out to owner via text about some leaking sprinklers, was fortunate enough to hear from them right away, followed by repair work two hours later. They could not be nice enough.

My request was a little unusual (replace a spigot) but they handled it quickly, at a reasonable rate, were very timely and very professional.
