This is a carpet cleaning company with personality. They've done a few jobs for me over the years, and I'll keep coming back to them. Their work speaks for itself.

In only two hours, Alex and Linz cleaned everything! The carpets and oriental rugs were clean again, looking great, and they sanitized and scotch-guarded everything. It looks like a new house. The guys were very business-like and polite and were great about moving the furniture (chairs, etc.).Before I paid Alex, I went over the whole house, and every stain was gone. The only problem they had was with the heavily-tracked area between the kitchen and dining room, which has always been a problem, no matter what kind of carpeting we've had. It lightened up a lot, though, and Alex said it would lighten even more when it dried. After they left, I went in and wrote their names down so that I could request them next time. They worked so quickly and so well together, but were very efficient. If I had known it would have gone this smoothly and would have been done this quickly, I would have had the carpet cleaned sooner! They will definitely be coming back!

They arrived on time and got to work immediately. Cleaned the carpet and removed all the stains. Overall good work.

Henry arrived promptly, assessed the work that needed to be done, made relevant recommendations, and went on to do an excellent job in all the areas that needed service. He was extremely professional and pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using this company again.

It went ok but the "extra" needs for my carpet made the cost unexpected and so much more than planned. Of coarse it was "up to me" if I wanted to do the "extra" but isn't that why I wanted to get my carpets cleaned in the first place! I think all that "extra crap" is a way for them to make "extra" off the customer at the time of service and that makes me mad as a consumer!

Two guys showed up on time. They were very professional and went above and beyond. Honestly, I got a great deal and they did a great job.

Excellent experience. Henry arrived within the window of time that we were told to expect him. We had purchased a $97 special on Angie's List for 2-piece upholstery cleaning. We paid an additional $40 for deodorizing. Henry did an excellent job, was very professional and our couches look great. There was some sticky tape residue that didn't come off, but he warned us in advance that might not be the case. Would definitely recommend.

Had a situation where I needed to get my carpets cleaned pretty immediately. They were able to come out the next day. The carpet is trashed but they made it feel pretty soft and got all the cat smell out. Didn't try to sell me on any additional services, and were generally just very positive. I made an appointment online. It was fast and easy. They arrived within the 2 hour window. My 2 area rugs were thick shag, so they said it would be best to take them back to their facility to clean. They gave me a return time 6 days later. Again they arrived on time, the rugs look great, and I didn't have to pay until I had them back.

It went very well. They were expedient and professional.

he did a very detail, thorough job on all 8 area of the house, KJ take his time to inspect all the nook and crannies for dirts.

Khaled called me when he was within half an hour of my house, and as a pleasant surprise, actually showed up earlier than the four hour window. He was friendly, professional, fast, and did an absolutely fantastic job on my couches. He cleaned up any excess water left behind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the service. I will absolutely be using Quality Carpet Cleaning Inc for any upholstery cleaning needs I may have.

They did a great job. They were on time and worked hard to get some stubborn pet odors out.

The serviceman, Kara, was wonderful. Arrived on time and worked very hard to get out the old stains. Ir was a really hot day and he did all he could. I called the company to see about coming back (they have a 30 day will come back and try again guarantee). I made the appointment with no hassle and Kara returned again. I would use this service againand I recommend it to anyone needing carpet or upholstery cleaning services.

Because I had wooden floors he wanted to steam clean the couch outside. It was a warm day so it dried in one day. The only problem was getting to couch back in the house after he left.

!It was FABULOUS; we had Lorenzo and Albert from Quality Carpet Cleaning do the job and they did super!!! protected all the walls with corner protectors, got all my spots up (I thought would not come out), left no mess, moved furniture as needed. I have paid 3 times as much for much less of a job. I want this company and these guys again. My partner was so impressed they she is going to buy the service from Angie's list too and request this two guys. Great job, great value, great people! Will use again and again!

He came in and cleaned my large couch quickly and well. Knew what he was doing. Price was as quoted. Pleased with work and customer service.

Removed all three area rugs, cleaned them well and returned them. They were able to provide the service quickly, in a short time frame.

The stairs came out better than expected as did the couch. I knew many stains would not come out but they look so much better!

I was impressed by the communication from the Provider before I scheduled my services (quick, responsive and patient). And then the day of my services the Provider arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time frame (loved it). The Provider advised me of what I purchased and made a couple of suggestions in addition to what I purchased. There was no pressure...no switch and bait...just facts. I was pleased with the services and the cleanliness of my carpets (look and smell). I was pleased with the professionalism and I was pleased with the price. I would use this Provider again! Thank you!
