Turned up on time, very polite and hard working - gave me multiple options for stubborn stains and whether I wanted scotchguarding - no hard sell. He went at it like a Spartan race, and got major stains out - some color transfer didn't get removed but I certainly don't think there was much he could do about it - at least he gave it a go. Nothing but A+.

It went perfectly. The technicians showed up on time, scoped out a plan, and began. The carpet was good quality nylon but was more than 10 years old had not been cleaned in a few years. So I was not expecting perfection. However, upon completion, it looked good as new. All the spots were gone and heavy traffic areas looked the same as areas under tables that had no wear at all. Altogether a great experience. I thought I had hired this company in years past, but was mistaken. I would not hesitate to call on them in the future.

Were very friendly and the service was great. They went above and beyond and fulfilled what I was told they would provide. My tile and grout looks like new! Would highly recommend and will call again.

He was very professional. He explained what he was going to do. He asked if I wanted scotch gard, which I did. He explained about pet stains and the chance of them returning. We had another company clean the carpets last year and the pet stains returned. In this case the pet stains did not return. I appreciated the time he took to talk to me.

Great job. Carpet is old and worn. I didn't expect miracles, but carpet is at least nice and clean now. They showed up on time, did their work and left. Very pleased. This is the third time I've used them!

The two men who came to the house did a good job. They were careful to put a waterproof tarp on the floor before starting the project. When they were finished they cleaned up and offered to move the furniture if I wanted them to.

I purchased the deal (8 rooms for $165) in May of this year, however, it took until recently that I was able to take advantage of my purchase. Quality Carpet Cleaning recognized my purchase right away and respected my decision to schedule the work at my convenience. When I was ready to have the work completed, the scheduling process was very easy and all done online--my preference, including my requesting that the work team show up at the beginning of the promised window, if that was possible. Well, it ended up that it was possible and the Angel and his partner showed up on time and ready to go. A little background on my carpets - I have four active boys and the carpets had not had a cleaning in quite a few years. I had been planning to replace the carpet but things happened and this wish needed to be put on the back burner for now-- which is why I decided to clean up the carpet. I was hoping to that the cleaning would lessen the stains/spots especially in the busy rooms in my house. Before my appointment, I moved most of my stuff - chairs, plants, piles, etc., off the carpet. However, some of the heavier items I left for the cleaning team. When Angel saw the condition of my carpets, he suggested pretreatment (an additional $135) and I agreed. The end result? My carpets look wonderful even with the few spots that I was told that wouldn't budge at the time of cleaning, the age of the carpet, and the use it's had over the years. The entire job took about 1-1/2 hours, with another 24-36 hours for thorough drying. Now, almost two weeks later, my carpet still looks great, no returning of spots. I would definitely recommend Quality Carpet Cleaning and Angel's team to anyone considering getting their carpet cleaned.

The individual who did the cleaning/sealing was prompt and professional. He did a thorough job of cleaning tiny WHITE octagonal tiles bordered by WHITE grout. I had tried many products, but could not get these tiles and grout clean! He cleaned them well with his company's spray cleaner and a specific sponge that can be purchased in the grocery or drug store--a great tip! He then sealed the area --twice. I was very satisfied.

My experience with the service for the big deal from Quality Carpet Cleaning was fine, everything was good. I had the service done just a few days after the big deal purchase. They ended up thinking that one of my area rugs needed to be cleaned and also to reason as to why it should be cleaned. I don't know if the reasons were valid or not but they made it sound pretty dire so I let them do that. They had to take the rug. They couldn't clean the rug. The reason why I was having my carpets cleaned was because I was having a big party early in August and I said you have got to get the rug back. First they said it would be like 2 weeks. I said if you are going to take it and clean it, you will have to have it back within such and such date or else you are not going to take it. They promised that they would and they did have it back on that date but I felt some high pressure. The rug does look nice and it smelled clean. It looked like they did a good job but they charged $400 for that in addition to the $97 big deal price. It is an area rug in the living room, it is 8 by 10 so it is not a small rug. The guy who came didn't do the cleaning actually because his weight was around 400 pounds and was not just getting around very well. He said he was an expert on carpet and cleaning and tried to show me all sorts of pictures of the place that they take it to be cleaned. He kind of snowed me a little bit but the carpet is clean and it looks very nice. They got it back on time. I just didn't expect that kind of high pressure sales kind of thing.

Went well and would use this company again.

I was impressed with the time it took them to get to my home also the efficiency and speed in completing the job. I plan to call them back to clean my living room chairs.

They came and did a good job despite being late. In the end I was happy and will use them again.

STEPHEN AND ULISAS WERE FANTASTIC NOT ONLY DID THEY STEAM CLEAN THE TILE THEY WERE ON THEIR HANDS AND KNEES SCRUBBING THE FLOORS AS WELL AND USING A BRUSH TO CLEAN THE DIRTY GROUT GREAT JOB

It went great! They arrived on time and did a good, thorough job for the quoted price. The carpets looked MUCH better afterward. . . dramatic difference.

I felt Quality Carpet Cleaning Inc. did a reasonable job cleaning the carpet. I wasn't "wow'ed" by the before/after difference and there were a few spots they should have addressed better. They came back out and re-addressed those spots with no issues/questions. Good customer service/responsiveness.

Got the yelp deal to clean & protect our couch... we didn't think about the color choice (light beige) and the fact that we have two dogs when we bought it. They showed up when they said they would, honored the deal easily, and did a good job.

The people who work for this company are very helpful and hard working. The lady who scheduled my appointment was kind and understanding. The work done was high quality. They did an excellent job cleaning my extremely stained carpet.

Provider arrived on time, discussed what was to be cleaned. He got to work immediately, did an excellent job. The kitchen feels almost new. Thank you.

The man who came to do the work was rude and disgusting. He walked around the house farting and burping and making disgusting throat noises. The job was not done well and was did not hold up. We have had grout work done previously at a different home so we know what good grout work can be. This was horrible. Here is an update dated 10.13.15 After reading my first review someone reached out to me and offered to come by and inspect the work and see if we can rectify the situation. The appointment was set for this morning from 8-11am so I took the morning off work to be here for them to come by. No one showed up. Not surprising considering the belching farter that showed up last time but still incredibly disappointing and rude. Not only do I have to pay another company to fix the crappy job that they did the first time, they have now cost me additional money by wasting my time when I took time off work. This has been such a wretched experience. The professionalism of the staff went from horrible to atrocious.

Happy with the service. The provider did focus on the stains I pointed out to him.

Kudos to Mitch for a fantastic job on my carpeted TV lounge area! Some spot treatment was required, and any problem areas were handled with aplomb. Carpet looks better than it ever has.

My carpet is beautiful! I have never had my carpets cleaned since it was installed 8 years ago. There were cat hairball stains, wine stains, and dirt spots throughout the house. Everything was completed in 1 1/2 hours. I would definitely recommend Quality Carpet Cleaning, Inc. They are extremely reasonable, appointments are easy to make, and the job was completed without any mishaps. This is saying a lot since I have two inside cats and two more that come in at night.
