I made the appointment on Thursday, the technician was here on Friday. We had about a half a glass worth of red wine spills on the carpet that I was sure would never come out. After a mere 45 minutes, my highly-trafficed carpets look brand new. My cost break-down is as follows... 1 Hallway, 2 bedrooms, 1 closet; regular carpet cleaning = $90 2 rooms teflon carpet protection = $50 Wine stain removal = $90 Overall, I would recommend and rehire.

Quality Carpets did such a fabulous job the carpets looked brand new again, and the sofas looked much better than I thought possible. Not 100%, but certainly well enough to get another 5 years use out them. I would deginitely recommend Quality Carpet - they gave me a great service, true skilled professionals.

My job was for 3 rooms- i actually had 3 6 x 10 area rugs. he was on time and was friendly. then when i asked about doing a few other outdoor cushions the prices he quoted were insane. so i passed. he did the 3 rugs very fast, and when done said he couldn't get the stains out which is why he was brought in- then the edges of the rugs were not cleaned at all- i had to go back over them myself and do it by hand. then one of the rugs after was not soft- actually dried very hard and uncomfortable to walk on... not a great experience or result and won't use ever again. dave

they did a good job. i have to say, the deal i bought was for two pieces of furniture. i was immediately told that my sofa may need an extra treatment to clean it (which would be extra) and I ended up saying 'okay forget the other chair and just do the sofa for the original price'. by the time they threw in a scotchguard it was still a bit extra but I would use the company again as my sofa looked like new after the technicians finished and they didn't make any kind of mess.

The gentleman was very neat and laid out cloths to protect the floors. He was very thorough and did a great job. Afterwards, he cleaned up and put the couch back to its original position. I would definitely use them again. I even got a call from the company later in the day to ensure I was happy with the service.

They did their job. I don't remember if they arrived on time. It's been awhile.

The carpets were cleaned fine but not the bathroom tile. They could not remove rust stains in the shower. The only spot that was clean was the one were he tested. He tried cleaning it twice but to no avail. I was very disappointed. I feel I should get a partial refund. The worker was very responsive and punctual.

The service was great! He was early, professional, knew what he was doing and cleaned a sofa that I thought had been lost to my two dogs and made it look brand new! and then they called a few days later to make sure the service was satisfactory. Great company!

I don't write a lot of reviews but this is without a doubt THE BEST CARPET CLEANING COMPANY my wife and I have ever found! We have hired all kinds of services from Sears to Stanley Steemer to private companies but nobody ever did this well. They showed up on time, did a terrific job and then followed through with inquiries afterwards from the office to make sure everything was all right. We have an ivory colored carpet in the living room that nobody could ever get completely clean- it looked good for a while but then the stains would always come up- but Quality Carpet Care got it perfectly clean! It looks like the carpet is brand new weeks later. These guys were so good, and so polite, that we would not hesitate to use them again. We have already recommended them to several of our friends. Arrived on time and completed job in good time. Two guys worked hard under very warm conditions. They did the best they could without moving any heavy furniture.

Most of the spots were all removed.

The price was good, the service technician arrived on time and was very nice. He did a fairly decent job with cleaning the carpets although a couple of the heavier soiled spots remain, however he left the carpet a bit damper than I would have liked. Personable vendor, but overall, an average job.

It went ok and they were on time but there was some confusion over the two pieces of furniture. On the phone they said two pieces was ok but in person he said I could not do two pieces with coupon. He was going to charge me extra. I had to talk to his supervisor about it who allowed me to do the two pieces. Also he moved the tv and some wires to clean behind it. He kind of implied he's not supposed to but did as courtesy. I probably preferred he didn't move anything but oh well. Then he said everything would be dry in 24 hours, carpet was still damp after 24 hours. I felt like carpet was over saturated. There's another provider on Angies list that advertises a quicker dry. Will probably go with them next time. I chose this company more for the Angies deal.

They were good and delivered what they promised!

It went as expected, but make sure you protect baseboards or cabinet bottoms because some water could get spills when they scrub.

This was my second time using Quality Carpet. 2 workers showed up on time and evaluated number of rooms. I added rooms over Angie's list coupon deal. Price was very reasonable. Workers started immediately and worked hard to get the job done, approx 1.5 - 2 hrs. Everything went well, carpets looked good and not excessively wet; dried in 24 hrs. They don't move furniture unless it's small or you request it. I moved most furniture myself, it's easier for me and I feel more comfortable doing it myself. Plus, I prefer them to concentrate on cleaning. Overall, they did a good job and I would use them again.

Quality Carpet Cleaning did a fabulous job. I was able to get an appointment right away, over the phone for a Saturday. The appt window was 3:00 - 6:00 pm and their rep arrived at 4:00 p.m. That guy worked so h****** these two pieces. I opted to purchase some additional deodorizer (remember - pets!) and scotch guarding to help protect the fabric and make the benefits of this cleaning last. So that bumped the expense by $50. I didn't mind paying it because their rep did such a thorough job on each and part, taking time to point out trouble spots and how he planned to address them. It was late in the day and I'm sure he had to be tired but he worked really hard to clean these old, comfortable pieces, spending about an hour and a half on the job.

Very nice job, completed quickly. Made it easy, they worked while I waited. The results look good and I didn't need any further work done.

Great! Alex was wonderful- efficient and very helpful. He helped me move items out of a room that we had not planned on cleaning, and was not ready. He was careful to cover my hardwood floors as well.

The gentlemen arrived on time, was professional and courteous, made sure I was satisfied with each area he cleaned and made my sofa smell really good.

He was very fair and did an excellent job. He offered to do the traffic areas of 2 rooms for the price of 1 room, which helped me. I didn't need the carpet cleaned under the furniture, anyway. I would definitely use him again!

Arrived on time and professionally cleaned the carpets in my clients' home. Worked hard to do a good job and made sure we were satisfied. Worked quickly and conscientiously. I have used them many times. Good job cleaning the furniture in my own home, too.
