I wasn't that impressed by the quality of work.

I had my master bedroom, family room and a love set cleaned and I couldn?t have been happier with everything from setting up the appointment to the carpet technician showing up on time along with the job he did. He was also a very friendly and easy to work with. I also appreciated the follow up phone call to make sure all was well and that I was happy. A few days after the cleaning when the carpet dried I noticed a circle where the technician had set his sprayer. We all mistakes and it boils down to how does the company handle a problem. I called the office and was told not to worry and a follow up appointment was made and the technician again arrived on time and assured me not to worry that it come out. It turns out that I still could see an issue when the carpet dried. I again called the office and they had a stain expert come out to work his magic and guess what the carpet looks AWESOME. This company provides "WORLD CLASS SERVICE" and they have earned a customer for LIFE.

Showed up on time, was courteous (did upswell me on some deodorizer, but was nice about it), showed me initial progress then finished the job. All in about four hours.

Amazing Customer Service. They came out and cleaned all of our carpets and carpeted stairs. There were some pretty nasty stains (from the previous owners of course) and they were able to get most of it out. Whatever remained, they came back a second time to remedy it for us! Super accommodating and hard working people. Will use again for sure!

I didn't know it was possible to love a carpet cleaning company. They come, clean the carpet, and leave. But I can honestly say that I love Quality Carpet Cleaning. To start, their customer service is amazing. I called to schedule my appointment and Sandra was incredibly kind and accommodating. She scheduled my appointment on my preferred day and time and listened carefully to what I needed and assured me it would be taken care of. On the day of my scheduled service, the two gentlemen showed up on time and were both incredibly friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently and when they were done, I almost didn't recognize my carpets. They looked absolutely beautiful. They even took it upon themselves to clean my little entry rug! To top it all off, someone from Quality Carpet Cleaning actually called me a couple hours after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. I didn't know that even happened any more! Such a wonderful experience beginning to end. I am definitely a customer for life and will refer them to all my friends and family.

Did not go well, the voucher said list three dates and the company would call to schedule within two days, they did not, I had to contact them, they couldn't find the order, and she had to call me back. I explained that I had pet stains, and that the carpets were pretty dirty. Eventually scheduled it, the guy was on time, but within five minutes of him being there he looks at the carpet and says "oh you've got pet stains..." I explained that I told the woman that, and he starts immediately with the up-sale, "well, the regular cleaning won't get the pet stains out... you need to have an enzyme treatment...it's an additional $50 per room..." etc, etc. The deal was for three rooms plus upholstery cleaning, i didn't get any upholstery cleaned. When he was getting started he tells me they don't move any furniture, something that nowhere in any of my conversations with the lady at the office, was ever discussed. I think that is kind of an important thing to know. So we ended up having to move all the furniture that morning while the guy waited. Then move it around so he could clean all of the carpet. I am almost 60 years old, and I didn't really appreciate this. From the get go, the guy had an attitude like I was dumb and didn't know anything about carpet cleaning, granted I'm not a pro, but I've cleaned a few carpets in my time. After about 30 minutes he says he's done and packs up. I write him a check for the additional "enzyme" cleaning. Even after this cleaning, we still had stains on the carpets. About a week later, we had a spill and I got out my Bissell steam cleaner, after getting the spill up I decided to hit some other areas that still had stains, and low and behold, the stains came up. I ended up re-doing all the areas that the company had done and the discharge water was literally black. And the Bissell got the stains that the pro couldn't with his enzyme cleaner. To say I am disappointed and feel like I was ripped off is an understatement. I should have gotten the clue from the first phone call, or lack there of. This was supposed to be a $97 deal, that ended up costing over $170 and in the end, I still had to do it myself to get it done right.

I am extremely happy with this company. They responded quickly to set up the service and it was not hard to find a time that worked for my schedule and theirs. The gentlemen that came to do the work was amazing. Professional, hard working and did a really, really good job! We will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Quality Carpet Cleaning!

It went fine. They came out about two or three weeks after I purchased the deal. There was no additional charge.

They were three hours late, and did not communicate what was going on at all. I took off work to meet with them, and ended up wasting even more time than I expected. They did an adequate job on the carpets.

It was the worst. The guy came in and he did a whole sales job and we bought our thing, I could be wrong 99 or a hundred and 4, I don't know, it'd be 400 dollars before he could get my carpet clean. Then he wheeled and dealed, I was so frustrated. First of all he was about an hour and a half late, they never called, they never told me, they changed my window about an hour before the window ended so end of the day, you know, so I've been sitting home all day. Then my husband finally got home and the guy said for the amount you paid, all I can do is your downstairs. He says and I'll get cleaner than anything you've ever seen. Well sure enough 30 days later, I think we did it October 7th, it looked just as bad as it did before he got here. This particular vendor we would not recommend to anybody. He said it could be three rooms and a hallway or a stair case.

The carpet and our couch look nearly spotless like new. They were great very polite everything was done right and at a good price thank you Quality Carpet Cleaning.

It went well. The technician was good - I would use them again but have the carpet deep cleaned next time.

They arrived on time, was very personable and friendly and did an amazing job on the cleaning. One room needed to be restretched and it looks wonderful. I would highly recommend them

Great service! Technician arrived on time, was prepared and polite. NOTE: the cost of cleaning area rugs is different than carpeting, so make sure know what you're getting done when you get the quote. The rugs look great and we'll definitely use Quality Carpet Cleaning again.

They did a good job. The next time I called, a few months later, they told me they would have to have $40 more to clean the rug in the kitchen (4x6 rug). They also said they would have to have $40 extra to clean the spots on the carpet when the first group did everything for the right amount of money. By the time the second group got finished, they wanted almost twice as much as the first group to do the job. My suggestion would be to find out what they will do before they start. I was much more satisfied with the first group rather than the second.

I was extremely impressed by the efficiency of the cleaning (only about 1 hour), the thoroughness (he moved many things that I had not moved), and how clean the carpet looked after the service. He also did not charge separately for doing the stairs. The technician claimed that efficiency was enhanced by the company's new machine which was more powerful and featured hotter water. Although it did take a long time to dry thoroughly (it was a chilly day), I am extremely happy and would definitely use this company again -- AND more regularly. THANK YOU!

LEFT MY CARPETS WET AND CHARGED A HIGHER PRICE. DESCRIPTION OF WORK NEEDED WAS NOT CLEAR TO THEM. THEY THOUGHT WE HAD WALL TO WAL AND WE HAVE AREA RUGS. COST WAS MUCH MORE.

It went very well. The team showed up right on time. They were professional and explained what they were using. I also had to have them come back to redo an area that was pet stained and it came out beautifully. The stain was pretty bad and it smelled bad as well. They even left some additional product to help reduce the odor and explained how to use it.

Upon entering my home the person who I later learned was a sub-contracted service man spoke like he had no clue why he was here. He began assessing my rug and once he saw I had a cat he started (tried) to up sell, telling me I needed the EXTRA work done to get ride of the per odor. REALLY, I said, you didn't have a clue I had a cat till you saw him come in the room; I wasn't buying it and at that point I knew he was trying to charge me more and I knew I'd never use the service again. I allowed him to leave with my $800 rug and it took forever to get it back. Over all I got the rug cleaned but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. P.S My cat hated the way the rug felt on his paws, always walked around it; we use to laugh at him so I knew what was up.

These guys are great! Very professional, very thorough and very trustworthy. I will definitely call them again.

Our 20 year old light colored carpets had heavy soiled traffic areas. The cleaning process used by Quality was far superior to other cleaners we have used. The workers were on time, polite and did a great job! Will use again.

Great. She was concerned they couldn't get into her apartment complex, but no sweat. They also got out a stain she tried everything on so she can call then when she needs to move out of of her apartment! My old concern is she has a seven month-old baby crawling so now everyone is happy. Thank you.
