Got the yelp deal to clean & protect our couch... we didn't think about the color choice (light beige) and the fact that we have two dogs when we bought it. They showed up when they said they would, honored the deal easily, and did a good job. Happy to use them again.

This company is great! Excellent work and AMAZING customer service. We were very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.

This was a bit disappointed and I would never use them again. Two guys came out and they were late. They were coming in the morning and they showed up around noonish. One guy stayed in the truck the whole time. The other guy did all the work. They ended up charging me extra and the spots were not dealt with at all. I felt like I got manipulated in this situation. I wasn’t happy with everything. They didn’t put any protective thing under the furniture.

Carpets came out much cleaner than I could've done. I just wish they would've been able to clean all of the edges where I have dark dirt buildup. Supposedly their steam cleaner cannot get the edges very effectively. Overall, satisfied with the work.

All the work was done to my satisfaction. The couch and stairs looked great after the worker left. I can't remember his name ...Dan maybe..not sure but he was an Asian guy. The only problem was, he was sweating profusely all over the areas we was working, all over the floors and all over the furniture that he was cleaning. I mean, it wasn't small beads of sweat coming down.. it was as if the man was taking a shower in my house. He had a rag in his pants and I had offered him paper towels..but he wanted to use his rag..which he didn't do that much. I had to tell him he was sweating all over the place and if he could please stop and dry off. It was pretty bad...never seen anything like that. That was the only downfall of the experience. Otherwise, everything was cleaned nicely.

Very helpful with my mom who is elderly with a walker. Helped with working around or moving furniture.

They did a good job - better than I had hoped for... but not quite perfect

I had to help move a few items around but he cleaned the couches and they look like new.

Mike and his supervisor showed up during the preset time frame of 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. He walked me through the house and we discussed potential problem areas. While he told me about additional services that they could provide, he did NOT try to pressure me into "adding" on to the deal I had purchased. The work was completed in about 1 - 1.5 hours. Since he just left 5 minutes ago I can't comment on the overall quality. With that said, the carpet looks better now than it did before they got here so I am very encouraged. Based on today's experience I would highly recommend Quality Carpet Cleaning to family and friends!

The 2 men came on time, and spent almost 3 hours cleaning the hallway, stairs, and a couple of rooms. I don't think we had 8 rooms to clean. But they did a great job. Although I had bought the coupon, since we had very dirty carpets, they insisted we add on deep cleaning, which was an additional $100. I thought it was worth it because the carpets were super clean afterwards. Noticeable difference. Although I'm not sure it wouldn't have been this clean had I not purchased the extra deep clean add-on.

He did an excellent job and worked very hard.

I am exceedingly happy with the quality of the service Lorenzo provided. The sofa looks great and the two area rugs are practically blinding--I honestly had no idea they could look that good. Lorenzo was polite, professional and respectful and did really great work. I will definitely be using Quality Carpet Cleaning in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Many thanks!!

Dennis did a great job! Backed safely into the driveway. Connected up the hoses. Prepped the carpet. Moved what needed to be moved. Cleaned the carpet. Excellent helpful attitude.

The tech was polite put either did not know what he was doing or did not take pride in his work. He did not move anything which left visible dirt where the attachment could not get under items. He did leave a coffee table on its side on the wet carpet, so it obviously was not to allow the carpet to dry underneath. I moved things after her left by myself to see if what I was seeing was a shadow or where he had not cleaned. I need knee surgery so the items were not that heavy. The area had not been cleaned. The company had no issue sending him back but it was more or less a repeat of the first time and a waste of time. Granted the capers in the house were old but not worn. I expected then to be cleaned, I did not expect them to look new! My expectations were not met.

Called the company and they were gracious to come on the weekend. They work with me and gave me a reasonable price for the extra work. They are very friendly and professional and went the extra mile to do a good job. The only thing I would recommend is for the crew to wear shoes slippers, especially after walking outside, perhaps bring something to wipe their shoes as they walk in and out. Also to place an absorbing pad when cleaning furniture so water don't get in the wood floors. Thirdly, ask the customer for a place to dump the dirty water. Overall, I was very satisfied and will use this company again. Thank you.

It whet very good. Clean front room, bedroom, hallway and small dining room carpet.. The job was done in a timely manner.. Dry time half a day, No slushy wet carpet. Very pleased.. The two gentlemen very polite..

It came back looking okay, but not remarkable. I actually managed to flick a few spots of old paint off the rug -- after having been cleaned. Not too impressive.

They did an excellent job on time, left things in good shape.

They did good work, but give a three star for their scheduling. Called in and described the job at hand, which was re stretching the house, repairing two spots, and cleaning. Wanted someone to come out to do an estimate and they did, but the job who came expected (Kenny) do it that night. Quoted me a price for the cleaning, but not for the re stretching or repair and said that he would call me tomorrow that wasn't his specialty. Waited two days and no call, so I called back to the main office and got the quote from them, which was a good price. I scheduled the visit for the next week. On the appointment day Kenny returned and told me he didn't know what the job covered and didn't bring the tools required, but he did clean the tile as per the agreement (and did a real good job). Scheduled another appointment for a week later with my wife's phone and they ended up calling mine and didn't come out as I didn't reconfirm the appointment since I was out of cell range. Scheduled a third appointment and Kenny came out again with another to repair and re stretch the carpet as well as clean with my wife here. They did the job, but used staples throughout the house, instead of the tach strips that were already installed and cleaned the house. When I got back home and saw the staples and ripples still in the carpet I called back and said that I wanted another tech to come out. A week later they send Angel who re stretched the carpets and pulled tons of staples out of the carpet. He did a good job, but missed two spots which he came out the following week. All in all I had five appointments for get all the work done for something that should of only taken two. I'm glad they didn't give any issues with sending repairmen out to fix the issues I had, but the fact that I had so many issues was a problem. I'd suggest to use Kenny or Angel for cleaning, but if you have repair work don't use Kenny

The people from the company communicate well and are very professional. It was a carpet cleaning job well done!

They had to come out twice. They didn't make it out the first time because the guys truck broke down. When he finally came it wasn't to my satisfaction. When they had to come out again I think they might have charged a minimal something or other because they needed to use the special enzyme and it wasn't covered under the promotion. I was selling the house so I was like, fine, you know, do whatever you need to do but I need this to look respectable. When they did come out they did come out initially to tell me whether they thought they could clean, if it was worth cleaning it, or just getting a new carpet, which I did.

All went okay. Client was satisfied.
