Worker was professional. He scrubbed carpet , cleaned work area of any soil, and explained when carpet would be ready for use. simple task.

Pros: The lady who handled the appointment was very good, emailed me immediately and set up a time that was convenient for me. The carpet cleaner showed up on time and was a nice guy and did a good job. The price is right. Cons: The provider is just a middleman and all of the carpet cleaners are independent contractors who only get a portion of the money. The man who came was by himself - if you need furniture moved (as the pros such as Stanley Steamer do very well and for free), you'd be out of luck unless you are strong enough to move it yourself or with the help of the carpet cleaner that shows up - assuming he or she is willing to do so. Water wasn't hot enough so it took all day and night for the carpets to dry completely. Conclusion: Overall, this is a nice way to get the carpet cleaned in between other more expensive cleanings by professional companies. For the price it's only about $30 more than I would pay for the carpet cleaner at Lowe's along with the shampoo, plus it saved me many hours and labor. I would do it again.

Angel came to my door between the time framed promised; surveyed the two piece sofa and said shook his head. He said it would require an extra $40 deep cleaning for hand brushing. I didn't want to pay more than the price I already paid, so I declined but he insisted and said if I wasn't happy with it, I didn't have to pay him extra. The promotion purchased via AL was $97.00 but ended up paying $75 more for the additional ottoman and the deep cleaning. I was warned over the phone that there could be an extra charge for the deep cleaning so it wasn't a complete surprise, however I did decline it but Angel insisted it would be the only way to get the stains off my sectional. He also offered to clean my ottoman which originally wasn't planning on getting cleaned but he quoted me $35 for it. It sounded like an arbitrary number off the top of his head but it seemed fair. Overall, my two piece sectional looks clean (still damp so waiting to see how it dries) but would make one comment. They used a spray washer and the water spilled onto the floor. He did ask me if I had old towels but to me, that's something a service company should have on hand, not the customer. I ended up wiping my floors from the remaining water after my service was complete. The whole cleaning took less than an hour and they were in and out quickly.

The workers were punctual and were able to get out stains from my light colored carpet that I wasn't sure would be able to be removed. Overall, very satisfied.

The person that came did a fabulous job and was so friendly. He really tried to do his very best job.

I needed new flooring. All of the spots came back really quick. They told me that they could only do so much. Spots were back in the three rooms that they did. It was fine but they gave me a disclaimer before they started the work. They said that they could not guarantee that it would come up or it would stay. I wouldn't clean my carpets again before I get new flooring. They came out within the week after the purchase. The work was very acceptable. They were honest, kind and nice. They did their best. The price was good but maybe it could have been better. They did okay.

This was a big deal purchase and it was okay. Some areas are clean and some areas are not clean. They put some cleaner on the staircase so the middle part is clean but it becomes a different color on the sides. In the middle part they put the strong cleaning, but not so much on the sides.

My SO spilled an entire can of beer on our brand new sofa on NYE... oops. We bought the 2 piece sectional deal for $97. They were able to come out same day and did from what I can tell a quality job. My sofa is wool light grey and has down internal fill. You cannot see the stain anymore and the beer smell is gone.

This was a $97 big deal purchase and they did an okay job. They came out a week or two after I bought the deal. Unfortunately they damaged one of our walls, but in terms of their competency they were okay. I did not speak with them, but when we raised the issue about the damage to the wall they seemed quite attentive and resolved the issue pretty quickly.

The company returned to clean select spots again in the carpet. There were some high traffic areas that needed a bit more attention as I have 3 younger children. I had attempted to clean the carpets with a store-bought product which bleached the carpet in select areas. I learned about carpet bleaching affects on the return visit which was helpful. The second visit didn't get all of the worn-in dirt removed. I am curious if another company could remove the worn-in dirt without ruining the carpet. If not, then I would be willing to use this company again.

He was very flexible, responding to my needs rather than to a set of rules. I thought I'd be stuck with cleaning two chairs/sofas but he gave me a break and did only the chair. He did an excellent job. He adjusted the price to reflect work on the chair only. The color of the chair is dark but nevertheless you can tell it was cleaned. I was very happy with the results. In additiion there was a time constraint and he made sure he completed the job by the time I had to leave.

It was excellent. There was no additional charge. The price was a bit too high for what they did. The quality was average. We haven't had any problems since then. I would use them again if the price was right. The workers were good. There were no problems.

Quality Carpet Cleaning Inc came out and did a good job. The couches were fresh and clean, did have the pay extra for the pet smell and hair removal but that was expected. Would recommend and use again.

Everything was done very well. All stains were removed successfully and carpet looked much better.

I had my carpets and couch cleaned today and am super impressed with the results! Jacob did the work quickly and yet took great care to be thorough. I've used other rug cleaning companies in the 5 years I've lived in my apartment but none had made such a noticeable difference. And... my couch looks sensational again!

Despite assurances up front, was unable to remove the stains. Furniture was old and hadn't been professionally cleaned in years. However, I relied on their assessment before moving forward. A real disappointment.

The service tech really spent a lot of time cleaning the couches. Bottomline, he made one set which was five years old look brand new. We have multiple cats in the house and he did a phenomenal job. The other couches are over 10 years old and those looked good as well. I've never had any of this furniture cleaned. Very happy customer. The other thing was their guarantee. My upstairs room had a pet smell which did not come out on the first time fully. Called them about it and they sent a guy out super fast. They re-cleaned the area without question. Great great customer service. Will only use them in the future for sure. No wonder they have such good ratings.

Good job. Grout came out as clean as possible. Dogs peeing over and over again in same spots issue was resolved.
