Kenny was the lead worker on the job and was really great. Kenny was also great about giving a half hour lead phone call prior to his arrival time which was very prompt. Kenny and his assistant worked really hard! Anyone using Quality Carpet Cleaning should ask for the "Kenny" team. Also, Sandra at Quality Carpet CLeaning who scheduled the appointment was really polite and super nice. Ask for Sandra too!!

Very helpful with scheduling the appointment and punctual arrival. We didn't notice at the time, but the cleaning solution that was sprayed on the carpet and upholstery left residue on all the surrounding floor, doors, furniture, etc. Once dried, has been very difficult to clean; some areas with crevices not able to get perfect. If we use them again, we'll just make sure to make them aware, and I suspect they'd take extra precaution.

They were excellent! I have no complaints. He worked very hard.

I did have to remind them to get behind the doors. They we delightful and didn’t mind me asking them to clean what was missed.

I used their $97 promotional coupon for our carpet cleaning (thinking we'd save money). Using the coupon, we probably just saved $10 or $20 (not at all valued at what they claimed it was). The carpet guy arrived promptly as scheduled and went around the house. He was on the phone a lot while working. I'm not sure how it was sanitized but I guess it's just a chemical that they add to the shampoo. The following day, we noticed that there were dog hairs that were pushed to the side of the walls. It was so gross. So we called back the company and they sent someone else to re-do the work. It was a hassle-free call so I give them that. When the new guy came, he said that the one who did the job previously did not rinse it well. So basically, I think he just rinsed the carpet and he tried to vacuum the side walls. I didn't really feel that our carpet was clean at all. The extra that we had to pay for sanitizing did not seem worth it with the whole thing. When we tried to vacuum the carpet, the vacuum still got a lot of dirt and hair so I'm really wondering what kind of cleaning they did considering it was done twice. We did not call back to have it redone again because we felt like it was just a waste of time. Overall, we were not satisfied at all with them and would not recommend them at all. Update: 09/08/2012 Mark and his team had come out another time to clean our carpets. I have to give it to them for making every effort to make sure their customers are satisfied with the work. They made sure that each room was cleaned to our satisfaction and were very professional and detailed with the steps they were performing. All in all we ended up satisfied.

The quality of the work was great. Service person was very professional and thorough. The issue we had was with the terms of the special deal itself. Along with the "3 areas" of carpet cleaning for $97, it was supposed to include a piece of upholstered furniture under a certain length, and our sofa fit within the guidelines. However, when the guy came and saw it, he said it was not included because it was a three cushion sofa and the deal was intended to include smaller pieces of furniture. Basically he told us there were too many cushion to clean. He said he would do our chaise, but not the sofa. I asked him for a price on the sofa and he gave me a really good one ($45) so I told him to go ahead. I was unhappy about the extra cost, but he did a really great job and ultimately it was worth it. We just felt that the initial "deal" was misleading. Also, when I called to schedule, I had asked if they would be giving us butcher paper to be put down on the wet carpet and was told yes. The service man didn't have any and we had wet carpeting for more than six hours after the job was done.

very professional, quick turnaround, they tried to remove the pet stains, however they were unsuccessful.disappointed because it cost me an add'l $60 to treat the urine stains but they were not successful.

I called for an appointment and verify they worked in 90505 before purchasing via Angies List. I described the work and asked if it matched what they were offering on Angies List. They said it appeared to and they would call me back to verify and set an appointment. As of today 8/24/2012 I have not heard from them and have chosen someone else. Making me question the veracity of the Angies list "deals."

Our cleaning job was pretty easy since there is no one and no furniture in their way. This was a vacated home so they just needed to steam clean the carpet on both floors, the hallway, and the stairs. I would use them again.

The carpet cleaner was pleasant, professional and thorough; he came on time, moved things other cleaners had not, protected the legs of furniture, and vacuumed corners that hadn't been vacuumed in many a day. Old stains remained, alas, but they had defeated other cleaners, too; they're likely permanent. Overall a very good experience; would highly recommend.

I pretty much told the whole story in my description of the services performed. Not much more to add. The employees from the telephone operators to the men who came to do the actual cleaning were polite, and on time.

I had originally used Quality Carpet cleaning due to the current coupon for $97, advertising 3 areas of carpet cleaning (totaling up to 750 square feet) PLUS a piece of upholstery for only $97! When they arrived at my house, they informed me that my wife's walk in closet would consist of an additional room, and that my couch (over 15ft long) would not count as piece of upholstery. Oh well. We negotiated a fair price on the couch, and the serviceman got to work. The job was finished four hours later, and the work was of good quality. I was impressed with how easy it was to schedule an appointment, and the serviceman arrived at my house when they said they would. Overall I am happy with the experience, and would use their services again.

The experience overall was outstanding. No hassle to schedule an appointment, and when I found it necessary to reschedule - it was easy todo. The technician, Freddy, arrived when he stated he would, examined the carpet, explained what he was going to do and got down to business. The carpet looks great! Definitely recommend Quality Carpet Cleaning services!

I asked for as early as possible, they said I'd be the first one in the 8am-10am window. This resulted in the guy showing up just after 9am. Well within the window, but closer to 8am would have been nicer. They did a good job, took about an hour to clean 3 rooms, stairs, and a hallway. Definitely feel like I got my money's worth.

We were moving out of our condo and needed the carpet steam cleaned as well as our sofa cleaned ( as we were leaving this for our new tenant that was moving in). I purchased a special deal from Angie's List that was too good to pass up. After I purchased the deal, I scheduled the appointment for a few days later. The staff at Quality Carpet Cleaning was pleasant and extremely helpful while I scheduled my appointment. The day of the appointment arrived and I was given a window to expect the cleaning crew to arrive at our home. The window was nearing the end and I received a call from the driver. They apologized for the delay and assured me that they would arrive shortly. And they did... Not only did they apologize for the delay, they gave me a credit towards extra services that I needed for my home (my sofa was large and needed special treatment. After all of this, they did a stellar job on my grungy old carpet. It looks like new. Both the cleaning crew and the company were extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to credit me for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend them for any of your carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.

Purchased the Angie's List coupon, which was used to clean the carpet on my entire upstairs (living + dining) + hallway downstairs. Additional $15 for stairs and additional ~$30 for master bedroom. Professional, nice, prompt, did a good job. I paid another additional $60 for them to use a special condition/cleaner for the carpet since it was full of really bad stains from previous owner. One guy showed up, and he was done in an hour. Placed plastic sheets between where furniture touched the carpet for protection, and everything was pretty much dry in about 12-16 hours (perhaps even earlier, it was a hot day). Good job.

My tenet was happy with the work they did. They also informed my tenet on a stain and how to handle stains in the future. I thought they did fine.

It was easy to schedule, but they weren't able to tell me what would be covered by my $200 deal so I was a little surprised when there were extra charges on the day of service. The technician was prompt and hard working. He was able to stretch and patch the dining room carpet pretty well even though it was old and I didn't have any remnants available for patching. I added a hallway because I discovered that unless you do stretching for all carpeted areas it doesn't necessarily work well. I probably would have gotten a better result if I had been able to do the whole house, but I'm generally satisfied with the sections that were done.

We bought the Angie's List deal for $99 that included cleaning in three rooms plus one piece of furniture (which we substituted for a fourth bedroom) and bought an additional room for an extra $30 flat. In total, we had five rooms cleaned. This deal was, by far, the best deal I could find. Most other deals consider three rooms to be about 300-500 sq ft, which seems way too small. I believe this one included up to 700-750 sq ft for the three rooms. The cleaner came on time and was very courteous. The cleaning itself was quick - took about 45 minutes. I thought it would take longer, so I'm not sure how thorough the job was. Our carpet was relatively new and in good condition, so it's hard for me to say whether it was cleaned well. I would definitely give them another try, though.

I chose this business because of the Angie's List reviews and a coupon for two rooms and a hallway deal. I was so happy with the job Robert # 228 did I decided to have my sectional couch and living room rug cleaned! Very nice and professional, prompt and quick!!! I will be using them again.

In order to get my empty condo ready to rent I needed to get the carpeting cleaned. The man who came to clean the carpeting, Khalad, was prompt, professional and did a great job. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

The man who came to clean the carpets was on time. I showed him what areas needed cleaning and he said he would call me when it was finished, I went back to work. When I came back, he showed me that the edges of all the carpets in the areas I needed him to clean were still just as dirty as they had been before he cleaned. He said he wouldn't be able to do anything about the edges, the dirty area just couldn't be cleaned. I don't know if its because of what caused the stain (dust? pollution from the nearby freeway?) or if it's because of the location, right up against the wall but he said there was nothing he could do about it. Another room of the house had a different style of carpet (berber style versus the low-pile in the other rooms.) That room now REEKS of cat urine or ammonia which is EXTREMELY strange since the previous owners did not have cats. Overall, the carpets looks DIRTIER than before because the clean carpet in the center of the room highlights the dark, dingy, dirty endges and makes them look even darker. Also, I have no idea where the cat urine smell came from but it is almost unbearable and I will probably need to get new flooring in that room. Pretty disappointing overall. The owner contacted me and sent a team out to redo the work and put an enzyme cleaner on the floor with the cat urine smell. THe floor looks marginally better, the cat pee smell is still there. The owner followed up and I told him my issues. He said urine can become really strong when it's rehydrated (wish I had known there was urine under the carpet all along.) He also said that carpets start to degrade around the edges over time. I wish I had known all of this before I spent money getting the carpets cleaned instead of putting it towards replacing my floors.
