Robert arrived a little early for the appointment which was a happy surprise. He looked at the areas that I wanted cleaned (including stairs) and several pet stains. He recommended a pretreatment for the stains which was a little extra but well worth it. He explained the charges ahead of time and there were no unexpected charges on the final bill. He took his time and worked hard to clean thoroughly. The results were cleaner carpets than I expected! Even cleaner than when I moved in I think! Robert was very professional and polite. I would definitely use this company again.

You get what you pay for. And if you pre-pay for a service by purchasing a coupon from Angie's List, like i did, you are pretty much stuck with the service you get. I saw this carpet cleaning special on Angie's list from Quality Carpet Cleaning(QCC). I called the business first to make sure that they had the day and time-slot that I wanted. I talked to Sandra. She seemed nice. She confirmed that the day I wanted was open. I purchased the coupon, called back and Sandra set up an appointment for me for Monday between 8 and 11am. We moved most of the furniture out, some on Sunday night and some on Monday morning to get things out of the way. All the carpet crew had to do was to come in and take care of their business - no moving any furniture at all. Monday morning I get a call from Mark at about 9am saying that the crew would be there between 10 and 11am. I would have preferred them to be here earlier, but I figured that as long as the crew would be here latest by the 11am promised time, it was acceptable. 11am. No carpet crew. Called QCC and talked to Ann. She put me on hold for a few minutes and then told me that she would call me back after checking with the carpet crew. She called back at about 11:15am and said that the crew would be there in 20 minutes. The van finally got here at about 11:45am. I guess that if you have a coupon you are not a priority. A Korean gentleman Peter was here by himself - a one-man-crew, I guess. I did not see any business markings on his van - nothing to indicate that he was from QCC. He asked me what price "they" had quoted me for the carpet cleaning. Got me thinking that he might be an independent contractor. But he was finally here and he had his equipment with him. So I didn't much care if he was with QCC, or not. He was quick. Poor guy was all sweaty by the time he was done. Maybe too quick, if you ask me. He seemed to be rushed. After he was done, we showed him some stains on the carpets that were still visible. He came back with a chemical spray and a bristle brush and went over the stains. Stains were still visible. I asked him about it and he said that he had tried and the stains were not coming out. He charged me $15 extra to clean a 5x7 area rug also. Rug still has a few stains. The dining room and living room carpets came out fairly clean, although the carpet edging next to the walls is still dirty. That was Monday. Today is Wednesday, two days later. The stains on the den carpet were bothering me. So I decided to scrub one of the stains with a white washcloth which I dampened with plain water. I was shocked to see how easily and the amount of black dirt that came out on the washcloth. Before this, I thought that the guy had tried to get the stains out. Well, he did try, but obviously to me, not hard enough. I should have thought of doing the towel test while the guy was still here. I have taken a few pictures and will try to post one. I don't think that I will purchase a coupon from Angie's List again. I wasn't expecting any miracles. Our carpets are old and I do understand that some stains are very hard, if not impossible, to get out. But I also know that a properly done carpet cleaning job will not leave behind stains which are still releasing dirt just by scrubbing a damp cloth over them. Update #1- Thursday, Mark from QCC called to talk about the service review I had written on Angie's List. He offered to go over the stains again. I haven't taken him up on his offer yet. But just calling to check on QCC's service shows that the company is responsive to customer's concern. I gave the company an A for responsiveness in my original review and Mark's call just reaffirms that. By all means, please call this company for you carpet cleaning needs. Hopefully you get better service results than I did. Update #2 - Monday, one week after carpet tech Peter was here, I decided to dig out my old carpet shapoo machine from the closet to see if I can work on the stains in the den carpet myself. I have posted the picture of the dirt in the waste water that my carpet shampoo machine pulled up from the den carpet. QCC had called to take care of the stains in the carpet. But by taking care of the stains myself, I didn't have to wait around for Peter to come back and fix the problem he was supposed to take care of when he was here the first time.

The workman was prompt, polite, neat and efficient. He performed the work quickly and it looks great. I would recommend them highly.

The technician arrived on time and completed the work quickly. He knew his craft and was very professional. He cleaned the rugs promptly and it went very well. I was pleased with this company and the service.

They did a great job. They got all the spots out.

Paid just a little more to add the couch. The cleaner did a wonderful job and the carpets smelled and looked great. For $97 original charge which covered everywhere I really wanted, just can't be beat.

I saw the ad for the Big Deal on my computer. It appealed to me because for a little less than $100, I could get 3 rooms cleaned and one piece of upholestry, or if not a piece of uphostry, another room. The owner gave a refund for the added costs I incurred. I really apprecite his follow up and would use them again in the future.

Purchasing the Big Deal coupon was easy. The two men arrived on time and proceeded to clean the rug and the chairs. The chairs were quite dirty and they washed them several times. They also restretched the rug for me. I was quite satisfied with the work performed and of course the price was great.

They showed up 2 hours early. Did a good job in a short amount of time. Did not try to sell additional services.

Did a good job - carpet had been very dirty and looked almost new when they were done. A couple of days later we noticed some spots and called them. They came out the next day and cleaned the spots.

I ordered their special and they came out as scheduled. I had them do a couple of extra items...repairs and it was completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repair and cleaning.

They were very nice. I had a little issue and they came fixed for no charge.

I purchased this Big Deal for my client. I work as her Personal Assistant. The set time frame was from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. I arrived at 7:30 a.m. just in case. When 8:30 arrived, I called the company and was told the technicians were there but they were not at the residence. The technicians were not directed to the correct security door and were standing there for twenty minutes. The technicians claimed they called the numbers listed with no answer. I was there with both phones handy and no phone call. I asked the technicians why the didn't contact dispatch or the appropriate person to get more information or something. Question was not answered to my satisfaction. I'm a member but also a vendor on Angie's List and I realize the importance of first impressions. I told the technicians that there should be a standard list of questions for a first time client such as; does your building have underground parking? What is the height limit? If the truck cannot fit in the garage or the equipment on the truck cannot reach the residence, then portable equipment has to be used. The technicians get high marks for doing a great job on the carpet. The only glitch was the dry time on the carpeting. When my client arrive home, she said the carpet was still very wet. Low marks go to the person who took down the information and didn't write down how to explain to the technicians how to get to the appropriate entrance and, I'm guessing, not providing all contact information. I just didn't understand why the technicians would be standing around for 20 minutes and not have some way to get in contact with me.

Quality Carpet Cleaning showed up on time, was very polite and professional and did an excellent job! I had some pet urine stains that I had not been able to remove as well as some unidentifiable stains on my stairs that Quality got out without charging me any extra fees. I had a previous Groupon type deal with another carpet cleaner and they didn't get these stains out. Quality was fast and the carpet dried within a couple of hours. They actually cleaned an extra area without charging me also. I received two follow up calls from the company making sure I was satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend Quality Carpet Cleaners!

Overall, from start o finish it was a good experience. What anyone would hope for in a service for your house.

Henry, the technician, showed up on time and explained everything to me in detail. He offered me additional scotchguarding at a nominal price and I accepted it. He was quick and efficient. I had to ask him to clean up the 'spillage' from the staircase cleaning but he did so happily and thoroughly. After the job was done, I received both a phone call and a letter from the company asking me if I was happy or not. They truly wanted my feedback. I submitted an email to them and they phoned me back the following day to make sure I was satisfied. They really seem to be very customer oriented. A rarity in today's world!

It was a great deal with the angie's list special. my carpets are light-colored andwere very soiled. Turned out better than expected; however, the stains have now risen back to the surface; but that was to be expected as the carpets are light-colored and are 8-years old and very dirty.

They showed up punctually, surveyed the work to be done to confirm that the scope fit within the Angie's List coupon deal, asked about problem areas. The cleaning took about a half hour and the carpet was immaculate afterward. It took till next morning to dry completely but it was not soggy, merely damp. The next day there was a discolored area behind the bedroom door. We called the company and they came out the same day and re-cleaned that area, with excellent results, warning us that if it is a pet stain it may resurface in the future. They were very straightforward and frank about all aspects of the job. Our interaction with their office staff was of the highest caliber as well. The workmen were courteous, clean, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home.

The employee answering the phone was very new and immediately turned the call over to a more experienced employee. Both were friendly and courteous. They asked pertinent questions and scheduled a cleaning convenient to me. The technicians arrived at the appointed time and performed a thorough walk-through with me to ascertain my specific needs. The process was done very professionally and the results were amazing. Our carpet is light beige, and I hate to admit it, but it had been quite some time since the carpet had been cleaned. This cleaning was my effort to determine if the carpet should be replaced. Afterwards, it looked almost new and the carpet is 9 years old. It has been over a month since the cleaning and we have not had any problems with those "returning" spots that usually occur after a carpet cleaning.
