The Angie's List discount & recommendations led me to Quality Carpet Cleaning. They sent a guy & his nephew whose family were all in the business and into the quality of the service. Very personable, professional, informative, careful, ... Good extra touches. They cleaned & Scotch-guarded - comprehensively, quickly, & without the collateral damage that I've seen in other situations (too much water warping the carpet, etc.). They really know the in's & out's. When it dried & a new spot appeared (drawn up from lower fibers of the carpet), they responded to my call with another guy who came out & redid SEVERAL spots that hadn't dried to his satisfaction. Good deal. Good quality. Good people. Hard to beat. : )

It was very good. I was pleased with the way they did it. They were on time & very nice. We have a cream colored carpet & it hadn't been cleaned in years.

Quality was on time and did a very thorough job. They asked if we wanted any adjoining rooms or hallways included and explained the reason and were very professional, courteous and cost effective.

They were the most outstanding cleaning I have ever had on my carpets! Everything was done meticulously and I will never use any other company. They got out stains that 3 other companies weren't able to get out. A wonderful gentleman did the cleaning, and went into places that the other companies never even went to. They just had the highest-quality performance. On top of that, within two hours it was dry, which was amazing.

Overall, it went well. I booked online the night before and the technicians showed up promptly the following day at the beginning of the pre-ordained window.

SEE ABOVE. DIDN'T TAKE A VERY LONG TIME. DIDN'T MOVE THE FURNITURE. IT LOOKED OKAY WHEN THEY FINISHED BUT I DIDN'T FEEL GOOD ABOUT IT AND IT DIDN'T LAST VERY LONG SO ALL THE EXTRA EXPENSE DIDN'T SEEM TO MAKE MUCH DIFFERENCE.

Angel called in the morning and requested to come 1 hour earlier than scheduled. I agreed because I had several things on my agenda that day. He arrived promptly with an assistant and we discussed the areas to be cleaned. They were courteous professional and completed the job as agreed. I would hire this company again.

He was courteous, and worked around our activities in the house. Did an excellent job. Was able to remove stains that had been there for years.

Saw this great deal for carpet cleaning for my carpets in all the bedrooms and one piece of furniture. I called and made an appointment and customer service was great. On the day of my appointment, they were prompt and immediately they inspected the areas and suggested a few of their other services but was not pushy. We did end up buying deep cleaning for oily residue. I'm not sure if it was necessary but it was a great deal. The cleaning was great and it turned out perfect. The only thing that bothered me was they did not confirm the appointment the day before.

We prepared for the cleaning service the night before by moving boxes, smaller items, chairs, etc. off of the carpeted areas. We did not move heavy furniture (bookcases, beds, etc.). The technician arrived at 8:30 , and was smiling, courteous, and efficient. He removed his work boots at the front door before entering, and then my wife walked him through the house to show him the carpeted rooms and to point out several minor stains that needed attention. He cleaned four rooms and a long hallway in about an hour. As he was preparing to leave, my wife remembered that she had neglected to show him the fifth room to be cleaned. Still smiling, he brought his equipment back in and cleaned it. He also removed all of the small stains at no extra charge. It is now two days later and the carpet is completely dry and looks great. A very good experience overall. We would recommend Quality Carpet Cleaning Inc. without hesitation.

It went great! They did a good job. I am very satisfied with their work.

For the most part, everything went well. They did have to return to repeat a cleaning on a high traffic area, but they did so in a very responsive and timely fashion.

I was not home when they did the cleaning. I am starting to see some spots come but overall it was a good experience.

The service provider showed up on time. He had a machine that was not a truck mounted machine. I do not think that it did as good of a job as a truck mount. Then he poured the dirty water in the toilet and left dirt around the edge. The carpet was cleaner, however.

It was great. The gentleman and his older teen aged son came worked quickly and quietly. They did an excellent job.

Same day service as call in. arrived within 2 hours.

They arrived during the time frame specified. They asked appropriate questions. Their work was quick and through. Give the advanced age of the carpet and it's poor condition, the results were better than I could have hoped. It did seem a bit more wet and took longe to dry than it has with previous cleaners, but it was a very humid day.

Everything ordered was delivered as promised. The job was well done. I am very pleased.

Cleaned carpets and removed some stains in four bedrooms, dining room, livingroom, stairs and landing. Moved small furniture and cleaned under raised pieces. Carpets took a full day to dry but all stains were gone and the carpets looked new again. I was reassured the work was guaranteed and to call if there was a problem but that was not necessary.

They arrived on schedule and finished the job in a very professional and expeditious manner. The carpets were beautifully cleaned included removing stains which I thought could not be removed.

I took advantage of an Angie's List Big Deal and got two large rooms' carpets and a sectional cleaned. Scheduling over the phone was quick and painless. The service man arrived a bit early (which wasn't a problem), asked which rooms I wanted clean, and got down to business. My only complaint is that he didn't explain what he was going to do, which was to use my kitchen sink to fill a large bucket of water, and also to discard the dirty water into the toilet. The service man toweled off wet spots he made walking through the kitchen. The carpets and sofa came out clean (most important), but the toilet was filled with black water when all was done.

Excellent work. Arrived on time and finished within an hour. I would use them again.

The carpet is now clean, which is very good, however, it took over 4 days to dry and started smelling bad. They came back and re-cleaned part of the carpet. It dried in about 24 hours. While the carpets are now clean, my housekeeper advised me that she has been having trouble moving the vacuum over the carpet. This never happened before the cleaning. Update: They came back about a month later and cleaned the carpets again and alleviated the problem. I was really impressed with their customer service.
