Gilbert and his son called to confirm our appt and showed up at the beginning of our 2 hr arrival window...excellent! They were very professional and got right to the job. Seemed like an extremely powerful machine, and they were careful around baseboards, etc. I have a dog that sheds a bunch and runs in and out tracking dirt in, so I wasn't amazed to see the dirty water that the machine sucked up...but I DO feel really happy to be starting off again with a pristine carpet. Now, when she gets it all dirty again, I definitely know who to call! Very good value for the 3 rooms.

Easy to make an appointment. They showed up on time and cleaned the carpet so well it looks like new. This was a carpet that had heavy heavy pet stains from food and dirt. I had tried cleaning it myself with very poor results and did not hold out much hope but the results were excellent. One qualm I had was that they did not move any furniture. I suppose this was spelled out in the contract beforehand but did not note it.

Overall it was a great experience. I called the company on a Sunday requesting service for the next day. They were able to accommodate my request and did a great job. Would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was very nice. They showed up on time and they were honest. I was slightly disappointed that they could not clean my couch (I've had it cleaned before by another vendor) but they cleaned something else to make up for it.

They did a wonderful job! They arrived at 10:00am on the nose. They began work right away by moving small furniture out of the way prior to cleaning. They were both very friendly and provided excellent service. I was asked if I was completely satisfied before they left. We added on the sanitation of two of our bedrooms and they did an excellent job explaining the entire process and making sure we were satisfied with the final product. These gentlemen were very pleasant to work with and I will use them again in the future. I will also be sure to reccomend them to family and friends.

The service from Quality Carpet Cleaning was commendable. When I called, someone answered the phone immediately, were polite, cordial and got all my information (and didn't keep asking for the same information again and again). They gave me a window where a consultant would show up and Freddie showed up early in the window. In fact he finished before the waiting window was over. Freddie, our consultant and cleaner, was polite, friendly and professional. He let us know he was concerned about the outdoor furniture we are cleaning and what we might expect (as it was outdoor not indoor furniture). We received a quote quickly and were able to make use of an Angie's list coupon so it was extremely reasonable. After Freddie was finished he also hosed off our furniture frame, killed several black widow spiders we had no idea we had, and then cleaned out patio off as well for good measure. He even offered to put back the cushions (as they were drying but we opted to have them dry out first). I highly recommend this service - it's almost like having a really good friend or relative come an help you out - and will use them in the future.

Kenny did a super job and the really dirty carpet came as clean as possible. He was friendly and polite and went about his task with minimal distrubance to the rest of the house. GREAT JOB KENNY!

great. technician was very good, provided me options and while he did sell a bit it was all thoughtful options and I just chose what i needed and thanked him for the other suggestions.

Vendor cleaned carpets in multiple areas of home, including stairs... generally looks great. There was no pre-treatment, and there were a couple set-in stains that did not come out. Vendor did not offer to move any furniture, don't know if this is standard in industry (we had cleared the dining room of table and chairs, and this is where the set-in stains were). Overall, services and work were good, but carpet is taking a long time to dry out.

Paid $147 for the 8 room (or 6 rooms plus stairs) deal and paid an additional $75 for sanitizing treatment. Not sure how different sanitized vs. non-sanitized is...but the gentleman spent a good deal of time here, was courteous, thorough, and did a very nice job with the carpets. All of the soiling that we could reasonably expect to come out, did. I wouldn't hesitate to call Quality Carpets up again when I need the carpets cleaned again in about a year. They were also punctual, which I really appreciated. Good value/experience for the money.

Two gentlemen from this company were on time. They snaked a hose up the stairs and through a bedroom to get to the carpeted closet/room. They did the carpet cleaning work quickly. There were some animal stains on a relatively new100% wool berber carpet that did not come out. I wasn't pleased about the stains but they probably did the best they could. The carpet was left quite wet; it took several days to dry out which I found unusual as it typically dries more quickly. We had to watch the front door constantly as they left it open, allowing one of the cats out. The chair came out fine with no complaints.

Very well! Peter came and spent about 2 hours thoroughly cleaning my living room carpet and sofa. I have had cleanings before, but it was cursory. Peter was very courteous and professional.My carpet and couch look great! I paid extra for Scotch Guard. I will definitely use this company again.

The carpets, though 25+ years old, came out about as good as could be expected. The thing I really appreciated was the fact there was no "hard sell" for add-on services or to do more rooms like every other carpet cleaning company I've used. Very professional- I'd definitely use them again.

I brought an old 8 x 11 rug home from my parent's house. It hadn't been cleaned in years, if ever. I called on a Sunday and made an appointment for someone to come out the next day. At the prescribed time, Khaled drove up and took the rug. He gave me a timeline of 4 to 5 days. He returned the rug on Friday of the same week. I am very happy with their service.

They came out and cleaned the carpets for me, and I thought it was worth the money I paid. However, I would most likely not hire them in the future because I know a company and can clean them more thoroughly.

The person who came to provide the services was prompt and professional. Heworked hard to satisfy us and we were pleased with his work. Of course,they do not move furniture so we had to do that for him. We would use themagain for the right price.

Follow up: Seeing this review, the company sent a man over to look at the results. The man said that this kind of stain has to be removed within 24 hours. Since the dog was sick for a 3 week period before she died, this was impractical for me. The extra $80 I spent was returned to me. The company has excellent integrity. I would recommend.
