Had a great experience with this company. Would definitely recommend.

Service provider was punctual and professional. However, after cleaning , the carpet remained wet for 2 days unlike the projected time of 8 hours as stated by the provider. In addition, the carpet cleaning left dirt streaks on the carpet. The carpet is white and the dirty streaks were very apparent. When pointed out to the provider he stated the streaks would disappear when the carpet dried. It was necessary for me to wait until my regular carpet cleaner was available for him to clean the carpet AGAIN. After the second cleaning the carpet dried completely in 6 hours and NO DIRTY STREAKS!! Will not use again or recommend..

This was great, I called and left a voicemail. They called me back very promptly even when I didn't have a chance to call them back yet being at work. The appointment was set up in an extremely timely manner. The gentleman came out asked what I wanted done, he did it. It was quick, painless and very well priced. I was very happy.

As noted above, areas and sofa were cleaned professionally.

They were prompt, thorough, and did a good job.

Robert is my hero! I usually dread the carpet cleaning experience. But Robert was great. My carpets are clean, clean, clean. The price was right and the extras were well worth the expense.

These guys were great. I called on 11/12 and they were able to schedule the cleaning for the next day. They arrived on time, did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet, removed a heavily stained area, and all for a very reasonable $137. The work was completed in approximately one hour. Many of the other companies do not have the capability of extending their suction line from more than a 150 feet from the street. The guy (Kenny Han) that did ours could extend 500 feet if necessary. For condos and other units that may be some distance from the street, ask for Kenny Han to achieve a good cleaning. I will be using this company and specifically Kenny Han in the future.

Arrived somewhat late. Needed to borrow a hose. Fortunately I had one. Cleaned the carpets well, paying particular attention to heavily trafficed areas as I requested. I was initially concerned because the carpets took longer to dry than I am accustomed. With time, however, I've come to appreciate the quality of the work performed.

There was a charge for the pet strains, which where removed beautifully and he warned me about the discoloration on the rugs that he could not take care of . Honest, fast, efficient.

The technician arrived exactly on time on a Saturday morning and he had an assistant to help move heavy objects. The deal was for two carpet areas and a hallway, but I needed a love seat done, so we negotiated. He explained that the all-cotton material of the couch wasn't the same as a carpet and so wasn't exactly a substitute for doing one room. I was going to skip the love seat but he made a terrific counter-offer. He'd do the living room, a short hallway and my small bathroom and the love seat and for just $20 more than the original deal. This was quite reasonable, so I told him to go ahead. They worked very quickly and neatly, and explained how I needed to air dry the carpet, etc. after they left. He also gave me a few carpet care tips -- always useful. The job on the love seat was stellar. He had originally told me that the material isn't conducive to cleaning and that while it would certainly look better in the end, I could not expect "like new." However, the end result was spectacular ... far better than I'd anticipated. The overall time was a bit longer than estimated but only because I'd added on the love seat. They cleaned up after themselves and there were no add-on surprises on the final bill ... it was exactly what we'd negotiated. I will definitely be using Quality Carpet Cleaning again.

. When my carpets dried the next day, they looked terrible. Streaks and blotches all over. I called back, and Quality was very responsive, and sent out another person for a re-do. The second person looked around, got irritated and said he had to do the whole thing over again. That the first guy used the wrong equipment. He left the carpet very wet and was in a big hurry to leave. He told me if it didn't dry by the next day to call the offfice. When it dried, it still looked bad, so I called again. Again, Quality was responsive, and a third guy came out. This one was supposed to have lots of experience. He said he didn't think it looked very bad but would re-do it again. After it dried, it looks better than it did,but basically the carpet has blotches and the color is uneven now. It makes me ill. Qualtiy called to see how this re-do was. I told them my carpet looked terrible. The lady was going to transfer me to the manager, but I said I don't want them to come out a 4th time. I've had it. So, I'm out $200 and my carpets look awful. If I had the time and patience, I'd pursue it. It's not the $200 I mind, but the fact that my carpet appears to be ruined. I'm very depressed about it but don't know if I have the energy to fight.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. Sandra made the appointment and was able to get me the time and date I wanted. The cleaners arrived ontime and were in and out in time for me to go to work. GIlbert was excellent. He looked at what I needed, told me what to expect and got right to work. The results were far more than I expected for my very dirty carpet. superb service and results. What more could you want/

They were able to accommodate my price range. I was pleased with their professional attitude and the quality of their work.

I would hire them again, no hesitation. Everything went well. in all ways the two fellows covered the carpet thoroughly, and moved some furniture, replaced those pieces.

Workman was prompt, courteous and did a good job.

Normally I clean my own carpets, which takes about 1/2 to a full day. Since I had a number of other tasks to accomplish I decided to hire the job done. I searched through Angie's list and based on the overwhelming positive feedback I went with Quality Carpet Cleaners in my area. The person I spoke with on phone was very helpful and I was able to schedule the work to fit in with my schedule. The technician that came to my home examined the job and let me know for an extra $50 fee he would be able to treat the spot stains and I decided it was worth the extra fee. We walked through the job and he took note of my requests. I asked him to do an extra rinse with just warm water to be sure to remove as much cleaning solution as possible, and to also remove as much moisture as possible. I was told that the carpets should be dry by that evening. By the next morning, the carpets were still wet and a few spots returned. As I mentioned before I normally clean my own carpets so I own a carpet cleaner and was able to use the machine to extract more moisture from the carpets and go over the spots again, it only took me and additional 30 minutes. I received a call that evening from the company to ask for any feedback and also received a letter in the mail from the Company and did call and speak to a representative about concerns I mentioned above. He was appreciative of my feedback and assured me they will come out and correct any issued I have. I mentioned I already took care of the problems and thanked him again. I suppose the service accomplished the majority of the issues, but I will probably do it myself in the future, unless there is something significant.

Quality sent different technician for touchup. Discovered that the technicians are independent contractors hired by Quality. Both technicians were professional and knew what to do.

Overall the technician did a great job on the cleaning. The carpet looks great. I was a little disappointed because when I scheduled the appointment I asked for carpet repair to patch a hole, but when the technician arrived he did not have the tool required to make the repair and asked me to Google carpet repair supplies dealer in my area - of which there were none. Also the technician didn't clean up after himself - black smudges on the door, he left a cleaning product on a shelf, and didn't clean up after himself after using the bathroom. Nice guy - just could use more attention to those professional details. Having said that, though, I was really pleased at how good the carpet looks. I would use them again in the future.

Serviceman missed his four hour window and arrived late. Once he arrived, I showed him the area to clean and agreed to add a treatment to an area with some pet stains. I had a coupon that covered four areas for $97.00 and understood I would pay more for the additional treatment. However, somehow the total came to more than double the coupon price. Honestly, I was surprised at the end cost and the tech could not really explain it to me. I agreed to it since I needed the work done but I didn't feel good about the transaction. The next morning, the owner called to explain the price difference - which he did clearly- and adjusted the bill. I really appreciate that and he follow-up. This makes me feel much better about using their service again in the future. On the positive side, the tech was very polite and worked hard. The carpet is still wet but it looks like it will turn out nicely.

Overall they are a standup company, and in this economy you dont find many that will back up their work. A+
