Jorge arrived promptly at about 8:30 am and surveyed the carpet in the three bedrooms and living room area to be cleaned. He asked me to point out any spots/problem areas on the carpeting which needed attention. Jorge was professional and went to work and was done within 1 1/2 - 2 hours. The carpets looked clean, and he was able to remove all the spots but one. That spot I hadn't even seen previously. After Jorge left, I realized that he may not have gotten under the beds and some of the furniture. But the price was good and overall I'm very satisfied with the job.

I'm pleased to say that everything went smoothly for me...they were prompt, professional, and cleaned our pieces so well that some friends asked if we got new furniture! Will definitely use them again in the future.

They were friendly and professional quick and thorough. Moved furniture, made sure everything was don to my satisfaction. My only criticism is that they said the carpet and furniture would be dry in 6 hours...it took 2 days and I had to put the sofa cushions in front of my heAter and keep turning them to get them thoroughly dry.

They were very punctual and cleaned the sofa and loveseat. He did a nice job, especially since they were very dirty due to remodeling work and cat hair.

Quality Carpet Cleaning rep. showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. I was at work so my wife was the one at home. She called me at work to ask if we should get two additional rooms done as well as a sofa. I agreed and upon arriving home after work I was very happy with the results. Turns out Quality Carpet Cleaning services two of our neighbors as well. We will be using Quality Carpet Cleaning for all our carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

I have actually used them twice since buying the Big Deal. The first time they cleaned the two upholstery pieces and they called me the next day to check in. I actually was not pleased with the cleaning they did, so they came out and redid it and I was satisfied. The second time I did not buy a Deal, but I hired them directly to clean my carpets. I felt like they over charged me as they charged much more than the first time. I told them I had pet stains and they quoted me around $.25 per square foot to remove the stains in addition to the regular pet stains, with a maximum charge of $80. When they came and did the work, it ended up being closer to $120 when I got the bill.

This company did a decent job for us, but not great. The guy got there at the very end of his window but this was understandable as it was two days before Thanksgiving so I am sure they were busy. The carpet cleaning was OK but some spots have reappeared and it took 48 hours to fully dry. I have NEVER had a carpet cleaning that took THAT long to dry. The guy was really nice and worked hard, but overall I would say it was a B- experience.

Technician called and arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. He did an excellent job removing extensive stain. He cleaned up after the job was completed. He finished quickly. I would use them again and request same technician.

Took advantage of $97 dollar Angie's List deal and added some extra services. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and their efficiency. Carpets were fully dry by the next morning.

Wonderful and friendly service. Although the area rugs were already damaged from having them in the garage unprotected for over 5 years, they did a wonderful job restoring the color and removing the horrible odors. Kara our wonderful service person, came by and picked up the rugs...he reviewed the work that would need to be done and explained it to me in detail. He discussed the quality of my carpet and how he would clean it. He gave me some advice on how to maintain the vivid colors. The area rugs are now usable in any room.

Jacob was excellent. He worked quickly and efficiently. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and hard working. We would definitely use his company again and would request him, if possible.

Great! Jorge showed up at his expected time and reviewed the condition of the carpet. There was a minor glitch at the beginning because his regular vacuum was broken and so he had to use ours...and then a wheel fell off (lol) but we got it all working again and he went to work and did an AMAZING and super detailed job. When I returned home that night the only thing I noticed was the house smelled like shampoo more strongly than other times I've had the carpets done in the past--HOWEVER this is also the cleanest I've ever seen these carpets for years. Its been several days and no stains or dark spots have 'come back up'. Jorge did an excellent job on my stairs ( which were a priority for me since I live in a townhouse--they are the highest traffic area). I also have to mention that this company is INCREDIBLY honest. I bought a coupon for them on Angies list-- but then in my rush to get to work that morning, I accidentally wrote a 2nd check out to them as well. The company called me 2 days after the service to alert me that I had double paid. I really appreciated that and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Two people arrived and helped get furniture moved. Items that could be easily carried were moved into non-carpeted rooms. Larger items such as desks and file cabinets were moved far enough to allow cleaning underneath. After cleaning, larger furniture items were put back in place with small foam blocks underneath to allow airflow so the carpet would dry. The whole process was quick and easy. The heavy equipment is outside in the truck so the only hardware that enters your house is long hoses plus the vacuum cleaner wand. I asked for special attention on some high traffic areas, and the cleaners were able to get those areas uniformly clean.

Saw coupon on Angie's list. Called set up a date and service was provided.

Service was excellent from start to finish. The service representative called to let us know when he would arrive and was very conscientious when he did arrive. The carpets were very soiled and he cleaned them in no time flat. We were very pleased with the result.

Perfect job ...arrived on time, very efficient. Carpets are old and looked terrific. I did not request any special treatments. (I hate that the carpets are damp for at letast a day after cleaning...but this is true of every carpet service I have ever used.) I have used Quality Carpet for many years. They word quality seems applicable in my opinion. Normal price without the special deal I had was around $150.

Overall is went very well although I thought the cost ended up being more than I expected to pay. I had purchased the $97 special on Angie's List and was quoted an additional $75 for stairs and living/dining area. The protective spray was $100 for the whole house but somehow I paid an additional $90 for a master bedroom closet, 2 small closets and a small hallway (probably less than half the square footage of my living/dining area . The carpet looks wonderful though and most of the pet stains are gone. I never thought it would looks as good as it does. I would deinitely use then again.

The service was excellent. The outcome was very good- carpet seemed/felt brand new. They are friendly, prompt and has great customer service.

Can't remember the date, so that is a plug number. This was such a minimal job. While I didn't expect moving any heavy furniture, there didn't appear to be any spotting at all. I have pets and know how stubborn such stains can be, but normal spots remained. The carpet looked good until it fully dried, then the spots reappeared. I do a better job with my small carpet cleaner.

I requested an appointment on Wednesday and by Thursday afternoon, it was the job had been completed!

Paid extra for stairs plus chairs/ottoman. No pressure for extras. Nice job and it dried quickly.
