We got a deal from Angie's List where you prepay the service and they come to do the cleaning. From the second they walked in, it was upsell, upsell, upsell. The tech said our house smelled like urine (it doesn't) and that we need so many extras. Then he said he couldn't clean the carpet unless we bought all services. We told them not to clean it and then they said they would clean it if we purchased only one additional thing. We said fine. The carpet came out fine but it was a job anyone could do without all the extra hassles and threatening to leave unless we paid extra money. Also, the tech who came out said he was contracted by the company and not an employee.

This was my second time using this company. I had them clean three rooms and a different couch in the upstairs part of my house one year prior. I purchased this second big deal coupon in April 2012, but unfortunately I had to reschedule it a couple of times. They were very flexible with their scheduling and usually come out the next day! Because I had to change my appointment a couple of times, my coupon ended up expiring in October 2012. They came out and cleaned my carpet in December and still honored my coupon! They were very professional and prompt in their service. My only complaint about them is that each time they came out they tried to "upsell" me on a deep cleaning for certain parts of my carpet by warning that a "regular" cleaning may not have gotten the stain out. I took my chances without the upgrade and fortunately the results came out great!

The team did a fantastic job. They were on time, polite and made sure I was happy.

I originally scheduled carpet cleaning but once there, I requested upholstery cleaning as well. I wasn't present during the cleaning however my husband said the technicians were very friendly and completed the work quickly. When I arrived late in the day I noticed several areas of the carpet and upholstery were very wet and a damp odor filled the house. After a couple of days the same areas were still very wet. I called the company Monday or Tuesday following the cleaning to complain about the wet spots and the odor. Their customer service was friendly and assured me someone would return my call. Within a few hours Mark returned my call and scheduled a follow up appointment to a**** the carpets and upholstery. I was concerned the padding might be damaged due to the excess water. Based on their experience, Mark and the technician didn't believe there was sufficient water to cause any damage, but did everything possible to address my concerns. The technicians pulled back sections of the carpet to check the padding and allowed me to check as well, and they were correct, the padding was not wet nor damaged. The technicians returned to do a second cleaning and the carpets look and smell great. Due to my time constraints the upholstery was not cleaned a second time, however, Mark offered to perform a follow up cleaning. Despite the issues with the original cleaning, I'll use them again. Their consistent follow up and eagerness to address my concerns to provide quality service was outstanding. I appreciate any company that is willing to put the customer's concerns first and will go above and beyond to provide 100% satisfaction.

The company via phone was responsive and polite. The man who showed up to do the job was an independant contractor, and he was a pleasure! He made the job seem effortless, went over things till they were spotless. I would definitely ask for him again if I used this company. The only negative was the pricing for treating the carpet with a "special solution" for pet homes. These upcharges, which I learned about when the guy arrived, would have added almost another 50% to the job, which seemed high. We compromised and only did the high traffic areas for much less. After a little haggling, we ended up spending about what we expected, which included the original Angie's Deal, the additional rooms and stairs, and the spray on treatment.

They showed up on time and were very aware of making sure I was happy with the service. Cleaned carpets well.

Overall the customer service staff were very pleasant and responsive. Ken the technician came out and began the work on the carpet. The carpet needed to be stretched and cleaned badly. The carpet turned out great. I need to have a couple of other rooms stretched and will be calling them again.

I bought the "big deal" carpet cleaning package for 3 rooms, and upgraded to cleaning the couch and a recliner that my dog sat in quite a bit. The technician did a good job, but I got the distinct feeling he was trying to upsell me as much as possible, such as for the enzyme cleaner. I've had the dogs for several years and had the carpets cleaned several times, and I've never needed a special enzyme cleaner to get the stains out. The couch and recliner did end up looking like new. The carpets came out clean, but I'll probably stick with my usual guy because he was less expensive and I don't get the "upsell" pitch from him.

bought an Angie's List deal for $97 and added some rooms, and they did a fantastic job! I had dog urine smell in the dining room and this completely removed it, when other carpet cleaners could not. I was afraid the smell would be floral and overpowering, but it was a very natural, wonderful smell. Very prompt, very courteous, fantastic job. Will definitely use again.

Mike and Dave arrived at our place on time. Mike tested the materials and determined that in order to bring the colors back closer to original, that he would like to preform the service outside. We moved the sofas and chair outside and they did their magic. I let the Sofas and chair outside to air-dry and brought them in after about 4 hours. They matched our cushions, which they did not do at our request. This company really backs their service.

Called in the a.m. when I saw they had a special through Angie's list. They offered to come out within 2 hours and they DID! I had three rooms and the halls in between , all on the top floor (4th floor from the street!) to clean. No problem. Two guys showed up just when they'd promised, moved furniture out of the way (or onto little styrofoam stands) and cleaned all my carpeted rooms within an hour! After doing a hallway area they called me to take a look at the difference (let me tell you, there was a BIG difference) and to make sure I was satisfied. They put everything back before they left and could not have been more pleasant. A week later I received a follow up letter thanking me for my patronage and inviting me to call to have any areas "spot cleaned" within 30 days that was not up to my expectations, free of charge. Now THAT is good customer service.

When I called to make the appointment they were terrific. I was told that he would be here between one and four and they called ahead of time and asked if they could come a little early. He was punctual and they all had great customer service. He was very nice, but he looked at my couch and he said he couldn’t clean it with the methods that he uses. I used another company in the past but I’m not sure what method they used to clean it so it must have been an alternative method.

They did a pretty good job, but one of the bedrooms ended up with three good-sized new stains in it. However, they came out and fixed it after I called them.

The service person arrived on time and started pre-cleaning problem spots right away. He seemed very knowledgeable and knew which spots/areas needed more cleaning. He worked the entire time without any breaks. He also gave me an estimate for cleaning an upholstered bench, which I thought would not get clean. But he assured me that he could get the stains out, and he did! He did an excellent job, and offered to come back if any spots returned after the carpets dried. He stayed about 4 hours.

I got what I paid for. within a week the main dirt spots were back and looked a little bit worse than prior to the cleaning. it smelled nice after they were done. they were quick and efficient and pleasant. the rest of the carpet is still clean. i think more of a BIG DEAL disappointment than the company performance.

I called, they gave me an estimate, we scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me, the technician came by, cleaned my carpets superbly, the estimate was accurate, and the technician made sure I was satisfied before leaving. As simple as that. See above.

They were professional and showed up on time. He was courteous but they were not able to do the work I needed.

We have used the Angie's list special 3 times from this company. I have had everyone from Coit to ZeroRez to ChemDry to a local independent out here to clean our carpets and none have done as thorough a job as Quality. They are also a great value for the price considering what I have paid for with their competitors. I highly recommend them.

I was able to schedule my appointment very quickly and they arrived on time, checked out my carpet I have three dogs so he suggested that I get a enzyme spray(I did $65.00) and a 5x7 area rug ($35.00) then they vacuumed and began cleaning. It went fast and when they were finished it looked like new and smelled great.The guys were friendly and professional.I will call them again when it is time to cleaning my carpet.

The scheduling and initial conversation with the company went smoothly, absolutely no complaints! A worker and his younger helper arrived in their van and cleaned the back room very quickly. They then tackled the living room sofa which is in the front of the house. This was also done quickly - and out of concern that our rug was a material that may stain if water got on it, they moved the sofa to the dining room and proceeded to clean the sofa and cushions there.

I'll never hire another carpet cleaning company. They showed up on time, analyzed stains before beginning and left me with a spotless carpet in fairly dry condition. A few days later I received a letter (!) thanking me and telling me to call them if any problems appeared as a result of the cleaning! I'm a customer for life!

In view of all the other high recommendations of this company, it's apparent that they sent someone who either didn't share their values or was in a rush or didn't care about doing the promised job. I suggest they give him a refresher course in customer service.
