They arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and cleaned up appropriately. The truck-mounted system seems superior to services that use handheld units. The carpet seemed to clean up well, and dried fairly quickly. The only downside was that they did try to upsell us on spot-treating, scotch-gaurd, etc. All-in-all, though, a good deal for the money paid.

We have 2 small dogs that have peed all over these rugs when no one is looking. I had spot treated millions of times but when the rooms would get hot in the summer you could really smell the odor. I asked Quality Carpet to really try and get out the stains and odor in the carpets and a few spots on the light colored sofas. Mike was a great technician and was very courteous and super helpful in trying to get these stains out. Mike informed us that we did have a guarantee should we not be 100% satisfied (for a week or so) He said with the odor sometimes there may need to be another run of deodorizer. Everything looked great when he was done- but could not do a true smell test until everything was dry. We gave it a full week to dry and had to contact Quality Carpet cleaning again because there was still some odor in the rugs. Mike was happy to come back out and fully hit the area rugs with deodorizer. As the carpets were drying he got right into those carpets with a sniff test to make sure the smell was coming out to our liking. We were very pleased with the end result and I would definitely use them again.

. they arrived on time. Brought in spray and vacuum line connected to their van, moved furniture,cleaned carpet and replaced furniture placing protective plastic pieces under furniture legs to protect carpet while it was drying. They instructed me to open windows to speed up drying time. All stains and spots were removed and my carpet looked like new again. I am very pleased with them and would call them back as needed. The entire job from arrival to departure took about 45 minutes and covered about 650 sq. feet

They arrived right on time the very next day. In addition to the areas covered by the Big Deal, I asked for a quote on having some additional traffic areas cleaned. The quote was very reasonable (I'd had the areas cleaned in the past so had a comparison for price). All the work was done quickly, and they extracted so much of the water that the carpets were only damp for a very short time. Would definitely use them again!

I need to pay extra $$ for the sofa (don't remember the cost). I already moved the furnitures out of the way. Two men came and did the cleaning in less than 30 minutes. On the next day, I inspected their work and saw unclean spots. I called the company to complain. They came out the next day and cleaned up those spots.

They came on time and the carpets looked better after they left.

Went great, Provider showed up the day after I called and worked hard to clean the carpet that have had stains from the children and our dog. I paid a little extra for the nice smelly stuff and the house was a pea sure to be in.

They were excellent. They were very professional and wanted very much to please us. We would definitely use them again.

Came on time & did a very good, thorough job, especially the couch. Have had all these services many times before, & they did the best job on the couch. The main problem, was, not enough water was pulled out/extracted from the carpet! The darn thing took nearly 2 days to dry & one has to be VERY careful when going from a wet carpet to tiled floors (rest of the house)--SLIPPERY!! Also, carpet gets dirty very quickly unless proteceted, so had towels all over the place. Company called next day (I didn't complain--was a nice curtisy on their part) & told them of the problem, they apologized profusely & asked if they should come back, but I said it was okay now...

Arrived within the specified time.....not very personable, just went right to work.....asked if I wanted the small portion of the hallway cleaned but I don't remember how much he charged and I can't read the price on the invoice....done within an hour....dried in about 5 hours....whatever the chemical cleaner that was used made my eyes water a bit when watching tv downstairs...next time I'll try the guys that drink the water....no chemicals...

I called QCCI after reading many good reviews and received a quote for $165 for 4 bedrooms and 2 hall ways. When the 2-man crew showed up at my house on time, they seemed pretty professional. After examining my carpet, which is off white (we don't wear shoes in the house) I was asked if I ever cleaned the carpet with a Bissel. Upon learning that I had used it a couple of times, they immediately raised serious concerns that the solution used in the Bissel has already damaged my carpet and that they may not be able to clean it. Their concerns seemed genuine at the time that I became concerned as well. Then they offered to "rescue" my "uncleanable" carpet by doing something "special", such as bleaching and extra scrubbing, etc. However, because of the "extra" work necessary, the price was more than doubled to $400. In addition, they would charge $100 for my area rug. Since they had convinced me that I might need new carpets, which would have cost thousands, I was made to feel I really didn't have any choice but to go ahead, which I did. I watched the duo as they went through each of the rooms and hallways as they cleaned. They basically sprayed the carpet with a cleaner, scrubbed normally with a rotory buffer and then steamed and vaccummed. They were done in less than 40 minutes from start to finish. I did not see them do anything out of the ordinary. They didn't even spot treat some of the areas that had more stubburn stains. There was no cleaning of any of the areas (tiles and hardwood floors) that were left covered by the cleaner and other liquid as the result of overspray. I had to clean up all of that myself. In terms of the job quality, I would rank them about average. What bothered me was the way they seemingly misled me into paying for much than what was quoted on the phone while I witnessed no extraordinary work done. This appeared to have been a low-ball scam to get the appointment than sandbag the job and overcharge the customer. An update to my review. Mark Wil from QCCI contacted me after reading my review and apologized for their crew's overcharging and offered to refund the difference between what was originally quoted and what I had paid. In addition, he extended the normal 30-day warranty to 90 days. Knowing that QCCI's management actually cares about their quality of service and their customer's opinion gives much more comfort in using them again it the future.

I had a $76 coupon but added on deeper cleaning features plus Scothguarding that may or may not have been necessary but brought the total up to $150, pricer than I'd expected but I added the features and I am SO HAPPY with how clean they got my carpets, so they get an A over all from me. I would use them again.

I have previously used Quality Carpet for upholstery cleaning, and they did an excellent job. I decided to call them back out to do approximately 450 sf of tile and grout cleaning and sealing. They did not disappoint! Gilberto did an excellent job, was very respectful and pleasant to deal with, and very careful with the pieces of furniture we could not move. There was not a drop of overspray on anything, which was something I had feared. My tile and grout look better than it ever has! I have recommended Quality Carpet to friends and family and, more specifically, have recommended Gilberto for his professionalism and quality of work.

I was moving into my home and really need a good cleaning of my carpets.Kenny came and brought my carpets back to life and they look like they are brand new!! He was so kind and professional that I will definitely recommend to all my friends. If you need a good carpet cleaning, ask for Kenny! He is a total Rock Star!!
