The carpet cleaning went as expected--on time, complete and more than satisfactory in quality.

I had had some work done in my home and plaster dust was everywhere and I knew the furniture would have to be cleaned just like everything else in the house. I puchased the deal on-line. When I had my house back together I made the appointment. The first Saturday after my call was available. The crew (2 gentlemen) showed up at the beginning of the time slot I was offered, did the work within the estimated time I was given, and left. There was no mess and the furniture looks great.

We called them on short notice after buying the Groupon (first checking Angie's List, of course). They came out here a bit early, checked all the spots on the carpet and also gave us a price to do armchairs, which was very reasonable compared to past companies. They were thorough, polite, and rather efficient time wise. Considering it was two days before Christmas Eve, it was a sigh of relief to have it done before setting up for the holidays. Definitely will use again- they have us on reminder call for 6 months. I appreciate that, as well,, because time flies before you realize it needs to be done again.

Only negative remark is that the carpet was very wet for 24 hours

I purchased an Angie's list deal. $100 for $200 of repair. They did a very nice job on the repair. The carpet looks 100% better. After it was finished I asked them to clean the carpets. This made all the difference. The carpets look like new. The guys that came were very nice -- polite and helpful. They warned me about a stain from my cat in one bedroom that I was unaware of and used some deodorizer to help with the smell. My only concern/qualm is that they moved a dresser into the bathroom in order to fix the carpets and in so doing put a nasty gash from a loose nail in the bathroom door. Aside from this, I am happy with the quality of the repair and cleaning.

We just bought a house and couldn't decide if we should replace the carpets right away. We decided to try to have Quality Carpets come out. The gentleman who came out told us we had high quality carpeting and there was no reason to replace them at this time. Once he completed the cleaning the carpets looked brand new! I would highly recommend Quality Carpets- very professional, really know what they are doing!

When we contacted them we were clear that we would be using the coupon through Angie's List. They were happy to comply. When the service person arrived, on time, he explained what he would be doing, thanked us for moving some of the furniture, and did his job. All went well. We were ready to make the paymentnd he reminded us that he was applying the coupon. He was so polite and easy with us that we did not feel the house was taken over by aliens as happens with very aggressive teams. Very good job.

I saw the special for upholstery cleaning Quality Carpet Cleaning had and purchased it because it was such a great price. I called and scheduled an appointment for them to come out. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way and then showed up right on time. They did a wonderful job cleaning my furniture and they also were very careful to protect my wood floors when doing the job. I was very pleased with their work, my 2 love seats and recliner hadn't been cleaned in a couple years and now they look like new! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They showed up on-time and did a beautiful job on the rugs. They also sent us a reminder letting us knwo that it had been a year since they cleaned our rugs and we apprecaite the reminders. I would highly recommend them.

The guy who came out said he was independent of this company and I paid extra to get out tough spots and he was not able to get the spots out as they have came back. I paid for the deal and they ended up charging extra for the service. I thought it should have been included and felt like they took advantage of the situation.

My carpet had not been cleaned in quite some time. I have a dog who tracks in a lot of dirt -- not pet stains otherwise. The technician did a great job, as best he could -- looks much better and would use them again once I replace the carpet.

It was easy to schedule the appointment. Because the appointment was on New Year's Eve, several of their technicians took vacation at the last minute, which meant that my appointment was delayed. They promptly called to notify me and arrived during the newly agreed to time frame. The technician was friendly, professional, and did a great job. The carpet definitely looked better after the service. By the way, it is a 20 year old carpet.

They arrived on time,discuss the plans and give estimate,explain well Re: terms and conditions,I signed the papers and give my payment,they started their services,,I give the high five for a job well done.

Two professionally dressed men arrived promptly, gave me a very reasonable estimate, explaining each step of the cleaning process & proceeded to complete the job in an efficient manner. Even though I had forgotten to mention the Angie's List discount they honored it when I paid for the job. Once the sofa had dried I noticed a few spots still there (the sofa is multicolored so easy for anyone to miss some) + a couple of blood stains on carpet I had missed so called the company & they sent someone out immediately to rectify the situation, which was completed successfully(& at no extra charge). I have been using this company for years & although I have tried others occasionally, I always came back to Quality Carpets as it feels like a family run business with employees who have been there for a long time & who offer consistent care & attention.

The work was just efficiently. When I inspected the cleaned carpets, I noted that a few small stains remained and the carpet cleaner got very defensive and said loudly he couldn't get every stain out. I was surprised by his strong reaction to a simple observation spoken without an accusatory tone. He left without making any further attempt to get the stains out. Otherwise the rest of the work was fine.

I wanted to have the bedroom carpet cleaned and also to have a couch and chair cleaned. I called ahead to purchase the Angie's List Big Deal they were offering, and the woman on the phone was very pleasant and helpful as we discussed whether what I wanted would be covered by the deal. Scheduling was easy. The cleaner arrived during the time window promised. When I showed him the upholstered pieces I wanted to have cleaned, he told me that he wouldn't recommend having him clean them because they are slipcovered and the fabric is delicate. But he said that he'd seen furniture like that at a job he'd done recently, and knew that the slipcovers could be removed -- which I had never managed to do. And he helped me take them off so that I could get them cleaned separately. We agreed that since the room with the carpet to be cleaned was oversized (I should have given the room dimensions over the phone when setting up the service) and included two separate closet areas, that he would clean those areas for the price of the deal. Since we haven't had the carpet cleaned for a long time and have done remodeling projects recently, the carpet was quite dirty. He worked very hard to get it cleaned -- the carpet is beige/white, and looked clean and beautiful afterwards. Because I was in a hurry to get the cleaning done, I didn't call around to compare prices, but I was very happy with the work done.

I bought the Big Deal of the week from Angie's List. Quality Carpet Cleaning was on time, professional, and they did an excellent job.

The company was very responsive and gave me a very reasonable on-the-spot quote for my dining room area rug. the cleaned the carpets well, and left the house in good order.

The first time I hired them they did a great job. The only thing I didn't like was the scent of the cleaners they used, so the next time I asked them not to use that applications. Now, instead of a perfumy smell, my carpets have smelled like wet carpet for about 5 or 6 weeks.

Overall, the carpet cleaning went well. We had removed all of the furniture from the small bedroom. This included a queen size bed, bed frame, two small nightstands, and a makeup table. We have a large dresser that we put on furniture moving pads so that we would be able to slide it around the room. The large family room has several recliners in it, so we opted not to move that furniture. We moved the coffee table, sofa table, and floor standing speakers to make the job easier. The technician arrived on time. We showed him the areas that we wanted to have cleaned. He suggested an enzyme treatment for the pet stains/odor problem, but explained that it would be an additional $50 to have this done. I wasn't ready for the additional cost, but opted to pay it so that we could get rid of the places where our dogs were marking. The technician suggested that we roll back the carpeting, remove the padding, and treat the sub floor with bleach to totally get rid of the odor, and to prevent the dogs from continuing to mark. He said that if we did that, then called a carpeting place, the charge would be minimal to put a new piece of padding down, and stretch & re-install the existing carpeting. The technician was very careful when he was moving his equipment around in the house. He made sure that the air line and vacuum hose did not scuff the walls as he moved about. He gave us a bunch of clear plastic squares to put under the legs of furniture so that we could put some of the things back in the bedroom. He also gave us the remaining enzyme treatment in case our dogs had more accidents. He also told us that we could use vinegar and water if the made mistakes again. He said that the vinegar breaks down the concentrated salts in pet urine. That was a trick that I wasn't aware of. When it comes time to call again for carpet cleaning, I will definitely give them another call. They deserver my return business.

I placed a phone call to make an appointment. The office staff was friendly, well-informed and cooperative. On the day of our carpet cleaning, the workers phoned to advised that they were on their way. They came in, did their job and left. The men were personable, knowledgeable and didn't try to give us a hard sell about additional services. They also advised us that because it was a rainy day, our carpets would take longer to dry. They made suggestions on how to move the drying process along. We found the service to be very good and a good value for the money. The only tiny complaint I have is that when we asked them to clean a small area rug, they didn't advise us that there would be an additional charge of $10. It simply appeared on the bill they handed us. We probably should have known, but a fee was not mentioned. Otherwise, the job was well done.

They did a nice job. I would use them again. They did try to upswell me on scotch-guarding, but I declined.

They did an excellent job in doing a nice deep cleaning of the carpet. My carpet is about 12 years old and will need to be replaced soon. My wife and I were very happy with the job they did.
