It was great. He was on time and courteous.

We had used them before and were happy with them. I thought that the Big Deal was a good price.

Simple and somewhat effective. He just spot treated carpeting and then ran the steamer over it. Results were ok, but have had better results from Stanley Steamer. However, this carpeting is way past its youthfulness and maybe my expectations were unreasonable.

Since I have pets, my carpet is destined to get filthy. I try my best to keep everything clean but its difficult to stay on top of it all of the time. I like to get a professional carpet cleaning every now and then to get it looking presentable. Very content with the quality of the service I received. It won't be long till I need to use them again.

It was easy to make an appointment for the carpet cleaning. The appointment was for a three hour window, but I was pleased to get a call from the serviceman who was able to give me a better approximation of the time based on his work schedule. He called again when he was on his way. He did a thorough job and even asked me to inspect it when he thought he was finished. My carpet had not been cleaned in 10 years, so it was a challenge to get it looking good. I would say, do call Quality Carpet Cleaning to have your carpet cleaned, but don't wait 10 years. If you have any small wool rugs that are in need of cleaning, they do a great job on those too. Note that the charge for the wool rugs is higher, but mine really looks nice, so I'm glad I spent the money.

Showed up on time and worked tirelessly. Carpets were cleaned quickly and efficiently. Also had upholstery cleaned on two living room chairs. Will use this company again. Highly recommended.

You get what you pay for. I thought it was a discounted price for Angie's List members, but that is how much they charge for this service.

they showed up, did the job in a matter of an hour and my tenant moved in that night. Great work, super friendly, nice looking gentle man training his son. It was a fabulous repair and I will definately use them again and again.

NOT impressed with this company. Their first question upon looking at the areas that were to be cleaned was how much did I pay? Then they said that since I have pet stains, that the 'enzyme treatment' to remove these would cost an extra $25.00 per room. I have 5 rooms, no stairs. When they first came out to repair the carpet the week earlier, they said the enzyme treatment/odor removal would be an additional $15.00 per room. I understand that some pet stains are hard to remove and I agreed to paying the extra $15 per room amount. So we agreed on an additional $100.00. NONE of the pet stains or high traffic areas were any cleaner than they were before the cleaning. I own a Bissel carpet cleaner and even I can get the carpet clean with that. They didn't even have to clean from wall to wall. I left most of the furniture in its place so the amount of area they had to clean was hardly considered "whole house" and I don't have stairs. Also the carpet was left soapy and soaking wet. It took 2 days to dry. Even my home carpet cleaner does a better job of cleaning and drying. Do yourself a favor and call real professionals like Chem-Dry or Coit.

NOT impressed with this company. I bought 2 coupons from Angie's List for this company. One for $147.00 for whole house carpet cleaning including stairs. The other coupon I paid $97.00 for $200.00 of carpet repair. When I called to have the services performed, we agreed on the phone it would be best to repair the carpet first, then have it cleaned so I scheduled the repairs on one day and cleaning on another. When they arrived for the repairs, only one person came out and was not prepared to do the work. I specifically stated on the phone that I need a couple of areas stretched and two tack strips or whatever they call them to transition carpet to tile where I had new flooring put in. The guy who came out said that the transition strips could not be done (hmmm, I've had it done before) and that the stretching would require the "power stretcher". Well why on earth didn't he bring that? He stated he could do the repairs and the cleaning the same day so they came back the next week. They had to put a seam in my hallway to accomplish stretching there which I was not opposed to but the seam is very obvious. I already had a seam from the original installation which is so well done we couldn't even find it. So all they did for $97.00 is stretch 2 small areas. I've had carpet stretched in much larger areas before and paid a far more reasonable price.

Appointment was easy to set. They came on time and did a good job cleaning the carpet.

I had wanted to get my carpets cleaned and noticed Angie?s List had a coupon deal for $97?up to 750-sq.-ft. I purchased the deal and made a phone call to schedule the appointment. A woman answered the phone and when she suggested an early time I told her I wanted to sleep in, as it was my day off. She told me an employee would show up anywhere between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and I told her that would be fine. On the morning the work was to be done, I received a phone call at 7:54 AM?waking me up. It?s the same woman I had spoken with; she asks if the carpet cleaner employee can come at an earlier time?say between 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. At this point I?m annoyed?it?s completely unprofessional to be calling at 7:54 AM. I tell the woman ?Sure?I?m up now anyway.? The carpet cleaner arrives at 9:45 AM?so I found the 7:54 wakeup call to be pointless and unnecessary. The worker introduces himself and tells me I have a nice carpet and that it?s a stain master carpet and that the stains will come out. He adds he will spray stain guard on my carpet for an additional $35; I tell him no, but he presses the issue, telling me how great it is. I again decline. The guy does the work, finishes and again pressures me about spraying stain guard on my carpets?at least the most walked through area (the hallway). I again say no, and he tells me he can cut the price in half to $15. At this point, I just want the guy to go away, so I relent. He goes to his truck, brings in a plastic canister, and sprays for no more than ten seconds. He then washes his hands in my kitchen sink (without even asking), dries his hands using some paper towels, and leaves the clump of paper towels on my kitchen counter. After he drives off, I go outside to see where he had dumped the dirty water from the carpet cleaning machine, and am royally P.O.?d to see he had dumped it directly outside in the dirt, around my three palm trees?so I?m sure they soaked the chemicals used in the carpet cleaner. As far as the actual work, some areas are cleaner (mainly the bedrooms and family room), but some aren?t; there are still stains in the hallway. UPDATE: After my complaint, I received a call from operations - a man named Mark. He was very nice and agreed I had endured a less-than-good experience. He asked what could remedy the problem and I asked for the hallway to be redone. A much nicer man than the original worker arrived and did the work. Mark followed-up and was very nice. So if one has a problem, Mark will take care of it. I respect that in a business.

Cleaned carpet in three kids bedrooms, Hallway and stairs. Did not move furniture but was not necessary. In my opinion it was a very quick and easy job for them and they did not need to charge me extra for the stairs since the estimate said up to 4 rooms and my kids rooms are pretty small; especially when only cleaning the traffic areas and not under any furniture. Also charged me extra for scotch guard which never really seemed to protect that well. My carpet got dirty a lot faster After they came than Before( these were new carpets Only a year old. The man explained that their process takes all the factory protection off and so they have to spray it back on. Well, he only sprayed the hallway and stairs. Very quickly. And, as I said it never really worked that well. So, whereas I went a year without needing my carpets cleaned ( and they were not even dirty , just had a couple of spots here and there) after they came there were more stains on my carpet within a couple i think there are other companies out there with better quality products.

We had purchased a coupon for a full house carpet cleaning. We had the rugs in the bedrooms done only. We had a pipe a burst in our dining room wall which ruined the floors and rug in our living room and dining room and they were taken out. Our full house cleaing turned into just having the bedrooms cleaned. They got all of the stains out and did a great job. They use only organic cleaning solution, which I liked a lot. They got the job done in about an hour. Will take about 6 hours to dry. That's reasonable.

We had the carpet cleaned in our condo. They did living/dining room, hallway, two bedrooms & a piece of furniture (a recliner chair) for the price. They did not try to upsell & they did a good job for a reasonable price. They were on time & quick.

I was happy with the job and went well. They did more rooms than what was in the deal but the square footage was the same so they agreed to do the extra rooms.

Have nothing but a good report on Quality Carpet Cleaning based in Glendale. Khaled came out at the scheduled appointment time and looked over the carpeting, noting a couple of trouble spots. The work was done in a timely manner and the carpets were fully dry within 24 hours. I will definitely call this company again when I need cleaning again and highly recommend them.

They had a good package deal and were very flexible in scheduling. They did a really nice job with the carpets and the chair and it all looks great. They cleaned up after themselves after the job.

They did our dining room chairs and 3 carpets. They were great. They were able to schedule us quickly and with the service.

Arrived on time and did carpet and upholstery quickly. Since sofa took a long time to dry, it started to smell. They quickly responded and re-cleaned the sofa to my satisfaction.

I called them and they were able to get us in next day. The worker came to the house on time and was professional. Overall the experience was great.

What a terrific experience! I got a prompt reply, next day appointment and a terrific operator. I had not had any of my furniture cleaned since I bought it almost 8 years ago. Robert (Robbie) was the operator, I recommend him highly. He cleaned and treated my couch, easy chair and ottoman, two casual chairs and twelve dining room chairs. He was polite, informative, and worked his tail off getting the job done in a thorough but quick fashion. I will definitely use Qualtiy Carpet Care and Robbie specifically in the future.

The carpet cleaning went as expected--on time, complete and more than satisfactory in quality.

Was flexible with price and service. The couch didn't come out as clean as I hoped. Not sure if it was the material or what.
