I looked on Angie's list for a reputable carpet cleaner in Dec... As it turned out, I was able to purchase a coupon for carpet repair at that time. A short while later, I was able to purchase another coupon for carpet cleaning... The reviews from this company were outstanding so I decided to have them do it all. repair, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. Kenny, the technician, showed up on time.. He could not have been nicer.... He looked at what needed to be done and then went to his truck to get his equipment. He first repaired my rug..did a great job. He then brought up the equipment to clean my carpets and upholstery. He was at my home for about three hours and did a wonderful job.. I am extremely satisfied!

I continue to use this company and continue to be thrilled. The best I have found in YEARS! Different men have done my carpet each time and dealing with them has been just wonderful, comfortable. This time the service person suggested a "Scotch Guard" treatment which did cost an additional $50 and is worth every dime. The carpet is holding it's "clean" better then usual. It is NOT new carpet and I have pets, this company does a great job!

Quality was helpful on the phone, arrived when expected, were polite and professional, and highly efficient to a fault. The carpet looked good when they left. The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality was lingering questions in my own mind, compared to my previous experience with Stanley Steemer a year or two earlier. Quality was so fast they amazed me, completing everything in one hour. Stanley Steemer did essentially the same job (no sofa cleaning) in two hours at a proportionately higher cost. Stanley moved a lot more furniture around, and carefully placed little wetness insulators under the feet of furniture to keep them from staining the newly clean carpet. Quality moved very little furniture, and I suppose just did the easy, accessible carpet. When I asked them if they forgot placing the little insulators under the furniture feet, they said they didn't need to -- they wouldn't stain. And they didn't. Thinking back, that probably was because they didn't clean there, so the carpet was dry. So in total, I feel Quality did an express cleaning job for my coupon, whereas for more money Stanley did a more thorough job and removed more dirt. So it seems I might have a choice to make next time: Stanley if I needed a thorough job, and Quality for a quick broad brush treatment.

They were excellent! They thought there may be a hallway charge, but it ended up being tile so there was no charge. They were quick and efficient, and they in no way tried to upsell me which I really appreciated. The only small problem I had was the receptionist was as helpful as I would have preferred.

They are timely, friendly, trustworthy and do a good job.

They were fine. The best thing was they were offering a deal; they kept their deal, and they did not push for anything else; they did not try to push an upgrade like other carpet companies had done to us. They did a good job, and they were courteous to my wife. They came on time. I would recommend them.

I liked Quality Carpet Cleaning Inc. very much. They did a very good job. They were punctual. They called me before they arrived. He was professional. There was only one of them. One guy did it all by himself, so he worked very hard.

Mike was very courtesy & we walked around the rooms to see if anything needed special attention. He showed me some spots that he would take care of. Mike sent a lot of time to make sure every thing was done right. I have never had a service company with such good follow-up. A gal called from their corporate office to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. To top it off, I received a letter from Quality Carpet cleaning 2 days later to make sure I was happy. Well I am sold on this company. Their card goes in my file as the one to call for carpet cleaning, and I hope that Mike is the one that comes out, because he was "GREAT" & shows what good people in a good company can do. I hope this does not sound like a paid commercial, I am just very happy with their service & people..

I was very happy with the staff and work performed. He was professional and explained everything before he began the work. He was 3 hours late, but he gave us the heads up. I believe, because he was rushed a bit, he left my house in the dark and forgot to plug up the sewer drain in the garage. I would use them again.

They arrived on time for the job. There were some stains on the carpeting which they took extra measures to remove. Unfortunately, many of them did not come out though we were able to remove some of them ourselves with our standby spot remover, Folex. Overall, we were very pleased with the service.

Everything was done as promised. The office was responsive and friendly when I booked my appointment with the $97 coupon. Freddy, the technician, arrived promptly at 8 a.m. (for an 8-11 a.m. 'window' of service). He analyzed my needs and what could and couldn't be done (the couch upholstery was too loose for machine cleaning, so he spot cleaned it), and accomplished it quickly and professionally. I am HIGHLY pleased with this company.

Great overall - The only "oops" was that the order desk gave me a window of time, but said the cleaner would call me 30 minutes before so I could meet them at the house (I'm a real estate broker - house was vacant). They forgot to call me first, so they had to wait about 20 minutes for me to get there. They were good spirited about it, and realized it was their "oops" (the note was on the paperwork), I had asked for an estimate on grout cleaning also - they were honest and told me that they didn't recommend it - just a tad of bleach would do the job?wasn't that bad. I appreciated that. The price quoted over the phone was confirmed, and they didn't try to change anything or up-sell me. They did a great job. The carpet came out looking almost new, which was better than I had expected. They were efficient, clean and careful to leave everything in a proper condition. I will definitely use them again.

The family room has beige carpet which showed spots. It looks brand new now, the spots are completely gone. One bedroom has old carpet that was not completely nailed down and alot of furniture in the room. I asked him to do the best he could in that room and it came out great. The second bedroom had some spots and it came out like new also. The chair was an older chair and was pretty dirty. The chair looks good. I am very very pleased with the work that was done. I had to cancel our original appointment due to the painters not being done. I called Quality Carpet the morning after my painters left and they came out that same day. I am going to use them in the furture and recommend Quality Carpet Cleaning to all my family and friends.

Technician arrived exactly one time cleaned the carpets quite quickly. Later that day, new spots emerged in areas not dirty before and a were a strange color. Called Quality Carpets and they sent out a new technician and he cleaned the carpet again. He did a fabulous job. The company called a few days later to make sure I was satisfied. I would use them again.

They were very nice. They did the work as stated within the coupon. There were additional costs on top of the coupon but they were options that I added once they were there to do the work.

Went smoothly. Honest quote for service. No surprises. Oriental rugs cost $2/sq.ft. for basic cleaning. I liked the way that Quality Carpet Cleaning listened to my concerns and addressed them. Company located in my neighborhood -- Silver Lake area of Los Angeles. Chose higher-end cleaning and not just basic.

This contractor came out and told us up front that the type of stains on the furniture were not likely to come out. We wanted to try even though we knew it might not be successful. The contractor was right about the stains not coming out, but he cleaned our oriental carpet and floor for nothing! I would highly recommend this contractor.

Work done well...No complaints

Prior to purchasing (and again when scheduling) the carpet cleaning, I called the company to confirm they would meet my needs -- primarily spot cleaning of 6 month old high-end plush carpet. I verified that the price would cover two bedrooms, a den/hallway area, and wrap-around staircase. When scheduling, I was told that the hallway would be extra even though most of the 15' x 3' area could be considered as part of the 12'x13' den area (no wall between 9' of the two areas). I reluctantly agreed despite the prior guidance otherwise to keep things happy. The morning of the appointment, the cleaning vendor (outsourced from the main company) told me he had a cancellation due to the rain, and wanted to come 3 hours early. Although I was busy running errands since I was leaving for out of town that evening, I changed my plans to accomodate his schedule. When he arrived, he immediately tried to upsell me for an additional hallway -- the 3'x6' area in the middle of my wrap-around staircase. REALLY?? This was fully discussed prior to my purchase and again while scheduling, and repeatedly confirmed as no additional charge since it is part of the 13 total step staircase. Sensing (and hating) the now twice bait & switch, I told them to forget it and refund my money if they insisted on this bogus charge. They realized I wasn't rolling over, and agreed not to charge for it. He then told me he could not move any furniture in the two bedrooms which only had a bed/dresser/nightstand. I repeatedly offered to help since it wouldn't take more than 5 minutes to move to one side and back again and reminded him that this was confirmed prior to buying and when scheduling. He finally agreed once I told him that otherwise we should cancel, since there was no point for me to clean 1/3 of my 6-month old carpet. The actual cleaning was just 'ok'. If you need maintenance type of cleaning and are not picky, you may be satisfied. But if you have any spots, don't expect much. The technician's idea of their touted 4 or 5-step cleaning is a quick squirt of cleaner (without even bending down) and rubbing the stain twice with his tennis shoe. REALLY?? Only when I insisted he retry some of the spots (while I stood watch) did many go away. He seemed annoyed that I actually wanted him to do his job properly, rather than just a quick pass like he was vacuuming. I knew why I hired them -- to get spots out of newly installed carpet, not for wear & tear. Many spots came out, and I suspect most others will too with better attention. I'm just dissappointed that he did not perform the service advertised. The company did follow-up with a call and I mentioned the situation, but there was no further efforts by them to address despite their return guarantee. The spots I bought the service for probably wouldn't take more than 30-45 minutes to treat, but it seems that was too much for him/them. Would I allow them to try again at no charge? Yes. Would I pay for their cleaning services again (or recommend them to the rest of my HOA or others)? No, unless they proved themselves first. *** UPDATE *** Mark apparently read the review and contacted me soon thereafter. I agreed to have them come out again which they did. Jose was much better than the original guy. He investigated my concerns and explained what he could and couldn't do, and actually made an effort to do it. Overall, the cleaning was much better. A lot of the spots I had were apparently paint, which they couldn't remove, but the ones that were cleanable were mostly gone. The follow-up visit left a much better impression in my mind, and I would recommend them now -- for me, I'd ask for Jose again to be sure. Pricing was pretty typical overall (although as previously mentioned by me and others, they do add on a few things, so be prepared). My grades reflect both visits combined, rather than the much better second visit.

The gentleman arrived on time. I specified what I needed. He provided a quote for the additional services I needed. He completed the service while I watched. He shared his knowledge of carpets and cleaning experience. I was very pleased with his work.
