The guy was great and my wife was really happy. They were pretty fast and it was reasonable. I wasn't there, but everything was fine according to my wife. She seemed happy with it and said they were nice.

The two men arrived at the stated time, quickly went about their business and completed the job in a short amount of time, no mess, no fuss, no bother. I would use them again if I have the same problem.

I am absolutely thrilled with Qualilty Carpet Cleaning. From the first phone call to the actual service, everyone was totally professional and very courteous. My carpet was an absolute mess as it had not been cleaned for at least 10 years (I know, I'm a little slow sometimes!) and my sweet cats decided to leave a large urine stain in the front bedroom. Rafael explained what he and Geraldo would try to do and what the cost would be. They also were going to clean my red chair and sofa arms. I decided to add Scotch Guard to better protect the carpet. This company was great. Before I had my own Angie's List account, I used my daughter's account. Only problem is, she is constantly changing her password so I knew it was time to get my own. We purchased their coupon they have listed and we had a few extra things that needed to be done so we paid more. Not a problem though because they were absolutely great. We had multiple stains from our puppy doing bad things while we were gone. This company showed up on time, got the job done on time and there were no hidden charges. Great overall. Our carpet looks and smells so good. Thanks guys. Will be using them in the future!

Not a very good experience at all with Quality which is very surprising seeing as how we picked them based on their high-rating on Angies List. "Bait and Switch" Pricing - First, when my fiance called to receive a quote on our sofa he described in detail what the couch looked like and its measurements. The woman quoted one price but when the serviceman arrived he said we were misquoted and he wouldn't perform the cleaning for the original price. He called his manager and gave a price that was double! They said they would not budge so we said we would not move forward. At that point the manager spoke to my fiance. The manager tried to explain why the woman at his company was wrong and he would not honor the price. My fiance explained how not only is this unacceptable but also noted that he waited for an overly extended period of time for Quality to even arrive (see below on punctuality). Angrily the manager agreed to honor the price and the service was preformed. The couch was cleaned but the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouth. Punctuality - My fiance was given a three hour window of time with a courtesy call provided a half-hour prior. When the call came in my guy rushed home and waited. Two hours later (technically an hour and half late) the serviceman arrived. He said he was in traffic. I would be cautious in hiring these guys. It may have been a one time incident but I'm not sure about that.

Great everything really pleased with the service person and the service it's self. Scotch Guard was suggested for the first time and though it did cost extra I tried it and am very pleased with the way new spots are removed more easily. This is the third time I have used this company and the best service ever when I was sure it could not get better it did!

My experience with them was good. The guy called me a half an hour before he got here and showed up on time. He did a good job and cleaned up after himself. He was also extremely friendly, so he spent extra time on a couple of stains I had. Their price was cheap.

I used Quality Carpet Cleaning Inc and had a big deal coupon. We used them about two weeks ago. We did carpet cleaning for $90.00. They did a family room, a hallway and a bathroom. They treated the stains separately.

It went pretty well. We were satisfied with it. We had odor issues on some of the carpets and they did an enzyme treatment that was very effective. We were very happy with their work. They were very professional.

Decent job on basic cleaning though can already see the carpet, despite payig for the stain repellant while not stained does not look that good.

I added the stairs to the $97-deal for another $43. The cleaner showed up promptly, even though I realized he had to come across town at high traffic time. He suggested I have the carpets tefloned when everything was clean, but I declined and there was no pressure. Everything came out looking great, including some spots I didn't think would get cleared up. It was all done in about an hour and I was glad I took advantage of the Angie's List deal.

It went without a hitch! The technician arrived on time and he was polite, professional and very thorough. When he was done, my carpets looked like new again!

Freddy showed up on time and worked his behind off. He was able to make a beat up carpet look good, although due to the extensive traffic does not last long. I already bought another coupon to have him come back in a couple of months. Quality Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on a difficult task. Freddy is also a very pleasant individual and I was comfortable having him in my home.

They were on time, very accomodating, they also covered up all the furniture which was not required by them. They even followed up with a call to see how everything was going.
