The crew arrived 30 minutes early which was great. They looked over our carpet and assessed any stains and let us know exactly what they would need to do in order to clean them. They were quick, thorough, efficient and very professional. I will definitely use them again.

cleaning. Cleaning of 1 hall runner. Work took 45 mi nutes.total normally it takes 4 hours for same work with another company 1 man only also. Employee talked about h is health and perspired heavy. Had had heart surgery some months ago and I was worried he was not healty enough to work since he looked very strained. He stayed and talked about his life despite the fact that i had to leave for an appointment with my husband,

The dispatcher was able to arrange our appointment exactly when we wanted it. The cleaner was very punctual and professional. He did a good job. It was exactly as we expected and hoped for.

Great. Carpets were clean, and dry by the next day.

Quality Carpet Cleaning was offering a coupon for $ 97.00 including two rooms up to 250 SQ feet, plus a sofa. We have a house with very old, stained carpet and a sofa so this was perfect for us. We wanted someone to clean the carpet well, but, didn't want to invest in additional products to remove tough stains since we're planning to replace it in a few months anyway. The process was pretty simple actually. I called and spoke with the office staff several times prior to buying the angies list coupon deal. The women in the office were very nice and informative. I asked several questions and they seemed happy to answer. I really appreciated this about them. I decided to by the discount price and schedule the appointment. The guy showed up and he was really nice and he did a good job considering what he was dealing with. It was really that simple.

They were good. They were fast and efficient. I think they did really well. They came when they were supposed to come.

They called to verify the appointment, and arrived on time. They asked about any concerns or specific areas we needed attention. He cleaned the carpet, no complaints. He was personable and friendly. The carpet looked great the next day, like new.

Was surprised that a HUGE noisy canister was required to be inside my house during the cleaning. The name on the truck was not the name of the vendor for the deal that I responded to. The truck looked awful; it was obviously very old and it was filthy; way overdue for a paint job. I was somewhat embarrassed to have it seen in my driveway. However, the operator was very nice and very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. He asked before doing anything that might be of concern to a homeowner. He was in and out very quickly. The carpet was very damp (wet feeling, really) when he left and it smelled funny - like a strong cleaner combined with wet carpet. It figured to have some sort of smell afterwards, but this was intense. Full disclosure: I am very sensitive to the smell and/or presence of chemicals. The carpet was not dry until late the next day. But it still looks beautiful now 2 months later, so it was worth it. I'm probably just being a wimp because of my smelling sensitivities.

Quality Carpet Cleaning did a great job. They were prompt and called ahead when they were close to arriving. They did a particularly good job on a couple of trouble stains that previous carpet cleaners had not been able to remove. They also offered to return to address any problems/stains that might come back in the next few days (there were none). They tried to upsell some additional services but were not pushy about it - they were very professional and just making us aware of our options. I would definitely hire them again.

There were just general use stains and also marks where the furniture had been. The guy was not happy about having to go up stairs and asked my husband to help him carry the machine up. He was there maybe as long as 20 mins. The carpet didn't look that different after and the marks where the furniture had been were not lessened at all. When I called later, I was told that there was nothing they could do about furniture marks. I would give them the opportunity again if the circumstances were right but I really was expecting more based upon all the very positive reviews I saw. And I need my primary home's carpets done now and just could not bring myself to call these guys again. I called somebody else and am hoping for better results.

The person who cleaned the carpet was very professional. He moved the few pieces of furniture himself and put plastic barriers on the feet to protect the furniture from the cleaned carpet. He did a great job. The room looks so much brighter now. I am very pleased with his work. The truck was terribly loud. My neighbors said they had never heard a carpet cleaner truck that loud. I guess that is the trade-off for my not having to supplying water or electricity. The noise didn't bother me, but I am glad I only had a relatively small area for him to clean. My only real complaint, which would not bother most people, is that the optional stain guard had a fragrance that bothered me. He asked me if I wanted a stain guard on the carpet for an extra $25, so I did. It turns out that it was mixed with a fragrance that smelled a lot like bubblegum toothpaste at the dentist. That may have just been my perception of it, since I am extremely sensitive to fragrances. I wish he had asked me before mixing the fragrance in. I opened all of my windows and turned my fan on, and then left the house for a couple of hours, and it was better when I returned. No migraines. The smell was gone several hours later, or else I got used to it.

The gentleman introduce his self and came in to look at the rooms and area rug. He was very nice. he then gave us our estimate and ask if we are happy with that amount. We talked it over and we had him do the job. he was quick and clean. He ask us after he was done if there is any thing else and if we were happy with the job. we said yes and paid him and off he went. the company call two days later and asked if we were happy with the job and we were.

The company cleaned about 750 sq ft of carpeting.

They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and what to expect, and were pretty quick with the cleaning.

Talked to the nice lady on the phone about exactly which room need to be cleaned. They have very specific definition of "rooms"/"area" , I guess all of these companies are, but basically a "hall way" in front of a closet will be considered an "area" and counted separately. So even though the total sq footage was not exceeding the limit, they will still charge extra if you have a separated small hall way. The guy who came in to do the cleaning had some confusions and said he'll have to charge me more if he will include the small "hall way", so I agreed not to include it. But he was nice enough to clean it any way at the end. So not much to complain. Can't really comment of the quality of the cleaning since the carpet was really old, I just want it to be cleaned before we eventually change new flooring. But I'd say the carpet do smell very clean after it drys, so I guess it's all good.

The cleaning was excellent. It seemed that the technician didn't want to do all the work for the price listed and didn't move a small twin bed in the room with the carpet cleaned. Who ever he talked to on the phone was very responsive and willing to work with me. They came a day earlier than scheduled and were 90 mins late for our appt.

Overall very happy with the service.

Quickly and thoroughly did a very good job. Aggressive about cross-selling additional services, but honored the coupon prices from Angie's List.

Mike arrived ahead of the appointed time which was refreshing! He examined our carpets and then advised on an approach. We were given clear information to make a decision on how to proceed (ie...dog spots, couch cleaning) and we agreed on the services to be performed. Mike cleaned all areas in a timely manner. He had suggestions for taking care of a dog spot that discolored. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and would recommend this company. We even received a follow up call from the company to make sure we were satisfied with the service.

Overall I am very satisfied with the work done. We were in the process of moving in and have empty bookshelves and large mattresses a few boxes laying around the empty bedrooms. The service guy was diligent enough to move them as he was doing the cleaning. He even did the stairway although apparently the promotion I purchased didn't include stairway. Really went out of his way and I would definitely use them again. The cleaning was done thoroughly.

Mike called ahead if his window to let me know about what time he would arrive. I had purchased a coupon on Angie's List for 3 areas and a couch for 97. I planned on adding the rest of the couch (a sectional) and the hall, but when Mike arrived I ended up having everything cleaned. Overall, he did a fantastic job and was very efficient. I would definitely use Quality Carpet again.
