I made a phone call and they showed up the next day. The service was quick responsiveness was well and I've been happy with the results.

What a disaster. 1. Sofa + Love Seat : The guys starting moving our furniture around to get it cleaned. Much to our surprise, instead of moving them out of the house, they moved them within our rooms, placed them on one of our rugs on top of our hardwood floors. Since this was our first experience with upholstery cleaning, we thought since the person is planning on doing it inside the house, this might be a dry-cleaning process. However, within minutes, we realized thats not the case. They hooked up their equipment/hose to their truck and their hose leaked inside our house. We immediately asked them to stop and moved everything out of the house if they want to continue to job. The guys (2 in total) then moved the furniture out, and cleaned it. Their was water all over and the way the person was struggling with cleaning the sofa, it was for sure that he was doing it for the first time. However, it doesnt end there. At the end, when it was time to move it inside, one of the guy came to me and said that the other person cannot lift the sofa and that if I have to get it inside, I'll have to pick it up with him. Wasnt left with a choice so both I and my wife had to help lift the heavy sofa. 2. Carpet cleaning : We added on the carpet cleaning to the original deal hearing about their 5 step process. Naah .. its all sham. The guy started directly with the wet vac. When I told him about dry vacuuming, he told me that the wet vac is powerful enough and we dont the so called 5 step process.

They sent a subcontractor out and they arrived on time for the appointment. When they got here, they determined they could not do the work I had in mind. They were apologetic and professional, and encouraged me to pursue a refund from Angie's List. I have used them before to clean my carpets and they did a good job at that point. I would like to use them again if I need the cleaning again.

I got a good deal. They were in and out. It was not something spectacular but it was not bad. It was good.

It went great. He was very thorough.

They arrived on time after calling, as requested. The workers did not have uniforms showing they were from Quality Carpet Cleaning, and their truck had another company's name. Qualitity apparently SUB CONTRACTED this job to another company. As they were working I asked about pre-spotting the obvious stains, and they replied that pre-spotting was not neccessary. Major spots returned after the the carpet was dry. After they left I discovered a pile of wet lint like material on my front lawn, near where their truck was parked. It appears the workers dumped somehtling from their equipment before they left. A mess to clean up.

I called on Sun. 2/10/13 and spoke to someone right away who was able to schedule the appointment. She asked specific questions about the areas to be cleaned - the number of steps, width of the hallway, etc. I was given an arrival time of 8am - 11am. I asked and was told that I could call close to the appointment to get a better time estimate. When I called back, I was told that I would be the first appoinment of the day. Jose and Marcelino arrived at 8:10am on my scheduled appointment date. They were pleasant and courteous - Jose appeared to be the lead technician. Jose looked at the areas to be cleaned and went back to the truck and started the work before I realized it. At approximately 9:17am, Jose told me they were done and they had already removed their equipment. I reviewed the work and found several areas that needed more work. Jose attempted to address them by spot cleaning. Although I am generally satisfied with the work, the technician did not review areas of concern prior to starting work and removed his equipment before my review of the work. These are important steps that were missed.

I purchased a coupon for 3 rooms and stairway. Angel came to give me an estimate and I thought it was to expensive. I called Mark to see if he would bring the price down a little bit. But instead, I decided to use the coupon. Angel came back, he did half the house and the carpet was very clean. The reason for being expensive is because it was the first time we had our carpet cleaned in seven-years since we bought the house new. According Angel, we had 18 rooms to be cleaned, and we had to pay extra for deodorizing. Its our fault for not having the carpet cleaned, and it was long over due. We have pets in our home, and I was getting frustrated with animals in the house, and especially the odor. After the work was done, the carpet look new again. Next month, I am going to have the rest of the house done, and the tile. I highly recommend them. Get what you pay for!

It was a good experience with no unexpected surprises or exceptions. Work was completed as agreed in a pleasant and timely manner.

Making the appointment was easy and they gave me three different time windows to choose from so that I didn't have to sit at home waiting for them to arrive. The carpet cleaning guy arrived on time, was friendly, gave me a written estimate very quickly, did the job quickly without any problems - and an excellent job it was - cleaned up and was gone. I couldn't have asked for better. I've called them again already for a minor repair that I wasn't sure we were going to need when the cleaner visited the first time.

They responded very quickly. I called on Friday and they did the work on the following Monday. The quality was very good.

The guy is really nice and does a really good job. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the different types of carpets. He is great I will use him again in the future

Workers worked very fast, too fast, scraping hoses around corners, leaving marks. Carpet was left more moist than other companies (Coit) or our own Bissell carpet cleaner (didn't have time to do it myself). Workers spoke poor English. Disappointed with work, although office staff was very cordial and helpful on phone.

They charged extra for soap, but worked rigorously to get out the cigarette smell, and told me how to wash down the walls, because that's often where the residual smoke is held, in the paint. Charged me less than the quote for enzymes to get out the embedded nastiness. Altogether, really helpful guy! The coupon was $97, plus the 40 dollar "extra" products...

He arrived in the time frame that I was given and I was called a few hours earlier so I wouldn't have to wait at my home unnecessarily.

When he first came into our home, he sat down with us and explained what he was going to be doing. He also explained other things he could do, if we wanted them. Then, he proceeded to set up his water system and began cleaning from our master bedroom through the whole house to our living room. It took him approximately two hours to finish cleaning our carpets, but they now look brand new. There are a few spots showing in our family room, but that is no fault of his--we have animals, and those spots are very difficult to remove totally. We would use Quality again.

I wanted to replace the carpets in the house I just bought, but that option was way too expensive, so I had these guys come in and do a very deep cleaning and try to make the carpets as like new as possible. 98% of all the dirt and stains came out, so I was quite happy. They did three bedrooms, two of which were pretty large. Was a nice guy and he was fairly quick. I'd use them again.

I personally think that Angies List expects more documentation for reviews than is necessary and it is often very redundant. I think you would get more reviews if you didn't ask for so much time consuming reporting. I think what I wrote above pretty much says how it went overall. The price was more than equitable for the quality of the work and a lot cheaper than I have paid in the past. Also, the fluid in the carpeting was thoroughly extracted that not only was it not slippery, but it dried in record time. What more can I say.

Mike arrived on time, which was great, and was very professional and courteous. While the deal was for carpet cleaning for whole house, I did have to pay extra for carpets downstairs on the hardwood floors that were actually rugs (i.e. carpet that was bound so "behaved" like a rug). Mike explained the rationale and I thought gave a fair price so I was OK with it. He also gave me a quote for a small area rug that was decent. Overall, I thought the price was fine for the time and quality. The work was thorough and complete and Mike paid a lot of attention to detail. He prepped well; he went to extra trouble to move our sectional to do a more complete job; he raked the rug, wiped up any water residue on the hardwood floors and left everything neat and tidy. Mike asked for a full inspection and made sure I was satisfied with the work done. I would definitely use this company again.

The appointment was made quickly, Mike arrived on time and explained what he would do, what would require extra treatment (which I expected) and gave us a price for the job. He was very helpful in moving furniture pieces carefully and replacing them when the job was done. The result was far beyond what we expected .He was very professional, courteous and informative. My husband and I were amazed at the result. I have already recommended the company to my daughter. This experience has me sold on Angie's List.

This was an "Angie's List Special Deal". It is the first time I have used any service provider from Angie's List and I could not be more satisfied! Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to change the appt. 3 times. I spoke with two or three different schedulers on the phone and each person was professional, understanding and never reacted in any negative fashion to my numerous changes. On the day of the appointment, we received three phone calls to update us on the technician's arrival time and they were here within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Our carpets came out beautifully clean and we could not be more satisfied with the price, people (both in the office, and in our home) and the results. I would use and recommend this company again and again without hesitation.

The work performed was good--everyone was professional and responsive (a pleasant surprise for Christmas Eve!), but the pricing turned out to be 'questionable'. The person who did the work left an invoice/receipt that priced the work lower than the 'deal' I'd paid for up front. Anyway, after I called the office to question it, they returned the extra $75 check I'd given the tech for the stain guard and I was happy they worked with me--a good customer-oriented response. Would go back for the quick service, but not sure about their "big deal" pricing.

It was great. Unbelievably inexpensive, and they came back to re-do stains when they reappeared a month later (very normal with pet stains). They are responsive, always answer the phone, overall awesome company.
