I was happy with the service and I really like that they were willing to come back and clean my high traffic areas again within 30 days if I was not happy. They have great customer service. I would use them again in the future.

It went really well. They were great and have a great service. They were fast. They were in and out.

He came in, started up his cleaning machines, cleaned the carpets first, then the sofa then the chair. He offered to give us a discounted cost to clean the tile on our kitchen tile floor, but we declined his offer.

They are okay but they nickel and dime people.

They showed up within their estimated time. Service was fast, friendly , and done correctly. I will be using this same service for my next carpet cleaning.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. The spots have returned so I have to call them back. They showed up on time and they were professional. They did a good job.

This is the second time I have used this service. They are prompt, efficient, perform excellent work, and clean up everything before they finish the job.

The person who did the cleaning work exceptionally hard and fast. Unfortunately our carpet still had areas that could not be cleaned despite the effort. We did not contract for additional cleaning because we were unsure that this would have eliminated the stains in question (wine and heavy foot traffic).

This company is FABULOUS. Fred was punctual - - came with his son. The two of them were efficient, super hard workers, clean, and pleasant. Had previously used Coit. They carpet looked dingy when they finished. Coit told us the carpet was as clean as it would get. Then we called Quality and they made the carpet sparkle. We were amazed at the wonderful job they performed. I have recommended this company to my friends and they were just as pleased as we have been. We continue to use this company.

It was unsatisfactory, and it caused a delay in the work. I ended up going with a different company which caused a delay in my schedule as well. They did follow up with us to ask if we still needed the job done.

Technicians arrived as scheduled, provided the job estimate, performed the water extraction and carpet cleaning service in a timely manner. Very professional job!

There were some stains on the floor that I guess were tough stains and even after he came out to clean them, they were still visible. I was really expecting to have him clean the carpets and have them look brand new; but they weren't. It was just an okay job, but I probably wouldn't use him again.

Very good experience from start to finish. Called the number and someone answered right away. Operator was friendly and we set up a time for between 8-11 a week or two later as I had a day off coming that day. Company called to confirm the appointment two days prior. On the appt. day, Mike showed up around 8:30 and was very straightforward and polite. He explained everything he was going to do and what I should expect from the different types of stains our carpet we had. I had also asked for a quote on cleaning the tile in our master bathroom. Mike spent a little time doing some sample work to give us an idea what could be done. He had some luck with a few areas, but we have some serious tile issues and he agreed that to get great results we would need to get a more dedicated tile specialist involved. Appreciated the honesty here and the fact that he didn't try to sell us on the cleaning anyway. From there he moved onto the carpets and was able to get out some seriously ground in stains that had been there since we moved in. The results were excellent and well worth the money. Would definitely use them again.

Arrived on time for upholstery cleaning. Brought in hoses but did not cover the brand new carpet. The hoses were dirty and it bothered me that they were run across the the carpet. I thought he would cover the floor around the couch since he was going to be spraying cleaning solution. When I asked I got a slightly smart remark that we could carry the couch outside if I was worried about it. The over spray did dampen the the carpet. I had to cover that area with towels so we could walk on it. The website mentions "steam extraction" and there was no steam, just spray cleaner and vacuum. They other thing that bothered me was that he used his hand to rub in the cleaning solution on the really dirty spots. Seems to me a brush or sponge would be more professional. I will say the couch was cleaned in the end even though I was put off by lack of care to the new carpet and the "hand" cleaning.

Cleaning went quickly and we were happy with the finished product.

I called the company prior to purchasing the "Big Deal" for a sofa/ loveseat cleaning as I had a 6 piece sectional and I wanted to know if the deal would apply. I was told there might be an up charge depending on the size but I was fine with that. Made an appointment and was given a window of time for the cleaning. Mike, the technician, provided several updates on the time of arrival time and arrived when he said he would within the window. Mike was very knowledgeable and explained the process very well. When finished, the sectioanal looked as it did when first delivered. There was no up charge, I am writing this almost 2 weeks after the cleaning and the sectional still looks great! I would not hesitate in using the services of this company again.

I couldn't have asked for better service than what I received from Quality Carpeting. I had purchased a discount coupon on line for 3 rooms of carpeting for $97.00. However, I couldn't be sure if I would be using this company unless I knew they would be willing to come out to my mom's home beforehand to let me know if the numerous pet stains could be removed. They sent Jacob, their technician at no charge and he said absolutely they could remove the stains. And that they did. Jacob and his son were at my mom's home for about 1-1/2 hours and as they cleaned each room, they asked me to inspect to see if it was to my liking. I mentioned a few spots here and there and they went back and cleaned those sections again until I was satisfied. They moved the furniture as needed and replaced everything with the exception of the chairs so the carpeting could adequately dry which would be 48 hours. After 48 hours of drying time, I took a look around the house and with the exception of the small den, and a couple of spots in the living room area, everything looked great. I called Quality Carpeting to let them know how pleased I was with the professionalism of their service, but that I noticed a few spots that still needed some work. They were happy to come out the same day of my telephone call and to clean the required areas without a problem. I would not hesitate a moment to recommend Quality Carpeting. They were prompt, professional, very helpful and friendly.

He had an attitude and was very unprofessional. He brought his son with him to work and then complained that there was too much furniture and that I needed another person to help him move it. I talked with the manager on call and told him about it and he said that he would send someone else out, but I didn't think it would work out.

The finished product was great. I was not home when they were working, so I can't say more.

I'm not going to write a dissertation. It was a good experience.

You get what you pay for. Left spots that a later carpet cleaner was able to get out.

Got the Angie's List Big Deal which was a really good deal for full house carpet cleaning. Went well, they showed up on time, were friendly and overall did a good job. Only concern I had was they did not vaccuum first. I always thought they should vaccuum first because otherwise when you get the crud wet it kind of almost turns muddy. But the carpets looked good so I guess I'm not terribly concerned. That was the only reason I put quality at a B as other professional carpet cleaners I've used vaccuumed first. Overall was a good experience.
