They showed up on time, did a very thorough job, followed up with a phone call to be sure we were completely happy, which we were. I absolutely would recommend them to neighbors.

Overall, the service was above average. There were some pet stains that did not come out completely and left a dark halo around the treated area. The service person was genuinely trying to please, but I wish he had spent a little more time on the stains. In all fairness to him, these were older stains that I had previously tried to remove myself.

After the job was completed, the company called to follow up on their service. There were a few things I wasn't happy with so they sent out Angel, the Supervisor, immediately. He not only resolved all the issues to my satisfaction, but instructed me on the care of my carpet (which I appreciated very much). Every one at the company is customer oriented and will bend over backwards to be sure you are satisfied with their work.

I've used them before and they showed up on time. They are professional, thorough, and do a great job. I will use them in the future as well. I've had many carpet cleaners over the years and they have been the best all round that I've had.

I thought the experience went well. I thought they did a good job and I was pleased with his work. He was very focused and sought my opinions on his work. I felt he was willing to do whatever it took to make me happy. I plan on using them again in the future.

Everything came out good and we have no complaints.

We needed a quick appointment due to the sudden need to sell our home to buy a new one. Quality Carpet was accommodating, scheduling for a Saturday and just before a major holiday! They arrived when they said they would. When they examined the carpet, they quickly pointed out that the pet stains were so bad that they would be unable to completely eliminate them or the accompanying odors even if we paid the extra stain and odor cleansing costs. They didn't pressure us, just gave us the facts. We gave them the go-ahead and added the extras; and, considering the situation, they did an excellent job. The carpets were clean enough (and dry enough) the next day that we were not totally humiliated when people came to see the house. We were very happy with the results obtained..

The gentleman who arrived was named Khalid and was very nice and professional. He did the entire job by himself. He was very efficient and worked extremely hard. The carpet looked great when he left but several stains did reappear by the next morning. I was able to go over them again and most did come out. Overall,experience was very good and priced very reasonable.

The company service person came out on time and was very professional. However, he was unable to perform the repair and advised that I would receive a refund or credit for my purchase. Have not received the refund or credit.

It looks realy good for $99. If my carpet was not so thin and cheap, I probably would not even be able to tell that a repare was ever done.

The technician showed up on time and performed the work in the time he had stated in advance: 90 min. He moved furniture by himself.

The professional cleaner was just that, professional. He vacuumed, spot treated, and cleaned the entire 2nd floor and the stairs for $200. I bought their coupon for $125 so the extra $75 was for spot treatments. We have older carpet with some wear so did not expect the carpet to look brand new but the stains came out nicely and the carpet looked much newer. After a few weeks, they did come back out, free of charge, when dirt stains reappeared on the stairs. Having friends in the carpet business, I know how difficult stairs can be. I sent one e-mail mentioning the dirt showing back up and received 3 calls within an hour looking to make things right. Outstanding customer service and excellent commitment to quality!! When they came back out, not only did they redo the stairs, but multiple other locations as well. Overall, my wife was very satisfied with their work. Happy wife means happy life, right? We would definitely use these guys again, knowing they guarantee their work and stand by it. That is a huge peace of mind, especially as a new homeowner looking to build a portfolio of trustworthy companies to maintain our home. Thank you Quality Carpet!

They were very clean, very professional, and it was great service. They were very good at explaining everything. They gave me a run down of everything they were going to do before they did it, explained their 30 day warranty, and said to call if I wasn't satisfied and they would come back immediately. He had a lot of stains to get out and when he left the carpet just sparkled. They showed up on time, were very careful, and very clean. They made sure there was nothing I had to clean up when they were done. I would recommend them to anyone, whether they had a coupon for them or not.

They were fine. There were a couple of spots that resurfaced after they left but I called them about it and they redid it then it was fine.

It went fine. I had no problems. They came in, cleaned the carpets and left.

We chose this company because they had an Angies Deal for 3 areas and 1 stairway for $97 and also had a very strong A-rating. Our service guy Mike gave me a heads up when he was 30-45 minutes away which was helpful since we were scrambling to move stuff off the floors. I totally liked our guy... I felt he answered our questions and concerns before starting the job and he was flexible with some of our last minute changes. We ended up spending approx an additional $100 over the Angie's Deal since we had some additional services and areas performed. A co-worker felt I paid a bit too much for the service- honestly I didn't shop around too much so I'm not sure if it was high or not. I was happy with the work quality though and I didn't feel like the guy tried to sell us services we didn't want or need.

My carpets had several spots expecially in the high traffic areas. Quality Carpet Cleaning made my carpets look like new! I will definitely call them again.

We were very pleased with what they did. The only thing that was a little perplexing was that the serviceman didn't seem to be aware of the big deal until I showed him the printout. The serviceman was very nice, however. The carpet was like new! After the job was completed, the company called us to make sure we were satisfied - she also said that if any spots were to appear to let them know. I would highly recommend them!

I received a call from them yesterday confirming the time of the appointment they showed up the next day promptly. Twp gentlemen showed up one by the name of Eric they helped us move some furnitire around so that they could complete the job. They were very nice and polite young men. Overall both men were pleasant very helpful and did a nice job.
