The first person that came to clean our carpets told us before trying that the stains wouldn't come out, and of course they didn't. I gave them a poor review and to their credit was contacted immediately. A supervisor came out and redid the carpets for free and did an excellent job. We were so pleased that we had him do our upstairs bedrooms and hall. Peter did an excellent job and I would use him again.

I had called Quality Carpet Cleaning Inc to come and do some carpet cleaning. When I called and requested the service it was before I purchased the Big deal. They were very nice and accepted the big deal price when they came to my home. I had them clean a sofa and 3 rooms. The service was great.

Purchased a Big deal for Quality Carpet Cleaning Inc to clean my carpet. While he was here I had them clean some area rugs. The gentleman was prompt, actually he was early. He did a very excellent, thorough job. He had to work around me because I had surgery. The prices for cleaning the area rugs was competitive with others in the area.

We called with our coupon on Monday. They scheduled for Wednesday. One guy came. He was courteous , friendly and efficient. I bet he was not here more than an hour and a half (we do not have lots of carpeting but...). In fact, he was so fast I was sure the job couldn't be that good. Boy, was I wrong. This is the best carpet cleaning job we have had in years! Usually within three days of cleaning we will have some spots reappear on the carpet. It has been two weeks plus and the spots have not shown up! Thanks, Quality. Great job. I don't know what the regular cost would have been but I imagine about $190 to $200.

I'd give the provider A's across the board if he'd been on time, but he was over an hour late. He claimed his truck broke down and I have no reason not to believe him, but he was late. He did, however, make the effort to call to tell me he would be late, and when he did arrive he was unfailingly pleasant. He offered an upgrade to the normal carpet cleaning service, some "pet odor eliminator" thing, which may be hocus-pocus but seemed worth a try. (Previous tenant here had two cats, so it was probably a good idea.) Provider offered the special service at 33% discount because he'd kept me waiting, which I also thought was a nice touch. He had his teenage son with him, learning the trade. They struck me as a nice pair of human beings.

This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaning business in my 67 years! I needed my home office carpet cleaned in a hurry as I am having an important meeting in there very soon. The carpet was a mess! Coffee stains, soda stains, ice mochas stains, you get the idea. Quality Carpet Cleaner sent out a guy named ROBERT (you want to request this guy) to do the job. He arrived early, as they promised he would, and went right to work after explaining all my options. I had no high expectations based upon past experience, but when I saw the carpet after he finished I almost fainted! It looked like NEW! I am not kidding. This is the best review I have ever given a provider on Angie's List. Robert was perfect! Punctual and professional, just the way I like it AND he was a nice guy to boot. I have a large house, plus we have a couple of rental properties. From this point forward, Robert and Quality Carpet Cleaning, Inc. will be our "Go To" people for ALL of our carpet cleaning needs! The price is right and the work is perfect! OH! I almost forgot. Here is the kicker! After the job was done, I was able to get right back to work at my computer! No waiting for drying! My office chair has plastic wheels, which Robert said would be ok to use right away, so here I am sitting writing this review and Robert just left. I am happy as a clam at high tide!

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service. It was a good experience with them. I wasn’t at home when they were there but my wife told me that they did a good job, and she was satisfied with their service. They were good.

It went very well. My cleaner came by himself and was very courteous and thorough. He just went through surgery, but didn't let that deter him from performing his job. He was very kind to my children and I felt like we have known him a long time.

They arrived on time (and allowed me to change times at last minute). Helped me move a few pieces of heavy furniture and worked really hard to clean one heavy traffic area. Cleaned up nicely. I'd definitely use them again.

The carpet cleaning serviceman came in and went straight to work. They were punctual and quick without leaving out details. I was fully satisfied with the workmanship and followed through with the job at hand. It look about an hour to complete and were fast.

Well, I called on Wednesday, May 15th because our schedule was changing on May 16th and someone would be home to let the carpet cleaners in. So, I called hoping that we could get service in less than 24 hours and we did! the receptionist/scheduler had a very positive and upbeat, can-do attitude, and seemed genuinely appreciative the business.

Did a good job very quickly. Everything dried in two days.

This was the best carpet cleaning EVER! - 1,There were no up- sale charges (Typically once they arrive they charge more to do the job) NOT THIS TIME 2. There were no excuses on why they could not get everything clean 3. Cleaning the stairs - (Most time I pay extra fro this and they do a horrible job) NOT THIS TIME 4. They moved the furniture!! - (Most of the time they clean around the furniture - claiming it is too heavy) Not This Time! This was the best service ever!! They even cleaned my hallway for free.. After being overcharged and having received horrible service for years this was the first honest carpet cleaning company i have ever worked with..

I prepaid for the cleaning and made an appointment for the cleaning. Unfortunately I had to cancel at the last minute due to an urgent matter. We reset the appointment for the next week (Monday) but they were unable to make it. They offered a full refund PLUS the carpet cleaning. The manager was genuinely upset on my behalf when he heard about the missed appointment. They will be doing the cleaning this week and I plan on reporting on the quality.

Mike arrived at the appointed time. He was very professional & had all three pieces cleaned and set up for drying in about an hour. In conversation, he said he had the time and would be glad to also shampoo the living room carpet and the stairs if I wanted everything to be cleaned at the same time. The additional price quote was nominal. Normally, I resist UP selling as I like to keep to a strict budget for household repairs etc. and I hadn't planned the additional expense, however, I weakened and told him to go ahead. I'm glad I did now, because it IS a joy to have the whole living room clean and shining at the same time. .... and I don't have to think about another bout of carpet cleaning until next Spring...

Their service is excellent, I only have one man come out and he always does great work! I've used their service for a long time, and they are always accommodating and check in after the job is done.

we have moved to this new house and the carpet was really filthy with lot of pet odor. I called Quality Carpet and they came next day for cleaning. The carpet was much better after cleaning. I will definitely use them again.

It went ok overall, however it took our carpet 3 days to fully dry with the windows open.

There was a time mix up (I think it was my error) and I told the man I wasn't ready--I still needed to get things off the floor. He offered to help me and ennded up moving almost all of the things. He cleaned the rug well and I'm using him again.

The technician showed up right on time (both times we used them). There were able to get out some nasty stains that had been set in for months. They were in and out of my house in less than 30 minutes. They did a great job and I would use them again.

This is a father and son team. They were very nice, but the father bullied his son around which I do not consider professional. They charged extra for pet stains. What I believed were pet stains, they said it was not. I provided the plastic bags to put under the furniture legs, which they should have with them. The company did follow up with a letter of guaranteed satisfaction and that if I wasn't satisfied, they would come out again but I did not bother calling them back..
