They cleaned both rooms and even removed most of a few pet stains due to our new puppy. They were't able to remove some of the smell though and when asked if they would go over those spots again they said their equipment was already cleaned up and they were unable to do it He did go over the carpet edges where it meets the tile again with a rag because it didn't look too clean yet.

I contacted Quality Carpet Cleaning in response to a special on Angie's List. We set up a date and time, and when I was unable to make it at the time indicated, the company readily set up a new time. They arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently, and were very professional. When they finished, the carpet and sofa looked like new.

I was definitely displeased and felt mislead by Quality Carpet Cleaning. First point of contention: Quality Carpets contracts with other carpet cleaners, however, I did not realize this until I saw the name on the truck half way through the cleaning. I immediately called the office and spoke to a manager who did nothing more than listen politely. The fact that they use sub-contractors should be clearly stated in the promotional information . The second thing that I did not appreciate is that the pre-cleaning was very expensive so the total job turned out to cost almost as much as what I would pay for a "non-deal. I will definitely not use this contractor again, and Angie's List does need to carefully screen their offers.

Ok for a once over per room. Showed up on time.Moved furniture.Very professional & nice.Placed furniture back . To much pressure on the extra carpet protection.Told him 5 times I did not want the extra protection.I know how it works and I do understand the added value add ons but once maybe twice is enough.

I submitted a request through their website with a estimated quote of $187 for services requested, I knew this was an estimate because I also wanted to see how much for pet stains (I checked off in my request) so I thought someone would call me but no one did. Only on Friday 6/7 did I receive a voicemail message saying someone would be there between 11 and 4, which really is way too long of a wait on someone's day-off that you are paying a service, it is not a utility company. Saturday 6/8 they arrived around 3:30, the estimate I got for only my small living room, couch and throw rug was over $500. Well of course no one is going to pay that amount without getting other estimates. They did the couch and throw rug for the extreme price of $202 and they did not even do all of the couch pillows, 2 were left in a chair untouched. There was also a stain left on the rug, when I asked about it I was told it was too old and can't come out, funny thing is, I only bought the rug six months ago and my pets just started this behavior of " marking their territory" 2 months ago for which I have been attempting to clean as soon as seen. I think most importantly I felt deceived, I read all of the reviews on Angie's List so I thought maybe this was an aberration but the technician was pretty quick to say how much work I needed with very minimal inspection. Would I recommend them, absolutely not. I only joined Angie's list because I thought there would be high quality business that were reputable, I could trust, but that certainly did not happen here. They were out of my house in 45 minutes, of course they only did a couch and a rug for $200. I will be cancelling my subscription to Angie's List it was a waste of money and more importantly, my time,

They did a great job! They were professional enough to tell me beforehand that they thought a particular stain (possibly from bleach) would not come out, and it didn't...but they managed to get out some other stains I'd thought were a lost cause. It was a pleasure to work with them. They were friendly as well as courteous, and did the job quickly and efficiently. The carpeting looked wonderful when they were done.

I was very worried when they arrived with a tiny, beat-up pickup truck, with a much smaller vacuum than Coit uses. However, they actually get more dirt out than other services have achieved, and they were very cooperative about working around items, etc.

Did as good as they could do. Dog did a nice number on our carpet, and one section was completely torn out. We couldn't get a perfect invisible patch due to the type of short carpet, however the guy was very professional. They accepted our discount coupon just fine even though we notified them of it during their visit. Great guys to work with.

It was just a small area that they cleaned and they did a good job. I've used them a few times and they were fine. They have always done a good job and they have never tried to push other products or anything.

Purchased a Big deal for Quality Carpet Cleaning Inc. We have very old carpet and needed it cleaned. We called them at the last minute to clean the carpet. They were prompt and did a good job cleaning the carpet.

They came over my house and didn’t have a clue as to how to clean an oriental rug. They wanted to bring in a machine to clean an oriental carpet. It baffles my mind that I had to offer for them to take it and bring it back. They said my rug was 9x12. My rug is less than 9 ft, and they said they would take it and bring back in 2 hours. It doesn’t take 2 hours to clean, hang, dry, and bring back an oriental carpet. I am disturbed by this and I am going to try and get another service provider.

Quality Carpet Cleaning Inc does an excellent job. This was our second time using them. They are very courteous, prompt and efficient. The clean up is immaculate. They explain everything very thoroughly. I will definitely use Quality Carpet Cleaning Inc in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay; it was fine. They came out right away. I paid extra charges in addition to the Big Deal for either the guest house or back area. It wasn't exceptional but they did a good job. There wasn't anything I had to complain about. I got the job done that I needed to have done.

Everything went well. The tech was on time and very professional. We are very happy with results.

It was easy to set up an appointment. The Technician arrived on time. I went over what I had in mind, and then we discussed options. He then set to work, and worked very hard. He was done within an hour an a half. The carpets looked great. They were still damp, however, even the next day--quite possibly because I had him do an extra pet-stain removal and treatment. Now that everything is dry, it all still looks great. Before the job, my carpets looked awful, with numerous stains from the dogs. The house also smelled bad. Now the stains are all gone, and the carpets smell great.

The technician called when he was on his way. I showed him around and he and another fellow went to work. The carpets look great and so does the furniture. I will use them again. High grades on all points

We were moving out of the condo and we wanted to leave it in excellent condition. We purchased the Angieslist special for the whole house for $165. Since our place is a bit smaller I think I could have gotten cheaper, but I wanted a quality job and they had excellent reviews. Kenny, the tech, did not disappoint. He inspected our place and noted that the carpets were in good condition and didn't need any spot treatment. He estimated about an hour to finish the job, but I think he finished in about 45 minutes. He left a very nice pattern on the carpets and they were fantastically clean. Between Quality Carpet Cleaning and the house cleaners we hired we are actually getting back our whole deposit so the definitely did a good job. Now that we're homeowners I'll definitely keep them in mind for our new condo. The tech had a bit of a hard time finding our unit, so if you know GPS has issues with our place make sure to give the company directions.
