They were terrific and right on time. He did some additional work for us. The stains are still there. They nice and professional.

They arrived on time and were very pleasant. We had a horrible experience with another carpet care company previously so we were not sure what to expect. Quality came over and put my mind at ease. I watched how they took their time getting the carpets clean and my husband was so thrilled with the outcome. We will definitely use them again! The couch and chair are very clean too!

I was not happy with the last visit as the stains came back. But the provider returned and did extra work. The chairs were upstairs. In addition to cleaning the chairs, Peter also cleaned the stairs and the area of the hose pathway through my condo. This time I was definitely pleased with the work.

This was a job we almost didn't do because we were positive the stains on the carpets (red nail polish, dog pee...) were just impossible, and the old love seat had been in a garage for years and had a few major stains. We had started to get prices for recovering the love seat and re-carpeting the two bedrooms. Decided to check Angie's List to see who we could get to come for a consult, and found Quality. They came, a father and son, said they could get the stains out, and we now have two amazingly clean carpets and a lovely old velvet love seat. Obviously we saved a ton of money, but also now have a carpet cleaning service we can rely on in the future.

The technician actually arrived earlier than scheduled (he called ahead to make sure this was alright) and then he quickly assessed the work to be done and started cleaning the carpets. I was very happy to find that he was able to remove all the pet stains and odors from the carpet. I have an older dog and there have been a lot of accidents lately. I used a "Big Deal" so the price was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets, they were able to get out tough stains and also a strange smell that was coming from the carpet. I would definitely recommend using this company, my experience was pleasurable from the scheduling to the actual job. And for the price you pay you really can't beat it.

The did a beautiful, quick, professional job on the oriental carpet. So I glad I did not need to take it out to a cleaners. I called them back when my sick cat pooped on a fancy upholstered chair and, while there, they did my pale green velvet dining room chairs. Wonderful work!!!! I will always use this company. The woman who takes your call and makes the appointment is very professional and kind (she was sympathetic with the cat poop and got my my appointment for the very next day).....the men who came each time were highly professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Moved furniture, etc. Plastic under the chairs in case there was any moisture left on the chairs, etc. Highly recommended.

The "big deal" consisted of cleaning a 3-bedroom area which included cleaning of a sofa. I had no sofa to clean, so he offered to spray two of the bedrooms with ScotchGuard. Which, turned out to be a better deal. In spite of the condition of the carpet, overall, the work performed was clean and professional. I would definetely recommend this company.

We are very happy with the work that Peter, from Quality Carpet Cleaning, did. He was fast, but thorough, and understood how to clean expensive berber carpeting. We are very pleased with the results.

The service person came at the decided time. Was friendly and at the same time was business like. all the rooms and a stairway were cleaned thoroughly. I have no complaints and would definitely use this company again.

punctual and did a good job cleaning but cleaner was a little rough. He left my hardwood floors wet and put a small gouge in my front door. May or may not use again.

Perfect, handled moving furniture carefully, efficient, asked where all areas were that needed special attention.

They were great. I had them come and clean up a sofa and carpets. The only thing I would say, as far as the sofa goes, everything is done by water and I was looking for more of a dry clean situation. Other than that, the guy was great. They came out fast, just a few days after I purchased the Big Deal. I would use them for carpets again, but not for upholstery.

First time, fail. Cleaner first said I should replace carpet, then I worked while he 'cleaned' the bathroom upstairs. He did a better job cleaning the downstairs bedroom but I think it's because I watched. The spots did not come out. He told me he tried but they could not be cleaned. A day or so later, I received a request from Quality Carpet to rate their cleaning. I took a picture of a portion of the carpet he 'cleaned' and then applied my own spot remover. The spots came right out. I sent the before and after shots to the employer. Second cleaning - Employer offered to have all carpet re-cleaned gratis. Seemed genuinely embarrassed. Next cleaner did a better job and even commented that he was shocked how dirty the carpet was after the first cleaning. However, he only cleaned the areas where the spots were not removed plus the downstairs bedroom. For the price I cannot complain after the second cleaning (definitely wouldn't use them again in respect to the first cleaning). My time is very valuable and I cannot have 're-do's' when they don't do it right the first time.

They came out after two weeks after I bought the “Big Deal”. I did end up paying more than double of the “Big Deal” for extra service they provided. They came out a Sunday. They gave me an estimate for carpet and tile but end up paying that tile. I think that 90 bucks they advertise to clean the part which is half of what I needed and I end up paying extra for the tile and sealing. And then that was just half of the floor then the other half I have carpet. They have another ad I think for $90 for carpet cleaning. Basically I paid 147 for the tile and grout and then I think I paid another $90 for carpet cleaning and then I think I pay a few extra for the cleaning of the chair, upholstering and stuff like that. Their carpet cleaning is a little bit more expensive than a lot of advertised coupon out there. Maybe the price they charge is fair. I choose them because they are on Angie’s List and they have a lot of reviews. That was my main reason for picking them. The only good thing is they came out basically within a couple of days and they’re willing to come out on a Sunday.

I last used their service about the next week or so after I purchased the “Big Deal” and the service that they provided me was excellent, they did an excellent job.

They came out less than a week after I purchase the “Big Deal.” They were not able to remove some of the heavy duty spots on my carpet so I tried to go over it myself. They were just not able to clean it probably to my satisfaction.

The price and punctuality were excellent. But the carpet stains, which they shampooed out,were back in about 30 to 40 days. I was disappointed. I called another carpet cleaner which was much more satisfactory.
