One of the guys was great. Knew what he was doing and was really good. The other guy not so much. I felt he was in training but I gave the place an A because the first guy was so on top of everything.

The carpet cleaner came in the time frame stated and did a great job. I had an issue with payment because my husband did not give the payment coupon to the cleaner and paid him but when I called explained we had the coupon and we bought it because we are moving out of state the Manager was very helpful sent back the check and took the Angie coupon. If I was staying in the area I would definitely use again!

Angel and Jesus came in and I showed them the three area. After a clear understanding of what was considered an area, I chose not to have the sofa cleaned but to do a hallway instead. My carpet had stains I did not think would come out but Angel and Jesus was able to make my carpet look fantastic! We are very content and will be using them again.

Went well, including the cleanup, which required the provider to clean up a small spill he caused on a stairway. I did not even need to remind him to do this - he did it all on his own, no complaints or delays.

I haven't decided whether or not I would use them again. There was an issue about what they considered an area that I thought was resolved before scheduling the appointment. Robert, the rep who showed up, told me that even though all areas combined were less than 750 ft, the living/dining room combination would be considered two areas, the stairs would be considered a separate area, and even though the hallway was only about 7 feet it would be considered a fourth area. I told him I had already resolved this issue before scheduling the appointment . He called the office and eventually agreed to include the hallway. I then found out the piece of furniture was literal and only included the couch portion of the sectional and the other two pieces would be an extra $130 for a deal that was supposed to be $97. We ended up having them clean the couch and wedge sections since we barely use the other portion of the sectional. They charged an additional $50 to do the wedge. I think if the price varies depending on the type of furniture, they should ask for information about the furniture before scheduling the appointment. I don't like feeling there is a bait and switch or up-sell once I agree to a price and service. Once they got started, they did a great job on the light colored couch. They also did a great job on most of the carpet, but there are still stains on the heavy traffic areas.

The guys were clean-cut and very professional. They worked fast yet meticulously. Shocked at how clean our sectional looked - it looked like a brand new couch. Same with our rug. Will definitely use them again.

I think that they were fine. They charged a little extra because I had them to some extra upholstery cleaning. There was some confusion on what the $97 Big Deal was going to get me. The work was fine. They worked very hard. I've had better carpet cleaners but technologically they did a better job. The carpet got cleaner, stayed cleaner longer.

They were late for 30min for traffic. However, they worked so hard and quickly, so it finished faster than I expected.

It looked great when he left but was damp in places for 3 days. I knew some spots would come back up but so fast? Maybe I should just look into getting new carpeting.

I called on an offer from Angie's List. The people were immediately receptive, quick to book and very generous in their pricing. The gentleman that cleaned our sofa and carpeting to extra time to pay attention to detail and make the sofa look terrific.

I needed portable equipment due no outside access. Tech had to fill large container from bath-tub in order to proceed. I have been expecting old stains to reappear but so far it's been three weeks and the carpet still looks clean. If the old stains do not reappear then I would say this company is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used.

Provided best practices for making it last. Answered all my questions with patience and expertise.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it went okay. The lady called in advance to say when they were going to be here and he was here at the right time. I bought two $97 Big Deals to get my whole house done. It turned out to be a little more than that, but I expected that. But, I was not happy because when he left a couple of the carpets had rolled up. The lady called back the next day asking how everything was working so I told her I was not happy with several of the carpets. She told me it was no problem and she would have someone come out right away. The next day they came out and fixed it. The bottom line was they did what they said they were going to do and were aggressive about trying to make me happy, which is an attitude I wish more people had. The service you get is only as good as who shows up at your house that day.

I bought this on a special deal - would not use the company again. When the technician arrived, he told me that my carpets would likely smell like "dog", since he cleaned carpet with dog dander the previous day. He was right. Additionally, the carpets were just not as clean as I knew they could be.I prefer Beacon Carpet Cleaning, even if it costs more.

Two of Garry's guys arrived promptly and spent more than an hour taking photos, crawling through the basement, attic and the overgrown side yard to test the drains to determine the cause of the water intrusion into the garage. They tested a patio drain by running a water hose through it and discovered that the drain was broken. During the test, water drained down the walls of the garage and not into the street. They also checked to see if water drained near the foundation. I was promised an estimate within a few days via e-mail. When I asked questions, they tried their best to answer them without talking down to me. All-in-all. I was very impressed by their polite attitude and level of professionalism.
