Arrived on time...He inspected the rug and made sure I saw all the areas of concern before he took the rug with him.

It went very well; these folks do a great job. My carpets are old and sun bleached. Have pets so not too concerned about the discoloring but after Quality gets done they are soft and clean.

They arrived on time and were very professional. I appreciated the way they took the time to place pads near the corners so that their hoses wouldn't leave marks or damage my walls. He started at the furthest part of the house and worked his way out. He was able to get melted black crayon out of my son's bright red carpet and he didn't charge me extra. We were very happy with the service. He went the extra step to place pads under all of the heavy furniture and plastic under our rod iron to keep from damaging the carpet as it dried. Very impressed. Would hire them again and will.

Went smoothly and a job well done

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out really good. They came shortly after I purchased the Big Deal and had good scheduling. They were really nice, did not try to sell me anything more and did a great job. I paid $25 extra to have the carpeting in another room cleaned.

Carpet had stretched badly and the bulk of the cost was for stretching the carpet and removing the excess. Cost of the actual cleaning was quite reasonable and they did a very good job. Phone people were very nice. They confirmed the appt. by text the night before the appt. Workman was very professional, arrived on time and did a great job.

I was unable to have all the carpet stretched that I wanted to because the furniture had to be moved and I was only able to help move some of it therefore all I wanted done couldn't be done. what was done was perfect. I would suggest that if someone wants carpet stretched you send more then just one man as this was just impossible for one person to do and I was happy to help but some was just too heavy.

We have used this vendor before. The quality of their work is excellent, the best of any carpet cleaning company we have used. Since we bought this house nearly 15 years ago we have had the carpets cleaned MANY times. Quality is the ONLY company to which we have given repeat business and will continue to do so. They are professional and punctual. They are EXTREMELY efficient on the job. I am amazed at how quickly and efficiently they complete the job, while maintaining the pinnacle of quality. In addition, Quality's customer service is WAY better than what I consider to be the norm. When a question arose concerning an aspect of pricing, Mark called us and went out of his way to provide us with precisely what we felt was fair. Actually, that is not completely accurate. He went PAST what we felt was fair. There is a concept in business known as "exchange in abundance". By this is meant that the company delivers a product which is actually worth MORE than what the fee was intended to deliver. As an example, the customer pays for a good quality diamond. The jeweler delivers a blue/white FLAWLESS gem, worth more than what the customer paid for. There are many companies that deliver "fair exchange", a product which is worth precisely what was paid for. There are those that deliver only partial exchange, and some that are a complete ripoff. There are relatively few which deliver a product worth far in excess of what was paid for. Quality is one of those rare companies. As an experienced management consultant, I always strive to cause my clients to deliver exchange in abundance. Those clients which do so invariably flourish, even in times when just staying in business is a challenge. Of course, companies exist only in the form of the people who run them, and Mark is a reputable, fair, caring expert both in carpet cleaning and in customer service, eliminating any possibility that his customers will call on any other company for future service. Many people are quick to complain. I happen to believe that, when service is delivered at a level like this, the customer actually has an obligation to commend that company loudly and publicly. If you live in an area serviced by Quality, and if you need carpet cleaning, you would be foolish to call anyone else. If you don't live in such an area, MOVE. Just kidding. Sort of.

I purchased the buy it now deal for $97.00 which included 3 rooms, stairs and a hallway. The rep that I made the reservation with over the phone was very polite and friendly. The technician called when he was on his way giving me 30 minutes notice which I really liked. He arrived on time and did a very good job on the carpets. I am very pleased with the service and would use them again.

This was a move out and there were some minor stains that he was able to remove. Carpet was alittle more wet in some areas but I would use them again. Service was great.

Went extremely well. The team arrived on time, and though 3 hours were blocked off for the service, it was completed in one hour. Place looks great, would definitely use them again.

Kenny was professional. I had to leave so he closed up for me and did a great job. They normally charge a little over $260 but were running a deal on angies list for $165. I would use them again even without the deal. Thanks Kenny!

Very well, great job cleaning . The manager at quality carpet called me many times to verify my satisfaction with the service. Which I was I had a bad experience the first time but was very pleased with the second service as they rectified problem. .

They did an excellent job. I used the $100 big deal. They were very professional, on time and the carpets looked amazing.

(I gave the original review over the phone - so I've rewritten it to reflect what I tried to say - it was very poorly written, and I've updated it since they came out and redid the carpeting.) The carpet we have is not very old, but the previous homeowners had kids and a dog so the carpet wasn't in top condition. There were some stains that didn't show up until after they cleaned the carpeting. I believe these stains were a result of the previous owner's dog soiling the carpet. I am not certain exactly why they showed up after the cleaning. I do not fault the company for these stains. The reason I gave an original grade of a C is that I told the tech that I have older furniture which has metal glides on the bottoms of the legs, and that he would need to put plastic under all of the legs. He put the plastic under most, but not all of the legs and as a result there were rust marks left on the carpeting. I would have been really upset if the carpet had been in better condition. UPDATE: I appreciate that the company called and wanted to fix the error. I judge a company most importantly by how they handle mistakes. In my opinion they handled it very well. They had a tech come back out and re-clean the carpets. They were able to remove the rust stains and the carpet looks much better. I also received a follow-up call to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I wish I could say it was A+. Unfortunately the techs, once again did not put plastic under all the legs, I caught it in time and they were more than willing to put them under the rest of the furniture. They did a good job in the cleaning, and were willing to follow instructions that I gave, I just wish they were taking a bit of initiative in going the extra mile. In Arizona, when I'd get my carpets cleaned, every single furniture leg had the little pieces of plastic - protecting either the wood of the furniture or the carpet from metal. The person who called for the follow-up said he was going to call the techs right away to correct that oversight and I believe that that issue will be resolved in the future. I give the company an A for their responsiveness, and professionalism in handling the complaint.

They showed up on time, did a great job. I wasn't sure my son's room or my office would come entirely clean. The foot paths were pretty dirty. But they look great. Not like new, but pretty good. They were very quick and efficient.

I called to schedule the appointment and the rep was very friendly. We quickly found a date that worked for both if us. In the day if service the showed up as promised and performed the service. We noticed an immediate improvement in our breathing from the deep cleaning. Our son no longer had red irritated skin from being on the carpet.

They were great. They were on time, they did a really nice job, they took a couple of complicated areas which we were stumped about and didn't know what to do, and they knew exactly what to do and they did a very good job about it.

When they came, they were 2 very polite young men. They did a really good job, I was really very impressed. They did exactly what the service said and I had a little extra area to do so I did pay. It was just very pleasant to have everything turn out as well, if not better, than what I expected. They told me the amount ahead of time and we agreed. There were no unpleasant surprises at the end. They did an excellent job.
