I had some dirty spots. The carpet cleaner spent extra time helping me remove the dirt. Carpet was restored to the original condition. I added a stairway and received a reasonable additional price.

They cleaned and restored our furniture to spotless condition. I feel the price was a little high in retrospect, as at that rate, I probably could have just purchased new slipcovers, but they did a great job.

I purchased a Big Deal from the company to get all the carpeting in my home cleaned. The carpeting was sprayed with what I assume was a pre-treatment to begin the cleaning process. Then the carpeting was "cleaned" with the hot water/steam and vacuum process. To be honest, the whole process seemed to be rushed. I guess you get what you pay for. After treatment, the carpeting was very wet and there were large ripples everywhere. The carpeting took at least three days to dry and return to normal. I really could not see much improvement in how clean my carpet looked. If I had to do it again I would go with a company that uses a chem clean or zero res process that does not soak the carpeting with water.

They were courteous, punctual, and did the job quickly and efficiently. However, the sofa was left with some stains. I called and a new appointment was set to remove the remaining spots. They came as planned, redid the areas of the couch. Also suggested cleaning a living room sofa and larger carpet. They did a nice job on that one. They also redid the area rug. The original sofa still has spots -- not sure if they are removable.

After getting the Angie's List coupon, I immediately called the company to both confirm what work would be covered under the coupon, as well as to set up a cleaning appointment. They noted over the phone that many of my questions could not be definitively answered until they arrived at the house and inspected both the rug and the couch. In the case of the rug, they wanted to see what it was made of and how soiled it was to determine whether it was something they could do on site, or whether it would need to be taken away for a more extensive cleaning (with an upcharge). In the case of the couch, it is an odd shape, so they wanted to see it in person before determining whether it would qualify for the deal at the stated price. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they could come out the next day. Upon arrival, they determined that the rug probably could use an off-site cleaning, but that they would be happy to do what they could on-site. They also confirmed that the couch was fine to be cleaned under the original deal. The crew (of two) did a great job, worked fast, and were thorough in their job. The cleaned the crevices between fixed cushions, cleaned all sides of cushions that could be removed, and essentially cleaned every surface that had fabric on it. The quality of the cleaning itself was also very good. Many old stains were removed, making the couch look almost like new. The rug was also cleaned to a state much closer to new. There were a couple of stubborn stains that they couldn't remove without taking it away, but it was good enough for me. Overall, the experience was very easy and pleasant, and I can envision using these guys again in the future, when I need more extensive carpet cleaning done.

I had my carpets cleaned using a Big Deal . They did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. I was disappointed in the Big Deal. It actually would have cost me less to have the company clean my carpet without the Big Deal. I had a small area rug that I asked them to clean in lieu of another room. They agreed to use the balance of the coupon against the cost of cleaning the area rug but there was still an additional charge.

It was very easy to get an appointment and they offered multiple options of days and times. The one who did the cleaning was on time, very professional. We knew we had serious dog urine problems in one room and he did his best to get rid of it but let us know up front it would not go away. He took care to protect our carpets in places where we had metal legs on furniture to prevent rust. Overall, very pleasant and professional.

I was a little annoyed with them because they tried to sell additional service to me up front. I was satisfied with the quality of the service on the day I redeemed the deal. They followed regarding my service and I told them about how I did not appreciate the fact they tried to sell additional service. They apologized and provided a coupon for a free cleaning. I appreciated their customer service

This was the best carpet cleaning service that I have ever had, and it was compared to national advertised carpet cleaning companies as I have tried them all in the past twenty years. I will use QUALITY CARPET CLEANERS again in the future and would highly recommend this companies services.

They didn't look very professional and their sales pitch was not very effective. He told me that I need to have one service done before I can get the actual carpet cleaning service done. Basically, he said that if the stains don't come out, there's an issue with the carpet. He told me that these deep seeded stains could only be removed with a deep foam cleaning. The bottom line is that they couldn't guarantee their work to me. I realized that the tennants before me used this company and I wasn't satisfied with the previous work that they had done. There were deep stains that came up just 3 days after the last cleaning they had done.

They were fine. He did everything that they were suppose to. I would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out well. They did a good job. They didn't try to do a big upsell.

I have used this service twice in the last two months--once for the house I was vacating, and once for the one I was moving into. I was able to get service very quickly, and their work is excellent--Kudos to Angel for getting out some tricky spots that we really weren't holding out hope for! They are always courteous and professional, and the office staff is very easy to work with--great communication. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the service area. I couldn't be more pleased!

The tile looks as good as the day we moved in 6 years ago and the carpet on the stairs is very clean. I will use this company again for floor cleaning. Thanks again

I purchased the "Big Deal" that Angie's list offered. Quality Carpet's personnel arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They were very friendly and professional. They explained everything they were going to do and offered some additional services that would help maintain my carpet, which is only one year old. I have three dogs, so he made some recommendations for pet urine clean-up. He cleaned two additional small throw rugs at no charge because he happened to notice them. I saved about $200 overall by using Angie's Big Deal. I would definitely use Quality Carpet again.

I really appreciated that the vendor called me to update on arrival time even though he was well within the 2 hour range I was given. He was upfront on charges as was the company when I called after purchasing the initial Deal. I highly recommend Quality Carpet Cleaning

For the price paid, QCC did a fair and solid job with our carpet cleaning. We ended up paying extra since our stairs and hallway counted as two rooms and our master bathroom/closet area was also considered a separate room, and I definitely wanted those areas cleaned. When I originally purchased the deal, I didn't really think each of those would count as a separate room, especially the bathroom/closet area which is maybe a 5x10 area right off of the bedroom, and because of that, we elected to not clean three other rooms to minimize the additional cost. Total of 9 areas cleaned. I did not feel that this was a significant issue, and some of our other rooms that did get cleaned are slightly larger than normal (I think) and the cost to clean an additional room was not a deal killer. We did also have a larger rug cleaned. All in all, and for the price, it was a good deal/value for the service provided. I would consider the cleaning a "maintenance" cleaning vs. a deep cleaning, though, for those who are expecting miracles to happen. It was a quick service. I would hire QCC again for routine maintenance carpet cleaning. I'm not sure what you would have to do/say to have a "deep cleaning." Out carpet is about 1 1/2 years old and I thought/hoped the higher traffic areas would have turned out a little better than they did, but the QCC cleaner (Jacob, extremely nice!), went back over the area to show me it wasn't going to get much cleaner. Oh well. I'll clean it again sooner next time!

Relatively new carpet. Wanted it freshened up after painters, workmen trampled it before moving in. Quality carpet did an excellent job, professional, polite, prompt. They got a nasty granite stain left by the locksmith out of the carpet .

An appointment was made between 12pm and 4pm. I was called to tell me they would delay arrival till 5pm. They arrived at 5:25 pm I wasted most of my afternoon waiting, and much of my furniture was already moved in my cramped apt. Clearly, they overbooked their appointments. Update: I was given a refund due to the delay.

Very professional, punctual, really did a good job pre-treating the stairs, and took their time to really deep clean the carpets. I will continue to use them in the future.

All thought the tile could not come as clean as I would have wanted, he came back the second day to do it again. I really feel he did his best to get it cleaned. The carpet came out great.
