I was very impressed. before I called them I was considering buying a new couch. Now since they cleaned the couch and chair it looks brand new. I was also impressed how clean my carpet is and that they removed the 2 pet stains. I recommend the service.

We have several high traffic areas with pet odors. This was the BEST professional carpet cleaning we have had done in years. We are picky, and feel you should get what you pay for. We have our carpets cleaned, 1 - 2 times year because the carpets are light colored and we have teenagers and a dog. Every year after the carpets are cleaned we always have spot areas I am disappointed with. This time, I feel like we finally found the right carpet cleaner for us. They were very professional, listened to our concerns and cleaned each are accordingly. They also offered to come back if there were any problem at no charge. There were no problems and we were extremely HAPPY with everything!! We highly recommend this company to others on Angie's List.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was excellent, we were very pleased. We paid an additional amount because there were a couple of different elements. When I made the appointment, they advised me that I might because of the type of carpets that we had. So I wasn't surprised. The gentleman that came out to do the cleaning was just very straightforward and also very knowledgeable. He seems to do a really good job. He's careful. I was concerned because one of our area rugs were in a wood floor and he took care to come by and wipe it up. He assured me that it wouldn't be marred so that was nice. The service was excellent.

The service was prompt, and they did a pretty good job. I would have liked him to put paper on the floors to absorb some of the liquid, but that wasn't done. I asked him to do an additional room (for an additional $30) and he agreed and went ahead and did it. I would use the service again.

The crew was outstanding and professional. The carpet cleaning was to my satisfaction and turned out better than I thought. The area rug had old dog stains and didn't clean up even with pre- treatment, disappointed but understandable. I would use them again, probabaly wouldn't OK cleaning of area rug as the cost of rug was same price as all carpet and sofa cleaning.

No details. Just a great job that I would gladly recommend to others. I have wall-to-wall carpeting. That's a lot of cleaning to do in a relatively short time; an efficient guy!

Scheduled for pickup between 3pm and 5pm. After several calls, arrived around 6:30pm. Had made a stop to pick up materials to clean carpets in the home but the arrangements were to pick up the rugs to clean them at shop so stop for materials was unnecessary. They did decent job on the cleaning and returned the rugs a few days later. They installed new padding (which I paid extra for) and did a good job with the installation.

They arrived on time (right in the middle of the 3 hour arrival window). I had bought the Angie's List big deal for $97. Since I had a couple badly soiled areas, they talked me in to adding the spot remover treatment for $65. Also talked me in to another $40 to clean the exposed areas of the two back rooms (which combined, probably amounts to less than 100 sq feet). Anyway, they got right to work and were done in a little under an hour. The stains on the stairs and in living room are gone and the capet looks great.

It turned out fine. They did a good job, he didn't move too many things there wasn't that much anyway. But he was very good and very advising. I had one stain going in across from the garage door to the family room that have been there awhile and he was able to got that out we didn't even see it any longer. He's a nice guy and did the job. There was an additional charge I agreed to was a touch guard.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. Everything went really well. They did a good job. They were quick and on time. It was a move out cleaning, I'm not sure how it held up but my wife said they look pretty good.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I've never used them before. They were very nice. I don't think the quality of what they did was very good but they tried. They had to come out 3 times to get it done. It seems that the person they sent out wasn't really competent but they were very nice in trying to make it okay. I just don't think they did the greatest job. The first time he did it, he cleaned the tile and the grout but he never sealed this and then I called up and asked what do I have to do with the sealer. Then they came out about a week later and the kid was just going to seal it and I said you just can't seal it now because it's dirty, it's been a week, there's dogs and the kids and people have been walking around so they cleaned it again and sealed it and I thought it was an additional pay for him to do my bathroom but he just couldn't do it right so they gave me my money back. They were nice, they tried but I just think the kid they sent out wasn't really good. The guy who was in charge was very nice, when I called and told him the kid didn't seal it, he said he'll send him back. He was very nice but I just think that the kid that he hired wasn't really good. I think the pricing was okay.

They did a very nice job. I had a little problem with spots on the carpet after it was all cleaned and they came back to clean those spots, free of charge.

The machine didn't hit all the areas like corners but the technician did a pretty good job to do that part manually. Now the rate I paid was with an Angie's list coupon, but I would not have paid more otherwise. The guy did the job fairly quickly. We were happy with the results. The grout had become so dirty it was black. I now have clean floors.

Service provider, Jerry, arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional. Jerry spent the necessary time to properly treat a few pet stains at the entrance of our living room, and was very thorough in the entire carpet cleaning process. Yes, we would definitely use Quality Carpet Cleaning, Inc. again.

It went great. I wish they had told me that a subcontractor was coming, but I really liked him. I was very nice and helpful and thorough. He did a good job for the company. I was especially pleased that they were able to send someone out the same day I called. He actually arrived 2 hours after I called. I also liked that they told me how to buy a coupon and use it right away.

I was very happy with the over all quality of work.And he did arrive early at 8am.He was scheduled to come between 8-11 am.

I had my carpets cleaned using a Big Deal . They did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. I was disappointed in the Big Deal. It actually would have cost me less to have the company clean my carpet without the Big Deal. I had a small area rug that I asked them to clean in lieu of another room. They agreed to use the balance of the coupon against the cost of cleaning the area rug but there was still an additional charge.
