Stains were not removed, carpet was left soaking wet - more than I have ever experienced. It actually looked like water was just applied over the carpet without any effort to remove stains. Oak wood trim was so wet, some of the finish was left with white stains from whatever was in the cleaning solutions. A representative from Quality Carpet did come back out and they cleaned the areas where the spots remained. I thank them for following up, it was a pleasant surprise. The spots are now gone.

First visit was prompt and very quick. Unfortunately they had to come again because the pet odor came back. He explained that the urine could have made it into the pad which would cause the smell to return. But after the 2nd visit the pet odor has not returned.

It went smoothly, on tim,e and on budget, couldn't ask for anything more.

WE WERE MOVING OUT OF THE HOUSE AND WE WANTED THE CARPETS CLEAN FOR THE NEW OWNERS - WITH ALL THE FURNITURE OUT YOU COULD SEE EVERYTHING AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING UP A LIFE TIME OF HIDDEN SPOTS. IT LOOKED GREAT.

They were OK. They said they needed to apply a special solution to the stain and there was a minimal charge to the stain removal. As far as the service went it was good but we weren't happy with the additional charge.

They informed me there was some pet stains, that was an additional charge, which was fine with and at the end he said he couldn't get the urine out of the carpet. After the carpet dried, the stain was still there and still smelled like urine. I called and they said they would come back, the guy came out and brought in a squirt bottle and a scrub brush. I told him I don't think that's what he is supposed to do to the carpet and he told me that's the only way to get the stains out. He also said I never told him about the stains in one of the rooms but I had. He was arguing with me and eventually walked out and left. I called the company and they said they would come out again to take a look at it. I am just really frustrated they had to come out 3 or 4 times for one carpet cleaning. The first time I called the company the customer service was excellent but they are not the ones cleaning the carpets.

They were efficient and prompt. Very little trouble despite the nature of our office building. We would use them again.

The service provided to me by Quality Carpet Cleaning Inc. turned out good. They came on time, did what they said they were going to do and then they left. The carpets were cleaned. That's what we paid for.

Showed up on time, did job ok. Some stains reappeared a short time after but went with them due to their low cost.

Kara the carpet cleaner called ahead of time and showed up on time. Worked out a fair priced estimate and cleaned the den carpet and couch. Was very friendly and easy to deal with. Carpet and couch each came out very nice and he and his helper completed the job in a very timely manner. I found the call in customer service rep also very nice and helpful. I believe her name was Nina, but I apologize if I got it wrong. Took the time to answer my questions or found someone who could. Thanks very much.

All went well. Scheduling was easy. Punctual and exactly as promoted.

Good job, but some deeply soiled spots did not completely come out

Only one person came to clean both the carpet and the grout. He arrived on time and was finished by 1:00PM and still had another job to do.

Vendor immediately tried to up sell my wife. Once he knew I (the husband) was coming home he changed his attitude. He made a point to unbutton his shirt and show me the scare from his recent open heart surgery. He was clearly begging for a tip. I would never invite the service into my house and he should be lifted from angies list!

They had to come back three times, but they got it clean the third time. They were too much in a hurry.

They were really good. I gave the guy a good tip and paid an additional cost to have my steps done. They did some good cleaning.

Arrived on time,performed work quickly; carpets were pretty wet when finished, it took a couple days for them to fully dry.

They showed up on time, and cleaned two rooms with fairly dirty carpets. Angel and his team got the job done with no interruption while I was working (I work out of my home). I was very pleased with the results. They offered several treatments for stains and protection (for an additional charge), but I declined. The carpets looked clean, so I felt that I would rather just have them back when it's time.

Having bought a "big deal", I felt the add ons were way overpriced. $80 (or close) for an 8x5 area rug (x2) when I'm sure my deal covered more square footage than the three small bedrooms we have. Each chair $60 (at lease)... So my big deal turned out to be a not so big deal. I also paid extra for pet smells (my puppy had mistakes-we never could get rid of smell). Even with extra pet charge, smell was still there. Nice people, just costly and not impressed with urine odor removal.

Was able to get out a very large stain in our new carpet. Wow, what a deal and service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. This was my first time using them. I thought that they were very efficient and professional. I thought it was a good deal.

It went well. The carpets are clean.

The service turned out just fine, and we had no problems with them.

Very nicely. Robert arrived on time, I had already moved most of the the furniture I could out of the rooms, and what I couldn't he helped with. Beds stayed in the rooms. Carpets looked brand new after he left. I may delay buying new carpets thanks to this service.
