They were on time and they did a fine job. It was more than $97 which I knew it's going to happen. They cleaned three rooms and a hallway so there was an up charge of $15. I was not shocked by that. I have my carpets cleaned before and they did as good as job as I have ever done. Usually I pay $200 but this time it was $113. They didn't break anything and they were nice guy. What more can I ask for. I moved all my furniture so it will be easy for them and they took them an hour and a half. I would recommend them. My carpet was not really stained so they were nothing dramatic for them to do.

Fantastic! Couldn't have asked for a more thorough job! Years of stains and after the cleaning the carpet was 1,000 times better.

They came and cleaned carpets on our house that was completely empty. They did the job well.

We paid for an extra charge because we added on a couple of our carpets, he gave a great deal and we went to had them all. He was great!

I initially purchased this and had three men come out to make repairs. I was not happy with the look and said so in my initial review. I received a call from Mark, who made arrangements to send out someone else. What a difference and installer can make. I am much happier with the look of the repair and would have given higher marks, were it not for the fact that the first crew was dismal and it took a total of three visits to resolve. Rafael & Geraldo were fabulous,profesesional, knew their business and got the job done!

Great. It was Gilbert, who was at our house last time. Love that he's still with the company. Got all the tough spots. Same day got follow up call from the office. that is also a nice feature. They send occasional mailings and I find them quite humorous. Thrilled to see they were running this Angie's list special. This is a company that I will continue to use. (they also have a 30 day guarantee which I did use last time and they came right out and remedied the issue...no questions asked.)

I found the coupon for the whole house for $165. Because my house was bigger than what they consider a 'whole' house, I had to pay an add'l $30. I still think it was a great deal. I made contact through the Angie's List messaging feature. They responded super fast and I got set up with an appointment for the next day. I got to pick from two 3-hour windows. Mike called me 2 hours early and asked if he could come early and I said yes. We both got there about 11:30am and went through the house to verify the rooms specified and that's when I first found out about the extra $30. We also verified the condition. He said I didn't need protectant re-applied since the carpeting was only 1.5 years old and showed light dirt and light wear. I was happy about that. No pressure to buy anything else. He started working (I did like the lemony smell of the cleaning solution) and he got about half way done, then had equipment failure(s). Because of that, he didn't get done until almost 5pm. Yikes! He said he had to fix the equipment himself because there were no backups on Saturday because they ran a smaller staff than through the week. It was not a problem for me, but I could see that would be an issue if you were getting your carpeting cleaned for a dinner party that same night! He did finish as I said and the carpets look brand new.

They arrived within the appointment window. Actually in the middle of the time period. They were kind and professional. I had already moved the small items and vacuumed the carpet as best I could. They arrived, walked through the living room, two bedrooms and hallway. They started with the back bedroom first and were very quick and efficient. Then gave us tips on what to do, meaning, wear plastic shoes until the carpet is dry. Don't walk on it bare foot. Open the house and allow the air to flow through, don't use the AC to dry the carpet. All in all I am very satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the service and would use them again.

He was capable and sensible, even had a good sense of humor. We had no problems.

It was very good. They did a great job. It was a very low price for what they did. I was really impressed with the fact that they sent a follow up letter and a refrigerator magnet, which was good.

I called Quality Carpet cleaning after I received an email from Angie's list offering a discount coupon. I called the company listed to see if they covered the county that I live in, and to ask how soon they would be able to do the job. I was greeted by a very friendly person on the phone and she explained that yes, they do service my area and that there was an opening the next day. All I had to do was purchase the coupon and call her back with a coupon number. Within five minutes, I purchased the special, called her back and and set up a time the next day. This company has a window of around 3 hours. I was set up for the following day for someone to come out to clean my living room and dining room combo carpet. I also mentioned that I needed my family room sofa cleaned. I contemplated my upstairs master bedroom carpet as I did not know if the coupon would cover the room. Angel, a very nice person and his co-worker arrived within the 3 hours stated, even calling me ahead of time, to let me know that they were on their way. When they arrived, Angel noticed right away by looking at my living room carpet, that I owned a dog. (Actually, I own three). He said he could tell by the oils and dirt left by my dog on the carpet. I mentioned that I also own two cats. He suggested that he pre-treat it and deodorize the carpet, which I agreed. He explained that the coupon would cover the living and dining room combo area and the sofa, but if I wanted the master bedroom carpet done, it would be an additional $75.00. I gave him the go ahead as it is a large bedroom and was in need of carpet cleaning. They did an awesome job. I couldn't believe the difference. My carpet went from a dark beige to a clean light beige color. I had not seen my carpet look that good in a long time. All the spots came out. I have to admit that I was a little worried about the stretching that was done to my carpet, but the carpet upon drying shrunk back to it's original condition. They use a steam cleaning machine finishing up with what looks like a large mop head (not sure what it is called). They finished up quickly and efficiently. Just an FYI, they moved my dining room chairs and smaller pieces of furniture away from the area to be cleaned, but they didn't move my living room sofa out during the cleaning, nor the dining room table. They were thoughtful enough to move my family room sofa unto my kitchen tile and off my wood flooring during the cleaning process. My experience with this company is very positive and I would use them again.

Quality Carpet arrived on time as promised, took their time doing an excellent job, asked for feedback while on site and were extremely courteous. I highly recommend their services above COIT and Chem Dry which I have used in the past. They are much better than Chem Dry and they provide a much better value (price vs performabnce) than COIT.

The whole job was done quickly by one person. Maybe a little too quick since it was for 4 bedroom, family room, living room and hallway but overall well done.

Requested a weekend appointment and left contact phone numbers, but they kept responding via Angie's List messages. I confirmed a Saturday appointment for 8/3, but they never showed. I called and they said they didn't check their angies list messages to add me to the schedule. They re-scheduled for the following day (sunday). The person showed up, put some pre-treatment on some of the stains. He did not move any furniture (I had to move all the chairs in living room) . After I moved the chairs, he had to be reminded twice to clean where they were. Both small bedrooms have queen beds, he did not treat on all sides of the beds. When he was finished it looked worse then when I treat with my steam cleaner. I now have a new square area of dirt about 2 feet in my hallway. In the past, companies have always moved the light furniture, then provided Styrofoam or something between the carpet a furniture when they move it back. Not only did they not move any furniture, they did not help me move it back. I understand that they have NO guarantee for getting stains out. I had a few paint stains on the bedroom carpet --which I showed him a told him I wasn't expecting those to come out...he said "For an extra $20, I can get them out,", but when he finished there was no difference. So, if they try to charge extra to remove paint stains-- don't buy it !

I initially scheduled the service and Quality Carpet Cleaning called me twice to confirm: Once the week before the service, and once on the morning of the service. However, the carpet cleaner never showed and never called. I was panic-stricken, as I was hosting a party at my home that weekend. A carpet cleaner showed up on the following day and performed the work. The technician was very kind and professional and did a good job. Nonetheless, I would not use this vendor again, give what happened with the initial appointment.

Gina was great when scheduling service. Basically what day is good for me. Angel arrived within 30 minutes of timeframe given and the job done in 40 minutes. I'm very happy with everything.

The appointment was setup with ease for the following day between 1:00-4:00 pm. The technician showed up at approximately 02:30 and surveyed the rooms and commented on what would be done. He seemed most concerned about certain spots that he thought were permanent. He treated all apparent spots with a prewash and then preceeded to clean the carpets. The technician complteted his work a little after 04:00 and said that the soiled areas I pointed out would not come out. This was upsetting becaouse it was the heavy traveled area that I thought needed to be cleaned and prompted my purchase of the Big Deal in the first place. After packing up his equipment I decided to try to clean those soiled with our Bissel Carpet Cleaner and was surprised to see that with just some care and determination the soiled area cleaned up rather well. My immediate thought was what a waste of $ 97 and even the best equipment in the hands of an amateur doesn t guarantee good results. We have used the same company in the past with good results.

This was the second time I used Quality Carpet, they are very professional, and have excellent customer service. The tech-Gerardo Matos arrived on time-they even call to tell you when he will be arriving, immediately put on his little plastic booties and got to work. He was thorough and courteous and careful not to let the cats out too! I would highly recommend this company. I will ask for Gerardo next time as he really did a good job and didn't get the carpet so wet like previous cleaners that put too much water and soap on and messed it up good.

Over the phone they quoted $68. But when they showed up they wanted $150 and I decided not to have the service done.

Angel and his partner arrived early AM and got right to work--------They cleaned our living room, dining room, master bath room and hallway------Our carpet was very dirty, and had pet stains which had set.----They also cleaned our couch and love seat. They finished very quickly----The couches looked very good and continue that way.---The High traffic walk way from the front door to the family room was very dirty, a fact I pointed out to Angel. He appeared to clean that area just the same as any other place in the house. When I asked him when we could walk on the cleaned carpet, he stated we could walk on it right away which seemed very unusual to me. At this moment I am seeing a few spots in the High Traffic path beginning to come back. Also, to get a odor control and stain resistant spray on the carpet was an extra $125.00 which was not made clear before the cleaning began
