They did excellent. They were timely, professional, and quick. They cleaned a runner piece and they even did extra work for us at no charge. They were very pleasant and I would definitely use them again. I was originally going to go with another company and I ended up saving over $200 with Quality Carpet Cleaning for the same amount of work.

He was prompt. Cleaned all rooms in less then 45 minutes. I was surprised when he called me so soon to say it was done. I was not satisfied with the job and pointed out numerous places that were overlooked or not done well. He redid those areas without complaint. I guess you get what you pay for. . . .

Fine. They cleaned what I asked and left the furniture and carpeting very wet. It took days for the sofa cushions to dry completely. I have never had the carpeting and upshostery take so long to dry out.

We bought the whole house carpet cleaning prepaid deal for $165. When they came, the whole house cleaning deal covered the whole house. They sold us two add-ons: 1) Teflon carpet protection for $125 which seems fine. 2) A special cleaning charge of $110 for six or seven spots / stains of an unknown origin (that our previous cleaner could not get out) that Quality Carpet Cleaning said would otherwise not come out but that this special process would take them out and keep them out. I asked if it was guaranteed and was told that he would not charge if the spots did not come out. The spots came out as the provider said -- but when the carpet dried, the spots came back. When the company called a couple days after the cleaning to see if everything was fine, I told them about the spots coming back and they sent the crew back out to retreat them. This time the spots did not come out completely but they stayed that way -- very faint but still noticeable. They refunded the $110 and now have a repeat customer.

They were very punctual but the upsale started right away. I had a couple of spaces for reattachment and one area that needed cut and repair. I had a hard time understanding how much was included in the '$200 worth' and ended up paying an extra 75.00 for the cut and repair. I also paid extra for the carpet cleaning which was fine because I expected that. There was an extra fee for 'deodorizing' but when it really just smelled musty with me. They did do a good job and I would use them again...just expect the up charge on the coupon.

Some confusion at pick up and return. I had arranged to have the rug picked up and processed at their facility but the representative coming to the house was planning to clean it on site. Also, I called 3 days after promised delivery date and ask when they would deliver it. The rug was delivered the following day.

I purchased an Angie's List deal to have my oriental carpets cleaned. The technician was friendly, courteous and pointed out several things on my rugs. He was very clear on expectations about what could and could not be cleaned from the rugs. He moved the rugs outside for cleaning to prevent damage to my hard wood floors. The rugs came out better than I had expected and I would certainly recommend this vendor to anyone considering Oriental Rug cleaning.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. There were a few little things that I was told such as the operator would call and they didn't. We were not warned about toxic smelling chemicals. I finally put on a mask because the smell was so awful. We paid extra for pet stain treatment. It was about an additional $50. There was an area that didn't get completely clean but a person came back and took care of it. All in all I was satisfied but I don't know if I would do it again. He actually recommended buying new carpet rather than getting the carpet cleaned again. It is an old carpet and my husband doesn't want to replace it until a pet is gone. The price was good.

The provider showed up on time and did an excellent job. I was very happy with the work. He cleaned and shampoo two rooms, hallway and 10 steps.

How did it go? It went well. They did a great job. The carpet is spotless. The technician advised us to keep fans running for a day or so till the carpet was good and dry. Looks great, no complaints. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

It went very well. It was a very small unit and the first time I used them. The person who came down and did the carpet cleaning was very courteous and a nice guy. He did an excellent job. I have some old carpet and didn't think there were areas that could be really clean because I was thinking of putting in hardwood floors. I thought I'd give the carpet one more cleaning and they got out stains that I thought would never come out. I was quite surprised and very pleased with the work. The price was good and the quality was excellent.

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning done by Quality Carpet Cleaning. I have recommended them to friends as well. I will be contacting them again before summer is over to clean the same two bedroom carpets again.

We paid more money to them other than the big deal amount because that deal was for a certain number of rooms and a hallway but we added 2 staircases. They didn't move the furniture, I moved it but they were very helpful enough to go back and clean the areas. The price was a little costly.

Fast efficient cleaning. Removed the dog urine stains from my expensive carpets and couch!

The cleaners were very professional and friendly, and they charged a fair price. I can't say too much about the quality of the work as the carpet wasn't that dirty in the first place.

He had to take it to his facility and later brought it back to me. The service was great and I was happy with the work. I thought the man who came to my home was great. He was personable and knowledgeable. Overall, the service was fine.

Everything went well. They have cleaned our carpets before so they are familiar with the house. They always try to upsell additional products when they come out, but we decline those. They also will not clean any additional areas without additional costs.
