Father and son team, very polite, punctual, and professional. They did a good job and tried their best. It's just that my daughter and her smelly cat lived in one of the bedrooms and there is an "odor". The carpet cleaners informed me that odor removal may not be successful until we replace the carpet pad, so they were very honest. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I will definitely use this company again. Since purchasing my home, I had decided to save to replace or remove the carpet. It looked neglected, had various interesting stains, appeared to have not been vacuumed or protected regularly, and it was some shade of green that I couldn't grow to appreciate. NOW!!!! I don't even mind having people come over. The day they first came out, my 3 yr old woke up after her nap (she slept through the entire cleaning process) and said "our floor is clean." I was as amazed as she was. The service was friendly and thorough. And even though a couple of days later, after having a birthday celebration, I contacted the company to see if the dirt tracks I noticed were due to moisture that remained in the carpet or due to the lack of prior care, the company didn't even hesitate to offer a remedy. They sent a technician back to my home that same day to clear up my questions and the areas of concern. The VP of Operations called me as soon as they were done and assured me that I still had a 30 day warranty and advised me to call again if I had any more concerns. When I sent the email I was only hoping for a future discount, but I ended up falling in love with the clean carpet again and finding a company that I plan on using for all my carpet cleaning needs. The technician, Angel, was friendly, attentive, and accommodating and did not leave until I was able to look at all of the areas that were cleaned and gave my approval. And Mark Wils, the VP of Operations, showed me that their advertisements are more than just slogans and good pictures.

They arrived on time and got right to work. They were able to remove many of the dirt related stains on our light colored carpet. I thought for $145 they did a very good job.

He did a very good job, but the upsell on the the new substitute product for "Scotch Guard" (can't remember what it was called), was ridiculously expensive. Though I did get it anyway. The gentleman was very nice and thorough, however I had a very difficult time hearing him as he was an extreme "soft talker". All in all, we got what we wanted.

The service was good. I was very satisfied with their work. They arrived early and it looks like they did a pretty good job.

Quality Carpet Cleaning was fine. he came did the carpets and he left. He did a good job. The carpets were very dirty and he cleaned them nicely. He offered to repair the carpet and I didn't have the piece of carpet that he needed to match for him to do it but I would like him to do it next time he comes back. I would say fine, go ahead with them. It was a good deal. He sent a nice follow-up letter and he really did everything fairly well and they were right on time.

They came on time. They did the best they could as they told us that there was body oil on the fabric that could not be removed.

They were able to come earlier than intial set appointment so they called to confirm if it was acceptable to come to the residence earlier. Allowed me sufficient time to prepare without rushing me. Yes,I would recommend them to a friend,or use their service again in the future.

It went great - they guys had finished their prior job early so they showed up early, which was a huge bonus for me.

QCC did and excellent job cleaning the carpets in our townhouse! There was significant stains with three college kids renting for the past year. Gilberto and his son removed all the stains that other cleaners could not remove......very impressed! i will request them again.

It was good. There were no additional charges. That was the first time I've used them. They were very thorough. I could tell the difference when they cleaned the carpet. The stains were gone. It's definitely much cleaner. I would use them again in the future.

Quality Carpet Cleaning Inc. is fabulous. They came out the same day that I booked the appointment, they cleaned the spot, they made sure I was aware that the spots were clean, I gave them the certificate and they left.

Angel and his assistant did a great job The carpets look better than the last time I had them cleaned by a different cmpany.

Great job on cleaning but stopped b4 top landing of stairs, which made a few spots there quite noticeable. Also asked for a supplemental payment for stain resistant coating, so it wasn't as inexpensive s I thought it would b from Groupon listing.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and the technician who came was very, very nice. He came on time, was a very pleasant person and he went to work. I am very pleased. I am single, elderly and I felt very comfortable with him. He did a lovely job and it looks very nice. He was quick, good and I can't say enough.

Quality Carpet staff were very friendly and professional. They came out to stretch and clean the carpet in 3 rooms. I had them come out previously to do several rooms and then had them return to complete the rest of the house. The job turned out great.

Quality Carpet Cleaning did a good job. There were a lot of add-on for other things, you had to pay extra for spotting and I forgot what the rest was. He was friendly.
