The appointment was specifically scheduled for the afternoon but the technician arrived in the morning. I explicitly scheduled for the afternoon, because I had other house projects to complete in the morning. I paid for the 8 area package that was available at the time. The package description did not give any information on what might not be included in 8 areas, so I called first to explain what areas I had (only 3) and asked if I could get 2 small area rugs cleaned in addition to the 3 areas and was told OK. However, when I later called to schedule the appointment, I was told the special price was for wall-to-wall carpets only, so the area rugs would cost extra (which they did). That was very disappointing. Additionally, once the carpet was dry (the next day), I noticed there were many spots left that had not been properly cleaned. Because we had an open house the next morning, I had to clean the spots myself. Although the technician was very nice, I was not satisfied with the overall quality of the work for the price I paid. Very disappointing.

I was not prepared to pay extra for this service. I got the $97 deal but paid an extra $170 for the Teflon protection and the germicidal rinse, which I was not expecting. The Big Deal fine print did not include this information up front and I did feel a little pressured to add these two extras. This service did a good job with the cleaning, but I feel the Teflon treatment was a waste of money as it does not appear to be doing a good job in protecting the cushions from further stains. I really kind of feel they were making up for their cost difference for the big deal price in selling me the extra treatments. I am updating my review. I was not aware of how the Teflon treatment worked. I was under the impression that spills would bead up and not be absorbed into my furniture fabric, which is a lightweight cotton type fabric. However, I have since learned that the treatment does not prevent stains, but makes it easier to completely remove the stains during cleaning. With this in mind, I have revised my review to an A rating as this company did do an excellent job of cleaning my furniture, and I will definitely use them again. I apologize to this company for my misunderstanding.

It was good. When I scheduled the appointment, they were short-staffed so they only sent one person to do our house and it was a pretty big job. He was obviously pressed for time so he did it very quickly and even though he did the best job he could by himself, it wasn't as good of an experience. They were in a rush. The carpet wasn't as clean as I thought it was going to be. There are stains that he couldn't get out and he didn't have time to mess with it. There was a fair amount of up-selling so he did scotchgard sort of thing and he charged me. I was able to get an appointment when I wanted. They were here on time. They were professional. They just didn't clean my carpets to the standard I would have expected.

Wow!! Khaled did an AMAZING job getting everything super clean, I feel like I have a new house!!! He was on time, didn't leave any mess, and most importantly, he did a very thorough job. He really spent time looking for stains and treating them. Khalid set the bar really high for anyone to clean the carpets after him, but since I will use this company again, that won't be a problem. The only bad thing is that since Khaled cleaned my couch and area rugs so well, I don't get to replace them anytime soon since they look, feel, and smell brand new!! I am extremely pleased and will definitely use this company again.

These guys were great! They were on time, they were so detail oriented. They were very professional and polite. They did a great job. I will for sure use them again, my carpets look fabulous.

We had a little challenge with scheduling but in the end it went very well. We had a little bit of a challenge but they really stepped up in terms of customer service and they took care of the problem. They met their commitment so I would give them a solid thumbs up.

Quality Carpet Cleaning representative Robert was punctual (right on time, 8:00AM), extremely professional, and courteous. He is very experienced and efficient. I have used several cleaning companies over the years, however Quality Carpet Cleaning exceeded all my expectations. Robert is an outstanding employee, and obviously a credit to their organization. The service went very well. They were very kind and professional. They got it done quickly, and I was very satisfied with the service. They did some extra stuff. They did another room for another $50 or $20 that I added on the $97 big deal.

I wrote a previous review on this company and while it wasn't awful it wasn't great either. Once the company saw it, the immediately called me and wanted to correct any problems I might have had. They (Ken and a helper) and redid my entire carpet even though it had been a year since I last used their service. They did a great job and offered me a great price. I have already referred them out to a friend and would use them again.

.This is the second time I used this company. They do a good job if you want a quick and general cleaning for a low price. The first time, November, 2012, I hired them to clean my carpets. I was told that the carpet should be dry and be able to replace furniture in a 6 - 8 hours. After 24 hours the carpet was still wet. Having a carpet cleaner myself (I just didn't have the time to do it myself this time) I was able to go over the carpet and remove a considerable amount of moisture. After doing this the carpet was dry enough by the next morning. Quality contacted me in a few days to check on my satisfaction and I told them of the dampness issue and that I had already handled the problem. Quality was willing to come back to correct the issue but it was already dealt with. I decided to try them again. Like the first time, I was given a quote over the phone of $75 to clean the area in question (470 sq.ft.). However, when the crew arrived, on time, the supervisor immediately commented I should add Enzyme sprays, stain removals, and Scotchgard. The cost would jump from $75 to $175. This time I declined any additional charges and requested only the cleaning mentioned over the phone with no additions. The job only took 20 minutes. For a thorough job this seems quick to me. Like I mentioned earlier, if you want a quick and general cleaning Quality does fine. If you want a thorough job and have other issues to deal with I suggest a different company. Also, when you call for the estimate over the phone (for any company) request the operator cover ALL other concerns you have like Pet Stains, Carpet Protection, Upholstery Cleaning, etc. Like other companies there is usually an additional charge. Don't wait until they are in your home to decide.

Jose was professional, pleasant , he came to my house and realize he needs the rug to cover my wood staircase to pull the hoses downstairs , he did not have it w him, so we rescheduled for following. He was very apologetic and offer to do much more than my coupon covers for the inconvenience. Very professional and pleasant. It is the best service I ever gotten and I do not give out praise easily. They also followed up w phone call and letter. I am very impressed. I absolutely will recommend their service to anyone, which I already told a lot of my friends.

Called the office to make the appointment.The lady who answered the phone was informed and helpful.They were able schedule me quickly.Two professional men arrived and we went over the things I needed to clean.I bought a couple of coupons from their company but I had more work than the coupons covered.He genuinely worked hard to include them at a good price.He did.They cleaned for about three hours never stopping and did a great job.They were very courteous and neat.I have two big dogs in my home so I constantly clean my carpets and upholstery.I will call them the next time.

They were very easy to schedule an appointment with. They were prompt with the appointment time and the technician was very professional. I was a little disappointed that they weren't able to get the pet urine smell out, but that probably wasn't their fault. Other than that, they did a great job. Very easy to work with.

My experience with them was perfect. The guy was great. He was professional and very thorough. He did a great job. The $97 big deal only covered three rooms and a hallway. I think the total cost came to $180 or a couple of hundreds, approximately $200.

Update - Within one month after second person came out more spots came out in my carpeting then I had originally. Not happy at all with the service I received. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I don't think the first guy that came out did a good job at all. I called the company, I waited about 3 weeks to see if the carpeting looked better and then the company sent another guy out and he did a pretty good job actually. I'm not happy with the first guy. The customer service was actually very good. If I were to rate them between a 1 and a 5, it will probably be a 3 1/2. It would have been a 5 if the first guy wasn't an idiot. They were really right on it once I called. When the first guy came in, he wanted to sell me stuff and I said no. I asked him also because all my previous carpet cleaning came in with a scrubber like a machine and I said it always worked. He said some guys have that but it's an additional charge and I said that's what my carpet needs. When the second guy came out, he said they all have those in their truck. The first guy didn't even offer it to me. They were both here on time. I really like the second guy. I will use them again only if I get the same guy.

I can't begin to tell you how much trouble I have had dealing with Carpet Cleaners... Oh, this is a special blend of Fabric we need to charge more... One time I had a Guy in a Suit follow his workers around and did the Sales Pitch... He ended up quoting me close to $800.00... I basically told him I am going to pass... He then dropped the price in half... I will still pass.... I have had this happen countless times.... Not with this Company... The Guys who came out were more then polite... I had purchased the $97.00 special on Angie's List... They did not try and up sell me... I did end up buying and paying for more services... But, totally my choice.... Then I walk outside and the guy is cleaning the bottom side of an Area Rug.... I honestly felt Guilty about the Price and the Service and Tipped the guys Extra... These are the People who you want cleaning your Carpets... I even got a follow up call asking me if I was happy...
