The representative showed up to clean the carpets in my house and started to count the areas that were included in the coupon (I believe there were 6 but I could be wrong). My house is laid out in a unique way so it was difficult for him to count them properly, but basically, a small 3x3 closet counted as "1 space" in the same way that a full 10X17 room counted as "1 space"... this was frustrating and didn't make sense. After much haggling he agreed to do most the spaces for the coupon price, but I did pay him more to do the extra spaces and to apply some type of spray on my stairs that resists dirt. In all it wasn't a bad experience, but I didn't see the need to try and charge me for these tiny closet spaces when it only takes 30 seconds to do such a small space.

I purchased one of the Angie's List deals. I have had carpet cleaning guys do a cleaning before, but this was by far one of the easier experiences. I was able to schedule via email and they sent a text confirming the day before. They were willing to work with me regarding my needs. I didn't need all three rooms cleaned, so they were willing to work with me even though I bought a package. We worked out what I needed and determined a cost. I knew up front how much the extra work was going to cost. I feel like I usually get the the guy here and in spite of the fact that I have coupon (or whatever) my final bill is nothing like I expected. Not so with this company. We discussed it on the phone, the workers confirmed, I wrote a check and it was done. They showed up on time (i.e. the early part of the time frame I was given) and got right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. The carpets and furniture are definitely perked up and looking good. They were done quickly, but the work was well done. My husband even commented that his chair looks great before he settled in to start messing it up again :). I will keep their email on file. I think here in LA the world is just so dirty that it is worth having someone come in and do a professional cleaning every so often. I would have Quality come back again.

Very professional and the work performed was excellent.

The 'provider' offers 750 square feet of carpet cleaning plus upholstery cleaning of one piece of furniture. I have 3 area rugs totaling less than 350 sq. ft. and no upholstery to be cleaned. When they called to set up the cleaning appointment, they said the price quoted was for wall to wall carpet only, and that my job would be a minimum of $350.00. That is not what they say in their 'come on'. Most people call this bait and switch. My first experience with Angie's List is a bust. I'll find someone on the internet. Please refund my $97.00 ASAP.

Arrived on time. I was expecting a truck mounted cleaning unit, but technician showed up with a portable unit. He offered to have a truck mounted unit come out, but the carpet was not that dirty so I had him continue. He did a very good and thorough job. The carpet looked great. My only suggestion would be to inform customer of the type of equipment to be used as I believe the truck mounted unit would do a better job.

The company was upfront in telling me that their services would be more than the Angie's List coupon (for up to 750 sq. ft. of carpet cleaning and 1 furniture upholstery cleaning) since the deal didn't cover area rugs. They said, however, that they would try to fit the 2 area rugs (115 sq. ft.) in on the coupon, but they would not be able to include 1 furniture upholstery cleaning and that it would be extra; to determine how much extra, they would need to come out. They also said that they understood if I decided to cancel my Angie's List Coupon because of this. I decided to cancel their coming out. It all went very smoothly. Thank you.

ROSA AND HER SON DID THE BEST JOB OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED! THE CARPET IS 13 YEARS OLD AND LOOKS ALMOST AS GOOD AS NEW.

Great job! We have 2 small dogs. It smelled a little doggie. He tried to upsell on the doggie treatment. We didn't bite (so to speak). There was also a little miscommunication, initially on the pricing deal we agreed to in that the guy who came out to clean was not aware of the deal we got and tried to charge regular price. But in the end, he accepted what we agreed to and credit card charges matched the bill, matched our initial agreement. We also asked for the cleaner to show for the 3 PM to 5PM (I believe it was) window. He arrived way to early for us (like noon) but did keep coming back until we were ready. The cleaning, without doggie treatment was good enough. Looked and smelled great. We have no complaints and would use them again.

I saw an ad on Angies list and purchased a deal for $99 for carpet cleaning of three rooms plus a hallway. however when the service provider came to my home he advised me that there would be an extra charge for pet cleaning/odor removal in master bedroom. i asked if he would just do my master bedroom with pet cleaning for $99 in lieu of 3 rooms and a hallway. he said no. I thought this was a scam. We finally agreed on just cleaning my master bedroom carpet with pet cleaner and area rug in my living room for $202. I only have three carpeted rooms with limited carpeting showing. I was not impressed that he did not offer to do other two rooms which was a sliver of carpet about 50-100 feet each, so I just had area rug cleaned to satisfy need to pay more and get my bedroom cleaned right. It only took about 30 mins. I was concerned stains on bedroom carpet did not come out completely. He told me it was the best he could do. I was concerned. Then later in the day, quality carpet called to ask about the Service. I explained I was not happy and they were extremely accommodating! they advised they were willing to send another person the next day to clean carpet again for no extra charge. I agreed. When I went home from work and looked at carpet in bedroom next day, carpet looked very nice, so I did not ask for return service. Quality of work was top rate, excellent but sales pitch was not appreciated at all.

It went great. They showed up on time and the place looked wonderful when they finished.

Chris was very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and did a lot better than the last company. I believe Quality Carpet Cleaning is better than the other companies out there. Chris was able to answer all my questions about the different types of carpet cleaning techniques and made recommendations regarding which technique will give me the best result and he was right because my carpet fibers are upright and the stains and soils are gone. Thanks Chris and quality carpet cleaning!

Amazing guys, were in time and did good work

They arrived on time and handled everything professionally. The only thing is that the carpet was very wet and took all day to dry

The first guy showed up in a very small pick up truck & I was wondering where the equipment was. He only brought a handheld machine with him. I specifically explained to the lady on the phone that I have a large home & intended to have many rooms, hallways & stairs cleaned. The guy that showed up did not know this and said he could not do the job because it was too big and he needed their bigger truck with the proper equipment. He was very nice but I told him that I had already moved all my furniture to accommodate this carpet cleaning day and that this needed to be done as scheduled. I certainly was not going to move all my furniture back from 8 rooms and then have to do it again twice because they messed up. So he called his boss Mark, and they said they would send someone else out within 2 hours, which they did. The new guy that showed up was very nice and courteous. Their prices were more than I had intended but I figured I would give them a shot. 4 or so hours later, about 10pm at night the guy was finally done. I felt bad for the guy. I did not realize how long it was going to take. I appreciated his hard work. Although after he left I did notice several spots that were untouched I did not care at that point I just wanted it to be over with as I am sure the guy doing the work did as well. Again, everyone was nice, fast and responsive. Decent cleaning service. I wish the line of communication would have been more clear before showing up at my house because my entire day and night was a complete wash waiting around.

they came on time and cleaned all the carpets they did a good job

Some spots returned on the carpet and the couches came out terrible. We had orange-ish colored stains appear on our couch within the month. We don't think that Quality Carpet knows about this. Perhaps it was the method in which they cleaned it or the chemical response of the material. It was 2 white chenille couches. Yes, they need to be replaced. We are not into slip covers. I guess it's not a "one method for all" solution. I would recommend them but you need to be a little educated about cleaning couches or chairs.

I would never hire them again. When he arrived I told him that I have fairly older carpet and it has some deep heavy stains on it, which I had already personally pre-treated and scrubbed. I asked him to use his professional stuff, but he stood here and just sprayed it in the air instead of spraying the actual spots. He just let the mist go everywhere which was the first thing that I was not happy with. He spent entirely too much time on his cell phone taking personal calls instead of doing the job and that was my biggest gripe. He didn't put the backbone in the job that he needed to. He wanted to get in and get out and you could tell. I specifically told whoever set up the appointment that I wanted the shampooer, which was the big old fashion bristle kind of shampooers and not the way they clean carpets now, but when they showed up it was that system. That's how it started because I was expecting something different and I just thought he did a lousy job. The price was fine and I didn't go above the deal, which was all I paid. I didn't pay any extra. I waited a little bit and then I got a call from them on the day that my original appointment was scheduled. He was running so far behind because he was stuck in traffic that I cut him some slack and told him that he could come the next day instead of coming out that same day. It may not be the company and it could be just that guy who works for him. We also had a bad language barrier. He just didn't speak enough English for me to communicate with him. The price was good and he cleaned the carpet, but he made no effort to go above and beyond just getting the job done and getting out of here. I did hire another local carpet cleaner a week later to come in and they spent three hours here. They did a really good job.

Work went as expected. No difficulties were encountered. the technician was courteous and professional.

When we called after ordering our coupon, we needed a quick turnaround. They accommodated our deadline with no problems. We also asked for one more room beyond the coupon which they had no problem with. The cleaner arrived early and didn't need much from us to start the job. Was even able to identify certain stains by sight. Finished in a reasonable time. The 5 year old carpets looked good as new. Would use them again in a snap.

Really well but since the job was completed they have called A LOT to see if I need service again. This won't prevent me from using them again though.
