Carpet cleaning came out great. Carpet was not "wet" when I got home as with my prior carpet cleaner that I had been using for the past 2 1/2 years. I am switching to Quality Carpet Cleaning for all future cleanings.

Honestly, there isn't much to say. He came at the appointed time and cleaned what he was supposed to clean. Of course, there was the expected sale of additional Scotchguard, but I fully expected that. He did an awesome job and was on his way.

I wish I could remember the techs name he was so polite and professional. I would definitely use this company again. Was right on time and got to work. Excellent company.

I had no problem making the appointment for the work - got the exact date I requested. The crew arrived right on time, did the measurements and got right to work. The floors had never been professionally cleaned, and they are 11 years old. The grout was especially dirty since I have 3 large dogs. The guys went over everything twice, then applied 2 coats of sealant. The floor look like new again! They used a nice deodorizer, so no more "doggie odor" either. They were both friendly and helpful - it was a great experience!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. I added all the stairs so I spend an additional $45 for the stairs. They cleaned the carpet and left. It was fine.

It was great. They were very thorough, friendly, on time and they did a very nice job. The carpets look great. I would ask them to come back again. I purchased the deal and they came out the next day. We had some pet urine on the carpets and we mentioned it and they did a great job getting rid of it. It was a fair price and they were excellent. I think we paid $40 more than what the deal was for.

They arrived on time and where prepared to go to work right away. They were professional and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them and I will use them in the future.

He did an excellent job. We had some heavy stains due to recent construction and other factors, and they have been completely eradicated. Even after one week the stains have not resurfaced, as I have seen with past carpet cleaning efforts. He was in and out in under 2 hours, cleaned up everything and communicated the final status. He was professional and thorough. I will happily hire Quality Carpet Cleaning in the future.

Quality Carpet Cleaning company came to my house on time and had about 4 ppl crew and quickly survey all the carpet in my house and start working on cleaning my carpet. I had ask them if they were able to remove a paint stain that was left from my tenant and they did!! totally save me from replacing my carpet. I would recommend their service and definitely use them again.

We called under the 30 day Warranty for the carpet cleaning as a large spot re-appeared in our hallway. They immediately re-cleaned it as though it was a new job with no questions asked, and gave us a bottle of cleaning solution should any spots re-appear later on. I had them check out he soiled area on our Lazy Boy recliner and we negotiated a price and they went right to work. Everyone that sees it thinks we bought a new chair, it looks so good. We are very pleased with them.

Albert and his crew arrived on time and were finished in about an hour. I was surprised by their efficiency. The team was courteous and did fine work. I intend to call Quality on a regular basis for this service.

The job was ok. On the phone I had said there were stains and asked if we should pre-treat them. I was told not to. We were charged more to have the stains deodorized (because they were pet stains), which we were not warned about when talking about the stains. The carpets looked ok when done, but most if not all of the stains resurfaced a couple days later. We had cleaned the carpets ourselves before (maybe less than a year), and the job was about the same. Maybe my carpets are just really hard to clean.

Mr. Henry did a great job. He also help move furniture. I am very happy with his work. The cost is approximately $120 for a 1000 square feet apartment.

It went fine. Arrived on time, and worked quickly and professionally. My only complaint is that he didn't comb the carpet after shampooing. There are a couple of spots of oil that I tracked in from the garage which would not come out, but he tried.

The guys showed up on time, did a beautiful job on our carpets (though they warned us, correctly, that the stains from our new puppy would probably come back because they were also on the pad below.) But overall, we were very happy with their punctuality, professionalism and courtesy; we wouldn't hesitate to recommend us to our friends -- on Angie's List!

Only gripe, and it's probably true for most carpet cleaners, is how well the carpet was cleaned. All seem to go well but two days later a friend of mine showed up with a new system he said was great for his allergies (my issue). So I said "try it". Amount of dirt that came out of carpet was amazing. You'd sware the carpet was not cleaned in 10 years (carpet in a very nice den; color hides dirt well). No more hiring these companies. Again, true of most all hired company cleaners.

We are very pleased with the cleaning results and service provided. Mange Meza was courteous, conscientious, and effective in removing spots and stains. When a prominent stain on the carpet, caused by a previous cleaner placing a large table on the family room rug before it was dry, did not completely get eliminated, Mange extended himself. He returned with special cleaning materials and made additional effort to remove it. The extra effort greatly minimized the stain. We are grateful for his efforts and highly recommend him to you.

I am very happy with the service that I was provided. There were two gentleman that came to complete the job. They were very protective of my home and made sure not to dirty any other areas.

I was a little surprised when one person showed up -- usually I've had a team of two for carpet cleaning -- but he was prompt and professional, and did a great job! He even got a stain out that previous cleaners hadn't. I didn't feel like he tried to upsell me with additions either. Well done.

We've used a few other carpet cleaners in the past, but none were as good or as honest as these guys were. I would recommend them to any of my friends! They were prompt, professional and actually got the carpet very clean.
