They did a good job. The carpets were very dirty as I had not had them cleaned in years. My office carpet was especially dirty and they came back and redid it. I will not wait so long to have them cleaned again and will use Quality Carpet again.

The service provided was awesome. First the price was good, second these guys showed up on time, third, they did a good job cleaning and fourth they left and didn't come back, what else is great?

The service person is professional. My husband want to do it by himself. But after service, he greed that they performed far better service than what we can do.

Two men arrived at our house on time. They took a quick survey and explained that some of the spots would probably come back. We were pleased to hear this as we had heard it from a previous cleaning. They cleaned approximately 1250 sq. ft., including one long and two short staircases, with excellent workmanship. Making the appointment with the office was pleasant and professional. We also received a phone call from the office a day previous to the appointment reminding us of the arrival time. It was explained to us ahead of time that they do not move furniture. That was good because it allowed us to plan ahead to have somebody there who could move the furniture.

I purchased a Big Deal on August 24 and I was supposed to be contacted by the company on or before August 30. It is now September 24 and I still have not heard from the company. I have now requested a refund.

The provider was on time and friendly. The service was very fast. Our carpeting is pretty light and now has a grey hugh. It took about three days for the carpeting to dry - I was surprised by this! The area rug was not a super good one to begin with, but I would find pieces of carpeting falling out. I'm disappointed in the quality of the carpet cleaning; other reviews were very good.

Work was excellent, but the final charge was $189 more than the coupon, attributable to additional work. They were particularly good with a soiled sofa.

We used Quality Carpet Cleaning upon move in to our new home. The cleaner was knowledgeable about the type (wool) of carpet we had and how to clean it. He advised us what wouldn't come clean in the carpet. We used them again recently to clean some pet stains. The cleaner provided recommendations about what kind of carpet holds up the best and cleans the best. He was polite and kind.

Perfect. Came, saw, conquered. Very pleasant to deal with.

This worked out great. They came out and did the work with no problems. We paid more to have the whole house done. We had no problems with the scheduling and the work was done in one day. They sent on technician to do the work. The only thing I would mention is to send an additional person to assist with moving the furniture.

I bought the Angie's List deal for area rug cleaning, which covered one of my two rugs. I then paid to have two more done, which they quoted me $200 for the other one, with the first only being $100 because of the deal. After saying that I was only going to have the one cleaned, they offered me a fifty dollar discount, which I gladly accepted. They took the rugs to their cleaning plant and returned they the following Friday as agreed, wrapped and spotless. I'm very happy with the discount and the service. I will use them again.

Fine. He showed up early and got it all done really quickly. The carpets looked great. the couch was maybe too dirty to begin with.

They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpet. We asked for a miracle repairing a snag in the Berber carpet. They told us before they started that it wouldn't repair perfectly. They were very upfront about it. It looked better when they were done but alas, they were correct. We would use them again.

The technicians were knowledgeable, unable to do the sofa, (Tahatian cotton) problems substituting; not a bargain in the end

the technician explained everything he was going to do and the cost and warranty before starting. we both inspected the carpets afterwards before paying. I had a couple spots come back up a week or two later and they returned and clean them again and I have no problems since.

Went very well and I will hire this company again when I need their service in the future.

I would not hesitate to use the service again. They were prompt, professional and did a fantastic job cleaning my sofa and rug.

We wanted to use it for either sofa or area rug. Once the service man arrived we showed him the items to be cleaned. The Flor tiles he said would be difficult to get completely clean. (they were a cream color that had been darkened from our dog sleeping on the the carpet. Then my wife asked about the sofa and he said that would be extra because it was a sectional. We had a water stain on the seating surface that we wanted to remove. The serviceman did his best, the results were pretty good, but the issue was our difference in expectation of what the service would provide and the actual limitations of the "deal" we purchased. Next time I would get an estimate before I purchase another "deal" and/or talk with a representative to see if the work can be completed to my liking. I take responsibility for not doing complete research on what the the service provider will cover before purchasing again. I also think that Quality Carpet Cleaning should consult over the phone once we scheduled the work to be done to get a clear idea of what is covered and not covered in their special.

Cleaned carpet. Was unable to remove several pet stains I'd hoped could be eradicated. Professional, friendly, punctual though I felt the equipment and method used were not as up to date as other services I'd used prior.

I had to reschedule one time and then change the time. The company was easy to contact and had no trouble with my requests. On the day of the service, two men arrived on time and did a good job with the carpet cleaning paying special attention to a few troublesome spots. The men were polite and professional and got the job done with no problems. I had used the company before but the technician I used was no longer with the company. I was sorry bout that since he had done a good job also. But the new technicians were fine also.

Nice work...returned on time...carpets are in great condition!

The carpet cleaner who came to my place was very punctual and the people in the office were very good at setting up the time for the service When the carpet cleaner came, he asked me if I wanted to do extra work in the property. I was originally interested to do some extra rugs but it seems that the person who came in my place was really pushing it so I decided not to do extra work in the property (Just don't like the pressure). He then insisted a couple of times and asked me how much I was willing to pay to get my extra rugs cleaned. Again I told him it was fine that I wouldn't need it but he looked me straight in the eyes for about a minute, he then understood I wouldn't do any extra work. The job started and I asked the cleaner if he could remove his shoes or use a protection on them but he told me he bought the shoes the same morning so they were nothing to worry about. Again I didn't insist too much but I feel it would have been nice if he used some sort of protection on his shoes or removed then. He Finished the job in about 15 to 20 min and then told me to check to see if I was happy. My carpets weren't so dirty to start with and I just wanted to remove the dust thoroughly but he couldn't remove most of it and told me that it was the best he could do. The job was average but I wonder if it was really worth the money.

He arrived on time and got right to work. He began at 9:30 and was finished within an hour. The carpets are dry already. Roberto did a wonderful job.
