He did a really good job. However, it was a bit pricey.

I originally picked this provider because of the good reviews. I had my carpets cleaned on 6/4/2013 and the results were not so good. My carpets took 3 days to dry and had a dingy look to them (my carpeting is light). Robert came out today and re-did my carpeting. It looks AMAZING and it's almost dry already. There must have been something wrong with the machine the first time around. Quality Carpet wanted to make things right and sent someone out to re-do my carpeting at my convenience. The customer service of this company is refreshing. It seems like people these days always try to blame on the consumer. I will definitely use Quality Carpet again, even with the first mishap!

Overall they did a real job, were very friendly, and did a professional job.

I was pleased with the service. Everything was cleaned very well. There was a carpet area that was pretty bad. They got the dirt out! They were also very fast.

The carpet came out looking great. We have light tan colored carpet and the results were great.

I signed up and paid on line, and I had to call them to schedule service. They were late for the appointment. And then they said there AD did not cover all of the services I needed. So I had to pay more money to get the services I wanted.

Well, the man was very polite and did an excellent job. Have a warranty for 30 days.

Better than any cleaner I've used in the past, including the "big names". I called at 11 am, mike was there at 2 pm-earlier than I had been told but very welcomed. He looked at what i wanted done, explained I had some options I didn't know about, worked some magic and I got more than I had planned, and an additional discount, too! He wasn't rushed, explained why some things had gone wrong in the past. He even helped round up the kitties :) When finished he made sure I was satisfied and understood what to put back and when. Very professional, punctual and interested in doing a great job.

"Al" was punctual and polite. He pointed out to me that the arms of my chairs needed some kind of protection against wear (arm covers), as the fabric was wearing thin. He also noticed the carpet in one bedroom was in need of stretching out, with the seam needing reinforcement (it was lifting in a heavy traffic area), and quoted me an approximate price if I wanted to have it done by his company at a future date. He worked quickly and thoroughly, leaving his work area clean.

Service person was a bit unfocused and somewhat short and surly. Kept on trying to sell me on Scotchguarding and perfume additive. I wanted neither. Also kept on asking if I wanted only the "Travelled areas" done. I didn't. I wanted ALL areas done. Did satisfactory job on the rugs, but I also felt the $45 charge for the stairs was a bit excessive. I have one long staircase going upstairs and two shorter switchback staircases going downstairs. Yet they charged for "3 staircases". I didn't complain at the time, but as I thought about it, I was overcharged. Should have been 2 staircases.

The place was well cleaned and workers were professional. The price was based on hour per person. That made it a little difficult to figure out when a whole team of workers came with some leaving earlier than others. But the owner was very good about explaining the situation and the final price was reasonable and close to what we had initially discussed. Overall, a good experience.

Very thorough job. Very professional. Pointed out areas that needed more work. Applied a coating similar to ScotchGuard.

This is the second time I have used this provider. The first time was about a year ago for an condo unit being rented. I was less than pleased with the service: they came late could not start the job that day. When they did come, they charged Xtra for the work, but did a less than average results. I did try them again for another unit which had fairly new carpeting. I was very pleased with the work they did for this unit. If you have serious stains, I'd seek out other estimates. The carpet in my first may have been impossible to clean. It would have been better for me to have met with at least one additional service provider to assess the carpet.

It was really dirty and he cleaned it the best he could. The next day it was still not clean and the company came back and did it again at no charge. That is great service!!

Great job. Carpets are so much better looking and fresher smelling than when they started.

My carpet and rugs came out looking great BUT... They damaged the wooden stairs in my house by dragging their heavy equipment up and down them instead of lifting them up. Also, they said that the cleaning solution was odorless, but two weeks later, a nasty odor still lingers in my house.

These guys are really great. I would recommend them to anyone. The service from the office staff to the carpet cleaners were professional, courteous, on time. They even let me upgrade to a bigger deal after I had paid for the previous deal. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with the service. In fact, Robert, my incredible technician came back at no extra charge to go over a high-traffic area again. You will get guaranteed terrific value and service with Quality Carpet Cleaning.

They did a good job. The carpets were very dirty as I had not had them cleaned in years. My office carpet was especially dirty and they came back and redid it. I will not wait so long to have them cleaned again and will use Quality Carpet again.

Carpet cleaned well for the advertised amount. There was no pressure to purchase more. However, I did have additional items I wanted cleaned. I was quoted a fair price. However, service person forgot to spot clean one of the agreed on rooms and I did not check it before they left. I am sure if I had noticed it before he left he would have cleaned it as service person was nice and very professional. Those areas that were cleaned looked great and stayed clean. I did not call to ask them to return to clean the missed room. I assume they would have done it if I reported the problem but I didn't want to miss work for another appointment for a small area. Quality carpet contacted me for follow up and came out and cleaned the missed area. Definitely deserve an A plus rating. They care a great deal about their reputation with the Angie's list community. I will call them when I need work done.
