The servicemen were very polite, quick and courteous. They got right to work and in an hour all work had been done. They were given a very dirty carpet and it needed a lot of attention. They did it all. I could recommend this team to anyone and feel as if I was giving the asker the best of information. I will probably use this company again in the future

He showed up at the end of the scheduled time, but spent at least two hours doing a wonderful job on our very dirty beige carpet. He worked very hard, and did a thorough job. I would defintely hire again.

They were good. They did a perfectly fine job. It was the same for me as the work they did a year before. They were prompt, thorough and on time. I would use them in the future.

Even though the Angie's List deal was for $97, the representative told me that my condo rooms were too large and that it would cost more that the original cost. I paid the extra money and he did do more than I had originally requested. And he did a good job.

It was fine. They did a great job. They provided good service. They had to come back because on the loveseat, they didn’t get all the spots out. So they sent 2 charming men to come back and clean it. They didn’t like the smell of the carpet so they redid the living room carpet. When they came back the 2nd time, it looked really nice. Mike over there was just great. I called up and told them I have a problem and they sent out a person right away.

Got the deal for $97 on Angie's List which was supposed to include one piece of furniture and three rooms - when they arrived, I asked if they could do two flights of stairs (from the first floor to second floor and from the second floor to the third floor) in lieu of the three rooms. They charged me an extra $60 for this, which seems a little excessive (the whole thing took them an hour - I think they could have included both flights of stairs under the deal I bought). They were on time, courteous and professional, and the company called me multiple times to let me know when they were coming and to see if I had a good experience. Overall, gave a B because I think they could have included 2 flights of stairs rather than 3 rooms, but the work they did and the experience was positive. Happy with the results. UPDATE 10/18/13: I am changing my rating to an A because they refunded my $60 after reading my Angie's List review - wow! I didn't even ask for it! Great customer service!

Our technician was Randy. He did a good job and was a pleasant fellow. There were a few spots he could not get completely out but he told us beforehand that would the case. Overall the carpet feels a lot cleaner and looks nicer.

Showed up on time. Surveyed area to be cleaned. Provided estimate before starting work and explained how some stains were permanent or result of wear and could not be removed. Very satisfied with results.

They were on time and friendly they did not try and sell me more services than I wanted. The cleaners moved a large club chair @ heavy coffee table so they could clean the area rug in the den. They made it look like a new rug. In the living room they moved 2 Lazy Boy Reclines @ a table. The living room looks very nice, my little dog threw up just before they came and they got that out. The heavy traffic areas the hall and area of rug around the slate entrance at the front door. My husband and I moved into this house about 25 years ago and this very thick carpet was already here. My husband and I always had a hard time with the self propelled vacuum, because the carpet is so thick so even though the vacuum would work in the self propelled mode on area rugs it was like pushing a tank over this carpet. It is a very good carpet, but not fun to vacuum or use rented rug cleaners or the store bought rug cleaner. We are Senior Citizens and doing that kind of house is too hard for us. I am very happy with the results of the carpet cleaning. It looks better, than it has looked in a long time. And with 2 dogs it smells nice and fresh. Also they put little square paper to protect the feet of the coffee table and club chair. They were quick and did a very nice job. Also the office made a phone call to check and see if I was happy with the work. That's a sign of a company who cares about keeping their customers happy. I am glad that I joined Angie's list! After calling around for different quotes we went with Quality Carpet Cleaning because of the fantastic Big Deal they had going: $109 for 2 rooms plus stairs. We were selling our condo and wanted to clean the carpet before we moved out for the new owner and there were some bad stains on the stairs. Robert and his assistant arrived early and pre-treated the stained area with stain remover for an extra charge that we discussed over the phone. They cleaned the bedrooms and then tackled the stairs: all the stains were gone and the carpets all looked fluffy and brand new. These guys worked h****** a hot day and really did a great job.

The cleaning deal was supposed to use a protectant. When I asked, they were fake and vague about what kind it was. They left me with some discoloration on the carpet. They were below the standard of what I usually get from that company.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine.

Angel Flores arrived on time and began cleaning. The whole house 3 bedrooms, hall, living room, family room and dining area were completed in 1.5 hours. Very efficient!

I purchased the $97.00 coupon thru Angie's List. We scheduled the cleaning for an empty one bedroom apartment. This is a rental and I live 50 miles away therefore, I gave the cleaner the lock box code. One day after carpet cleaning, I came to the apartment and inspected the work. It looked great. In a few days the apartment was rented.

The cleaning went great, they were 2 hrs early, and it took them about 2hrs for the work to be done. the guys were great and very professional.

Carpets were quite soiled. After cleaning, carpets did not look as good as hoped, and we planned to have another company reclean. However, this company called to access our satisfaction and insisted on recleaning at no additional charge. The technician, Mike, was highly professional both times, and worked as hard as anyone could to do a great job for us. This is the kind of company we want to work with - one with high standards, and sincere attention to customer satisfaction. I would recommend them, and would not hesitate to call them for future work.

The carpets look fantastic! The dry time was reasonable and not oversaturated as you see with some other carpet cleaners. The service was very professional. I would definitely recommend Quality Carpet Cleaning and use them again.

The service went fine, and they did not charge me more than the $97 big deal I purchased. The price was fair. The quality of the service was good. I did call them, asked them to come back, and go over some areas again, and they did that at no additional charge.
