Arrived on time and quickly got to work. Tile looks great, very clean. I am not sure if the seal was strong enough as it was a spray but only time will tell. The technician was very pleasant and neat about his work.

I think they are A quality. Their scheduling is great. They are very responsive. They schedule you immediately. They are on time. Their professionalism is great. All the people that have come to do the carpet have been all professional. They do a really thorough job. I’ve been very impressed. They are very clean in how they do the job from the start to the end.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was fine. They did a good job in a reasonable time. It was a typical carpet cleaning service. There was nothing extraordinary one way or the other. We would consider using them again.

I had thought I purchased an option to clean a couch for another $30.00 or so. However, we were then quoted another $200.00 once they arrived for the couch. We just added another room and removed the couch option.

There was a better deal with this service provider that I purchased instead. I appreciate that the service provider readily told me about this option.

It turned out very well! We have used them several times before with deals from Angie's list. My report today would be a carbon copy of our other experiences. We added on a couple of add-ons that we wanted. It cost us about $200. They listen, they're flexible and they are very professional. They do a wonderful job. They inform you every step of the way exactly what's going on, what can't be done, what can reasonably be done and what they expect to achieve. So no inflated claims or misdirection or anything. They're very honest.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were very, very nice. They came, did it and left. There were no problems with scheduling. The young men were very professional. It worked out well. They were amazingly professional. I had a minimal amount of space to be cleaned. It was good. They were very good.

We had two rooms that desperately needed the area rugs cleaned...especially the office where our dogs stay during the day while we are at work. I really liked that no harsh chemicals were used because one of the rugs cleaned was in our baby's room. All previous odors and stains were gone after he was finished with the job and Angie's List discounts were accepted. The person was on time and very courteous. I would definitely recoommend this service to a friend.

I needed carpet repair, and happened to see that a highly-rated company was offering a deal (with just two days left). I bought it online, and the office called immediately to schedule for the next day. Gilberto and his assistant arrived when they said they would and did a beautiful job very quickly. The deal covered one patch, but I needed two, so they did the additional one for a slight discount, as well (I ended up getting $300 worth of work for $200). By the way, don't throw out the extra pieces when you have carpet installed; I was lucky in being able to buy a matching remnant, and, though it wasn't wide enough, Gilberto pieced it very nicely. (The cats are on notice to behave themselves in the future.)

Quality Carpet Cleaning sent Freddy. Freddy is engaging, professional and very responsive to any direction or requests. We had new flooring in the house and I asked him to be careful and use tarps. He did so gladly. He was very efficient. Initially, I had scheduled this appointment through the Big Deal offer. However, because of scheduling problems and miscommunication, I canceled and asked for a refund. The owner of Quality Carpet Cleaning called me and told me that they wanted to make the deal good and asked me to try again. They offered the service for free. Now that's customer service and rare today. Freddy came, he did a great job!

Company was very easy to contact and set up appointment. Cleaners did a professional job of moving all furniture, cleaning and sealing, and then replacing furniture. I will use them again and recommend their service to others.

I am very happy with the results. Mike came out yesterday and did a terrific job! There was a 3 hour window, and when he was leaving from his previous job, he called me to give me notice that he was on his way. I had bought a special for $97 in which three bedrooms and a couch would be cleaned. I had already contacted the Quality Carpet Cleaning office about including the hallway ($15), and two chairs ($40 each). It turned out that there was a charge of $5 more because one of the chairs is a recliner. I also asked for an estimate of what it would cost extra for odor elimination due to my cat peeing on the back of one of the chairs. because my cat had peed on the back of one of those chairs--on a cushion that could not be removed. I also let Mike know that my cat had peed in two bedrooms (in a spot under my bed and in front of the closet in another room). (Her name is Lucky--I say it's because she's "lucky to be alive!" She's actually a very sweet kitty most of the time but has an unfortunate way of expressing negative opinions!) Mike let me know that the odor removal spray would cost extra--$35 per room/chair for an extra $105. He also said that the type of fabric on my chairs could p***** and he recommended a special wash that would help keep it from puckering during cleaning, which cost an extra $80. Lastly, he recommended a "power wash" for my carpet because it was in such bad shape, but I had to draw the line somewhere on the cost, so I nixed that. As it is, though, he did such a smashing job on the carpets, it turns out that the power wash was not needed! All the while, Mike was diligent, courteous and then cleaned up afterward. My only negative comments would be because of the cost (I was originally expecting around $200 but with the add-ons, it got closer to $400--but I felt they were necessary so I okayed the extra expense), and that the smell of what was used for the pet odor was so strong that I felt sick last night and while I've been home today because of it. However, when I contacted Quality Carpet Cleaning to ask for help to eradicate the smell, they assigned Mike to come back tomorrow to re-rinse the upholstery. Excellent service! Correction: The $80 was not for puckering of the fabric. I evidently misunderstood Mike. He is out here right now to re-rinse the upholstery to eliminate that smell, and he clarified that we had spoken about the extra charge being for a special fabric cleaner to help maintain the integrity and color of the fabric. (The fabric was actually already a bit puckered from a previous cleaning.)

The technician not only resolved the pet stains beautifully, but also removed some mystery stains that were here when we bought the house and which a previous carpet cleaner had not been able to budge. He specified the possible sources of the stains (i.e. protein from baby formula, ink, etc.) and worked vigorously to remove them. The carpets were not soaked, and they dried within hours with no wrinkling. The result was a fresh and clean space. I purchased an Angie's List deal and got more than my money's worth. My only question surrounds some awkwardness at the end of the transaction when I felt that some sort of tip was expected. Is this standard? Perhaps I misunderstood. Again, excellent quality work.

My off white carpeting looks like new. They are coming back for another round of trying to get some pesky spots out, but overall so happy the carpets look the best they have ever looked since they were new! I have had other carpet cleaningcompanies and no one compares. My spiral stairway always got the brunt end of the dirt showing with so much traffic (I have all boys) and it looks so good now! Now I have a no shoe policy up the stairs! I would highly recommend Angelo and his team to everyone! They also provide a 30 day guarentee to come back and get out any stuborn stains they might have been an issue the first time, terrific!! I cannot say enough good things about this company and crew. They were professional, quick, and cleaned the whole house like I was hoping. Use them they are just great!!

The carpets did not get cleaned well. I did not like his attitude. It was nonprofessional and I would not use this service again.

This $97 Angie's List deal was a real winner! Kenny and his assistant showed up on time, reviewed the areas to be cleaned, and got right to work. They moved all necessary furniture themselves and steam cleaned the carpeting, catching every nook and cranny. It's an old carpet, in need of replacement, yet they eliminated spots and brought out the color better than any of their predecessors. Kenny was polite and professional. I will absolutely ask for him the next time we need carpet cleaning.
