Quality carpet service was excellent. I have white berber carpets throughout my condo. My entry way and a closet in one bedroom were especially soiled. I was worried that the entryway would not be able to come back to looking like the rest of my place but they did a fantastic job and it all looks like new. Jose and Hector were on time, professional, friendly, took great care of my furnishings, worked quickly and answered all of my question. They moved large pieces of furniture like my sofa and dining table even though I didn't ask them to. They even put on booties when they finished so their shoes did not touch my newly cleaned carpets. How much better could it be? I will definitely use Quality Carpet Cleaning when my carpets again need cleaning. I am so glad I read their great reviews on Angie's list and was encouraged to try them.

They did a great job! Got a light gray colored carpet looking new again. They offered and I paid for safety bleach, a $50 supplement, to be applied to prevent dirt from rising up.

It worked out pretty well. They don’t wear uniforms or ID badges so when the person showed up, I didn’t know who he was at first. So it would have been nice if he explained where he was from so it made sense but I was expecting somebody from there so I was able to figure out and let him in. He did try to get some of the stains out that are pretty well set. This is a light colored carpet and some of those stains that did not want to go away but he tried to get them out. He offered to spray the protector but it was close to the price of the cleaning, which was kind of high. We have had the carpet for over twelve years so parts of it are wearing out pretty well, it might live through one more washing and then we might need to get it replaced so we didn’t want to put the protector because of the price. They usually have those plastic papers that they put underneath the feet of the sofas and the tables so that they will not stain the carpet as it dries and he ran out of those, he didn’t not bring enough, so he wasn’t prepared enough. They were supposed to call us and let us know when they were coming, we didn’t get a phone call, and they showed up early. We had requested the phone call to let us know because we had things that were going on.

They were very nice and we will use them in the future. The lady who took the appointment was very cordial and confirmed that the scheduling went through okay. He showed up an hour early without any notice after we had advised to have a phone call prior to the arrival. The gentleman didn't have a uniform, ID card, or a business card.

It turned out good. They came out a week after purchase. There was an extra charge of $40. I would refer them and it is not as clean as I thought it would be. I would use them again.

He was very fast and efficient. He was very nice. He did a fantastic job. He was working by himself and did a wonderful job. I will be using him again.

Good - They arrived on time and waited for us to get there as my wife was running late - Bad - They tried to up sell us the entire time; I know they are running a business, but enough is enough - They did not get the pet urine smell out of the carpet; I don't believe they deodorized the carpet or injected enzymes - They only spent like 30 mins doing the room; not sure how they could have done a good job within 30 mins - They used our water hose which is fine (standard for industry) but almost broke it because of the pressure on it

They were punctual, courteous,and professional. The kitchen chairs were soiled and after their cleaning the chairs looked like new. The carpets were cleaned and smelled good. They did not take a long time to clean as many other companies do.

It went fine. There was an added cost. They were friendly.

Technicians were professional and punctual. I had a bad stain in the walkway of the bedroom carpet so when their office called me to see how the cleaning went, they offered to come out again. They said they wanted me to be completely satisfied with the results...and I was! I absolutely love that Quality Carpet Cleaning followed up even after the second time...now that's customer service!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was the absolute worst experience of my life. They ruined my carpet and it took about 4 months with them coming back and other people coming back. They wound up replacing my carpet because they ruined it. The technician kept having trouble with the machine because it kept turning off in the truck outside. He left the sprayer on my carpet and when it would come back on, it totally saturated my carpet. I had mold and mildew. It was a terrible thing. He put a spot on my hardwood floors right next to my carpet. The company sent somebody else to clean the carpet. They had to replace the padding and then instead of replacing all the padding, they just replaced a very small section of the padding so I could tell the difference because it wasn't the same in the height of the padding. When they cut the carpet to fix the padding, they couldn't put it back together so the seams were all jagged and rough. They came out to clean the carpet again and the carpet shrunk because of all the mistreatment. They could no longer attach it to the tack boards. They charged me additional. It was absolute terrible, terrible, terrible service. I would absolutely not use them again and I would never recommend them.

Companies that perform their profession well are many. As consumers, we expect a company to do its job. And we sometimes complain when they do not. But the true measure of a company is how, when there is an issue, they handle those instances when the customer is dissatisfied. Many companies become defensive. Many more ignore your complaint. And a few work hard to make it right. Quality Carpet Care is one of the few who take your complaints seriously. I had an issue with the final pricing, and the owner of the company made it right. That says volumes about the integrity and customer service of Quality Carpet Care. This carpet cleaning was a bit of an emergency. My folks had dropped their standard poodle off and when we returned, he had diarrhea all over the living room floor. We picked up what we could, but I was told to leave the remainder and not try to scrub it clean because it would set the stains. Obviously, the living room couldn't stay like this I checked Angie's List and found Quality Carpet Care and they were highly rated. Even better, they offered an Angie's List coupon. Quality Carpet Cleaning was fast, with same day service, and they were timely, coming out even earlier than the appointment time. The carpet cleaning came out with excellent results, and I must say the poodle poo was removed and the carpet smells like sunshine. Thank you Quality Carpet Care!!

They sent an experienced technician and did a great job. There were some spots remaining on stairs, and I called them next day and they sent another person right away and they re-clean the stairs. Will definitely use them again.

The work went great. They were on time, professional, and prompt.

He arrived on time and within 1-½ hours had cleaned all areas. If any spots/stains resurface within 30 days of cleaning, Quality Carpet Cleaning will come out and clean those areas again. 2 weeks later, stains resurfaced in the upstairs hallway. I called Quality Carpet and they cheerfully set up an appt. to clean the hallway a second time. The second cleaning was Sept. 25, 2013 and the stains have not returned.

The crew arrived within the specified time frame. After measuring the area, they went right to work. The sofa that they cleaned is covered in an off-white canvas fabric. My dogs had rubbed against it so much, it was dark gray along the front. The technician said he would do his best to clean it. When I saw the finished result, I could not believe my eyes! The sofa is once again the same color all over. They completed the whole job in under 2 hours. My house looks and smells fresh and clean again.

Carpets were new again. Plus, he steamed cleaned areas that my Huskies would lay against, which was very nice of him.

Polite, on time, courteous, informed. I'd recommend to anyone and they will be my first call in the future.

The men were very professional and punctual. One room probably needs to be redone, it still does not smell as fresh as I would like it to smell. I understand that sometimes you can't tell in terms of odor until the carpet dries. I did point out with this one bedroom that this was a primary problem that I hoped they would address. I have used other companies previously and have never hit the 350.00 charge and the charge is usually in the 275.00 range for the same services for less area space, including area rugs. The jobs from the other companies were great. I wanted to use this company because I was just trying someone new and they had the special for 97.00. I was shocked at how much the services cost for this company. In terms of the charges it felt a little like "bait and switch." It is only due to the cost that I would not use this company again. Again, the men who came to my home were courteous, friendly, and professional and seemed to be skilled. I was charged an additional 450.00 on top of the 97.00. I realize that I asked for more services than in the special but in line with what I have paid previously, I did not expect charges to go over 300.00 that would include the 97.00. I use rug cleaning services 2-4 times per year. Also, the deoderizing agent did not smell as pleasant, (actually it did not smell pleasant), as I am used to with other services. From their description, it did not seem like a deoderizer but more to deal with possible embedded pet stains, again, which other cleaners would have applied routinely and not charged an additional charge. There is usually an additional charge for deoderizing carpets but not for using routine cleaning pretreatments.The carpet just smelled a little like wet wool until it dried. Except for the one room that is still not fresh smelling, the deoderizer that did not smell like deoderizer, and the high cost, the rugs seemed to turn out OK.

They did everything I expected from a carpet cleaning company. They raised all the furniture on plastic foam blocks or plastic sheeting. They paid extra attention to all the pet spots and did a great job of making the bleached spots disappear. They vacuumed out the excess moisture so the carpets were walkable by evening and they treated the carpet so hopefully the dog won't detect where she messed and be tempted to mess again. Great service.

Provider was quick and through. My carpets looked significantly better than I expected them to and the stains have yet to reappear. They showed up on time and the technicians were very polite!
