First let me say that Chris, scheduler and receptionist is an excellent employee. Good communicator and problem solver. She rearranged my cleaning date per my last minute request, and Angel and his assistant arrived to clean 4 rooms and a hall, which were in need of a good cleaning. There were newer spots in the family room from a gathering my daughter had recently and we agreed to pay a little extra for a better result. The (old) sand colored carpeting was brightened uniformly and looked good. I was happy with their hard work though a couple of minor things could have been different. I had cleared most all furniture except entertainment center, sofa and recliner. I offered to help move the recliner (hint) and they did it on their own. I didn't realize until they left that they had not moved the sofa at all. Had to ask for carpet protectors, didn't use wall bumpers, lightly tracked up a marble hall (though I had put down a couple of towels), took a little longer than anticipated to dry. These were minor things. However, later we thought we were having computer router problems and then over a couple of days discovered that certain electrical outlets were inoperable. A day or so later, we stepped into the garage to find water on the floor from a defrosted freezer (no power). We had previously checked the breakers and arrived at the conclusion that maybe the source was in wiring. Right about then, Quality Carpet called to follow up on their service and I mentioned our dilemma. Like magic they immediately arranged for a local professional to evaluate and fix the problem. A weekend, no less. Turned out to be a breaker problem that was not apparent (even to the electrician) initially. WOW. Can't say enough about the integrity and service provided by this company. To top things off, within the fist week I could see the that the stains were faintly recurring in the family room. They immediately dispatched an employee to take care of that too. They did not make any money on this job, but they have gained a loyal lifetime customer. Thank you Quality Carpet cleaning.

We had an estate sale the weekend before we had all the carpets cleaned. Quality came in cleaned and sanitized the carpets. They did a great job.

This was the first "deal" I purchased and wasn't sure what to expect. I was concerned that anything "extra" would be expensive. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional, clean, and courteous. When I told them the areas I wanted cleaned, they said it was all covered under the deal. I asked about Scotchguard and it was only $35 more, which I thought was reasonable. They were done quickly and were nice enough to leave 3 pairs of plastic "booties" so we could walk on the carpet without getting our feet wet! I guess due to the fact that I was using a "deal" they were not able to deep clean some spots but I was advised of that when I made the appointment. I also hadn't had my carpet cleaned since I had it installed about 5 years ago! Overall, the carpet looks great and I'll do a better job of getting them cleaned more often!

performed as outlined on Deal. Clean, fast, responsiveness, but most of all, a thank you letter, very detailed as related to my particular job, came back to re do 2 cushions of antique nature. In spite of bringing into house a lot of equipment, house remained intact and clean if not cleaner than before job started. Professional experienced person Randy did a great job. eleanor schuster

Tile floors in high traffic areas were done.(kitchen entryway, and bathrooms) |Some grout in bathrooms and kitchen that were close to walls did not get cleaned. I had to do it with a grout brush later.

They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently. They were able to remove stains that seemed permanent - carpet looked like new when they finished. Fairly priced - would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very convenient. They were very friendly and the guys did take some time to give me advice on maintaining carpets with pets in the household. That was nice; otherwise the service was pretty average, not incredible or not bad. It was what I had expected.

They were great. They carpet cleaners were very professional and great. They got the job done in a couple of hours. They were great about scheduling.

I bought an Angie's list deal for quality carpets. When the guy arrived he tried to sell me something else. Then he cleaned my carpets and gave me a 30 day guarantee. The stains and dirt makes were back within days. When they came back out to fulfill their guarantee they refused to clean again and tried to sell me something else. I asked to speak with management but they never called me back. I would never recommend them and will never use them again.

Tell provider to lay a tarp or poll of paper down to the area he cleans, Left footprint marks on floor as he left. Had to scrub to clean them.

Cleaned rugs and recliner chair. Removed a lot of ground-in dirt.

The technicians allotted time was from 8-11 and to my surprise they arrived at 0750; they called before they approached the house. The lead technician was very respectful, he explained the cleaning process and answered any questions that I had. I did feel that pet chemical treatment was pushed a little, but I was able to bargain a good deal....no complaints. It only took them 1 and half to clean the living room / dinning room combo, small hallway, formal sitting room, stairwell, 2 bedrooms, and another hallway. After each room he wanted to me inspect the carpet. The carpet in the house is old and has many permanent stains which look lighter, but unfortunately not gone. They also have a 30 days policy, if you are not pleased they will come back out.

House was very dirty. Did not try to upsell. Was very realistic. Definitely use him again.

Jacob was very polite, respectful and helpful. My wall to wall flat weave wool carpets look like new. He worked very hard and quickly. If I had known it would be this easy and fast and results would be this good I would have used this company a long time ago. I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends. Thank you!

Frist, I was very impressed with their office organization - they kept me informed of when to expect the crew. And the crew was very punctual as was the follow up from the office after the crew had left to make sure I was happy. The quality of the work was very good and I am completely satisfied. When you use this company, you can count on them showing up when they say there are going to, with good attention to detail. A real pleasure to do business with them.

I've had a very good experience with them. They don't service my current address but if they did, I'd use them in an instant. The owner is very good. He was able to handle anything that came up and take care of any issues. I was very happy with their service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went great. They charged a little extra for the hallway; it was an extra $15. The carpets look great. It was a great deal. He was very thorough. The sides of the stairs were extra dirty and he manually brushed them. They contacted me the next day and we scheduled it for the following Friday so it was really fast. He called me right before he came so I could come home from work. He was very professional. He laid down mats on the floor to walk in and out of the house so he wouldn't get it dirty. I would use him again without reservations.

The carpet cleaning was excellent. We had an small issue that the company responded to quickly and efficiently. We would use them again in the future to clean our carpets.
