We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. I paid more than the big deal price, it was not too much more. They did a fine job.

Everything turned out fine. Scheduling went well and they came out soon after I purchased the big deal. One cleaner came out to do the work and it took about 2 hours to complete. I was happy with the results.

He came on the scheduled time. Gave suggestions as to which room to clean. Overall they did an excellent job and would definitely have them come out again.

I had my carpets cleaned by QUALITY CARPET CLEANING INC about 6 months ago and they did a great job. I have had my carpets cleaned before many times, but this was the best the carpet has ever looked afterward. They contacted me a few days ago to see if I were interested in holiday cleaning and as it happens I had just gotten their magnet out with their phone # to contact them. I would highly recommend them.

They did a great a job. Rafael contacted me to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived, I mentioned that I have a dog and I asked about deep cleaning. Rafael explained what they could do and I decided to spend the extra money to have the deep cleaning done and also had them apply scotch guard. They were done in about an hour. It was a very hot day so the carpet dried in about 6 hours. The carpet looked brand new again. All the stains were gone! I was very happy with the service.

Since I had 2 area rugs instead of carpet I didn't get to take advantage of the special price. I still cannot understand that since the area rugs are smaller than a carpet would have been. However they did a great job at what I considered a fair price.

Confusion on the service they could provide

Quality Care cleaned 3 bedroom carpets. When they showed up, they wanted extra money for 'additional scrubbing'. The carpets were cleaned about 6 months prior, and the stains that were on the carpet seemed like normal stains that should have been covered with a standard cleaning package. I paid the extra $50 dollars, but I was not comfortable with it.|Overall, the carpets were not as clean as they were with other carpet cleaners I used in the past. The carpets had a dim look to them after the cleaning and had a bad smell that did not go away for a few days. The cleaning fluid had a foul smell to it, and I think it was time to change the cleaning fluid on their truck. |Needless to say, I am sticking with my local carpet cleaner who has performed a much better job in the past than quality care. The carpets looked brighter when they were done, and I did not experience the bad smelling carpet afterwards.|I mentioned these issues to the office and they offered to rectify the problem. But they would have sent the same truck over to 're-clean'. I declined.

They first gave our carpet the $97 coupon cleaning. When we purchased the deal we were under the impression that our carpets would be given their usual quality cleaning for a discounted price. They arrived on time and were very professional. They finished in about 30 minutes which is about an hour quicker than anyone else has ever finished. The carpets looked exactly the same only now they were wet. We get our carpets cleaned twice a year and our kids are away at college so they weren't terribly dirty just traffic areas showed some dirt. So when I asked them about it I was told that this is what you get for $97. If you want them really CLEAN you have to pay an EXTRA $97. So I paid it and they look better now. I felt totally lied to and misled by the "deal". After the above review, the manager called me and apologized. He said that was not a good representation of his company. He told me he was refunding my original $97 plus the additional $97. I told him that he didn't have to refund my original $97. I paid for a service and I just wanted what I thought I bought . So the carpets are clean and the stains didn't come back. There are discoloration spots where they sprayed the stains but the stains are gone.

Carpet cleaner arrived on time and was professional. My coupon included a one piece upholstery cleaning but I did not need it. Service was quick and hassle free. Cleaned the living room carpet and stairs.

A cup of coffee was dropped on our cream, shag area rug at 9:30, and I immediately contacted them (from their great reviews on Angie's List), and had them come out. They were able to be there by 12:00, which made me extremely happy because I didn't want the coffee to sit long. The technician was very professional and polite. He made suggestions, and was not trying to scam me for more money. My stairs needed cleaning, too, so he went on and did them while he was here. My carpets look great, and I was so happy with the customer service. Upon paying the bill, he accidentally over charged me $20, and I didn't catch it, and he came back after leaving and made the correction! I was impressed! The main office called shortly after to make sure I was pleased with my service. I will definitely use them again!

He worked very fast. There were some splotches on the rug, however he said they would disappear with time. They still have not disappeared.

They did good. But they need to spend a little more time cleaning the same spaces. Residual stains were evident. They worked a little too fast. But all in all good.

They cleaned dinning room, living room, and a hallway. It went very well. He was very careful and professional. The carpet was very dirty, and he was able to get all the stains out.

All areas with extra traffic were given special attention. I was extremely pleased with ALL aspects of the service.

Cleaned carpet in my house. The carpet came out clean and some spots we thought were permenant were removed. Didn't get a pitch to add any extras. Great job!!!
