I was very happy with the work, but less happy with their pricing. We responded to an Angie's List offer to clean three areas of our house (up to 250 sq. ft. each) for $97.00. We also asked them to do a few extras -- clean a couple of couches and a dining room chair, plus a small bedroom. They told me there'd be a separate charge, but I never got a firm estimate. I was a bit surprised to get the final bill, and see thant my $97 deal had turned into a $435 bill. I blame myself as much as I do the cleaning company -- which did a great job and was very professional about everything they did -- which earned extra points for following up by mail and by phone to make sure we were satisfied. Next time, get ALL the charges explained upfront so there won't be any unpleasant surprises. Lesson learned.

Cleaned (including Scotch Guard) carpet on stairway and hallway that had not been cleaned for 8 years; sofa upholstery.

The gentlemen was early which was fine with me and he listened to all my request. He completed the job in a timely manner and was a very pleasant person.

I was satisfied with the work. The technician was very nice and he did his job thoroughly. Scheduling went well and they were accommodating to my time frame.

All went perfectly. I was contacted immediately after purchasing the Big Deal. The piece was great so added on it to the deal to include cleaning all the carpets in our home., They called 20 minutes ahead of their arrival time and they showed up on schedule. They did a great job of cleaning the carpets, were careful to address all my requests for moving furniture, and protecting damp carpets from the furniture that remained in place. Very professional, though and courteous.

Their customer service was excellent even though I had to have them come out 3 times to clean the carpet. They were very agreeable and non-confrontational. They wanted to do a good service. The final product was very good. Because of the way they handled the situation, I would use them again.

Super professional and the carpets looked amazing! We were impressed, carpet cleaner was able to remove some old stubborn spots. They called when on the way, and then we received a follow up letter thanking us for the business. We would use this company again.

The provider showed up on time and did the work reasonably quickly (just under 2 hours). We had a 2-year old stain they took care of, and they left us a little bottle of carpet spot cleaner for next time. It's not the least expensive service out there, but I thought they did a great job!

They were very heavily soiled so I didn't have much hope, but Alex got them looking like almost new! Definitely will be a repeat customer

It went very well overall however when the man arrived at my house, he tried to charge me for items that I did not contract him for. I was able to negotiate with him what I wanted and I am very happy with the results.

Appreciate that they called to inform us of the delay, instead of making us sit at home all day wondering if they were coming. Once the technicians arrived, the service went very well. They were efficient and clean. Would use this provider again.

They are always responsive and on time. The carpets dry quickly. They do a great job and I have no complaints.

Quality Carpet Cleaning would have gotten an A in all areas, but they had to come out three times to get the job done. I bought the big deal to have the grout cleaned at my parent's condo. The first time they came they brought their carpet cleaning truck. I guess there was confusion with their dispatching. The second time they didn't remember the condo was too far from the street to get to with the truck unit. The third time worked like a charm. Quality Carpet Cleaning did an outstanding job. When they were done the serviceman sent me pictures for my approval. Because of the great quality of their work, I will use them again, probably at my home.

They did the work alright, but tried to sell much more. They diodn't move any furniture, and the price to move it was very high.

This is the 3rd time I have used quality carpet cleaning and again am very happy with their work. Mike showed up on time and got to work right away. He was done in no time. Mike was friendly and very professional. The carpets are old but they almost look like new now. He said they are a good quality carpet. I highly recommend Quality carpet cleaning inc and you cannot beat the price for the quality of work they do. I will be using them next to clean the carpets in my home.

They came in and soaked our carpet,all of the stains came back about 7 days later. Next time I will do it myself

Flat price from Angies list was great and less than other local services. Technician Al did a tremendous job and obviously put in a lot of time and extra effort on my dirty carpets. The work done was an A. Giving an overall of B, with C for responsiveness because there was a problem with the scheduler though. When I spoke with her on the phone, I made the point that other carpet cleaners had trouble accessing my townhome due to a low overhang over the driveway so that in the past only a standard sized van could get to my garage. I asked if the equipment was in a standard sized van and was told yes. Instead, a pickup truck with a unit carried on a trailer was sent. It fit down the driveway ok but the 2 together was so long it blocked my neighbor's garage too. The tech naturally did not want to get started and then have to move to allow them access to their garage in the middle of the job or something, and suggested a reschedule with different equipment to be sent. Fortunately the neighbors were home and said it was ok for him to be there for a couple of hours and I got the work done. It was afterwards very difficult for him to back out of the narrow driveway and garage area with the truck/trailer combo too. I will definitely use them again if I can figure out a way to get them to send the correct equipment the first time next time.

They did a great job, even getting out some pet stains on my white carpeting. They even included a walk-in closet for no extra charge.

Cleaned carpet. He did not ask about cleaning upholstered piece of furniture which was included in the deal. However, I was not really interested in the upholstery cleaning, and had said so to Kat who had made the appointment, so it didn't really matter to me. (I was not present at time of cleaning) I did tell her that I had a sofa that could be the item cleaned, but that the carpet was my main concern. Husband said he worked hard. |Would have liked a phone call confirming time the day before.
