It turned out perfect! Overall, they did a great job.

They were very prompt in scheduling the work. But the guy who came to clean the carpet was not professional . He argued on the room sizes even though they were less than 250 sq ft. In one of rooms there is a path way connecting to living room and the path way size is less than 10 sq ft and he wanted that to be counted as an additional room but after arguing about it finally he agreed to do the path and said he would nt move the couches and didn't clean up the mess he created by putting his machines in the hall way tile floor. When we explained this to the management they readily apologized for the situation and the manager insisted on doing an additional room for free so that I would feel better about it. So I agreed for them to come and do an additional room for free. Another crew member Robert came next day and did professional job and used the van mount machine so there isn't any mess inside my home. Overall it ended well. Appreciate management team

They are one of the best carpet cleaners I have ever had! They were very thorough, getting out all stains. They said if any of the stains came back up to call and they would come back and fix it. They were very professional and friendly. The carpets looked the best they have ever looked since the carpets were laid 10 years prior.

The work and results were excellent. I elected to have some extra treatment before the cleaning to ensure better results. There were some stubborn food stains and high traffic area stains. Extra attention was taken to give great results.

I was hesitant about having my carpet cleaned as the last carpet cleaning company did not get these problems resolved, despite the expensive cost. I will definitely use Quality Carpet Cleaning again.

When they came out they upcharged me for some spots that ended up coming back. I called them at which time they said they would come out for free. The guy came out and sprayed the spots and the spots still came back later on that day.

They’re really great. I was very pleased with them. They were courteous and competent. I have 3 round stains of red paint on my brand new white carpet. I called them and told them about the stain and that it was an emergency and they had somebody out here in 30 minutes. If they were not here, those stains would still be here. The guy told me that he was gonna have some surgery the next day but if I saw that there’s a little bit of pink, I should call his cousin so I called back. I asked them and the guy came out and worked a little harder on them. I cannot see the stain anymore and there was no extra charge.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They gave us an estimate on how we should proceed and we accepted their advice to not do the repair and to replace the floor instead. They gave us a full refund because we ended up not needing their service based on their recommendations. I was very impressed with the fact that they gave us advice even though it was against their own self interest. I was totally satisfied with their professionalism.

They did as stated in Angie's List. A few days later I received a 30-day guarantee letter from their corporate office. Would use them again in the future, should the situation warrants it.

Gilberto and his assistant showed up during the 3-hour window promised and were very professional and pleasant. I opted for a preventative treatment that Gilberto offered me because I have cats, but it wasn't high pressure sales. I was glad he gave me the option. The services were very good and inexpensive. Very professional and well priced. The technician, Mike, had me check over his work to see if all was OK and if there was anything that needed any touch up. Everything looked great, but after he had left I noticed a small high wear area that looked like it was possibly still a little dirty or else just worn. It was minor and I decided |I would deal with it myself. However, the next day their office gave us a follow-up call to see if everything went well. I responded yes, but I mentioned that I missed seeing the spot mentioned above but would take care of it myself. They would have no part of that and said they wanted COMPLETE satisfaction on our part and would send their technician out the next morning. Indeed, he showed up at 8 am sharp and cleaned not only that |small area but the whole room again. He was courteous and obviously desirous of making sure we were happy with the results. It was an impressive response; we will definitely use Quality again and recommend them as well. The excellent price was an internet special,but even the regular price was, I thought, quite reasonable.

He was prepared with the needed foam discs to be placed under my furniture until the carpet was dry. Excellent!!

The gentleman was good; he talked a lot, but he was helpful in providing tips in keeping the carpet clean and he moved the furniture.
