Henry was our Carpet Service Specialist and he did a wonderful job, he is very knowledgeable about his profession and explains everything very thoroughly. In addition he is very kind, respectful and courteous. We will most certainly ask for him again, the next time we use Quality Carpet Cleaning. Kudos!!!! For a job well done! our carpet looks great. Also, their customer service and follow up are the best, we received a phone call later in the evening to check on how the appointment went and if we were satisfied with the results or had any questions or concerns.....they also have a great satisfaction guarantee Program and will come back and redo any problem areas at no cost. Showed up on time, was courteous, and made sure I had an opportunity to review his work before he left. Everything I hoped for.

This is the best cleaning we have ever had, bar none.

Work was inconsistent. Large areas were done quite well but areas in corners, behind toilets and along edges of floor were not adequately cleaned before sealing. Adequate towels were not but down at edges of rugs adjacent to bathroom floor and the rugs at the edge of both bathrooms were wet and pulled up at the completion of the job.

It turned out very well. I was not here when they did the work; my inlaws were. Scheduling was simple and fairly quick.

The service was fine and I have no complaints. It was easy to schedule and they were on time for the appointment.

Cleaned my carpet, it dried quickly and high traffic areas looked great!!

They were good. They tried to get me to buy more stuff but I didn’t. They ended up accommodating me. They were reasonable because I used a coupon through Angie's List. I don’t remember but I am sure that they were responsive. I would probably hire them again but I am not sure if I would recommend them.

Immediately after purchasing the voucher you get a call from them checking up on you and trying to schedule in an appointment. They are definitely on top of their customer service and outreach. Scheduled a date for them to do a cleaning on the living couch since we were having guest over soon. They arrived on time as scheduled and even offered to do the rug that was under the couch on the spot for a little more but that was fine. Took about an hr to do both but it does take a little longer then they say to completely dry so you may need to plan to let it air out for a complete day for it to be done. Overall all they did a great job. We are happy with the experience and would use them again.

The first crew that came out was great. Very professional and friendly. We did have to call the company to have someone call back to see if they could take care of a spot that ended up not coming out the first time. Unfortunately, the guy they sent for the return call was not as good. He did do the work, but he was not as professional (left a lot of water on our wood floors while removing his equipment. He did not cleanup the water before leaving). The A rankings are for the first crew, the lower rankings are for the second guy that came.

Based on square feet & the description of how to calculate large rooms on their website, both myself and the customer service rep on the phone calculated 7 rooms. The onsite technician decided these areas were equal to 9 or 10 rooms - don't recall which. Anyway, of course that means more cost. He also added cost for a pet and cost for surface protection which was optional and I agreed to it, so the total cost ended up being $330. The technician was behind & arrived an hour or two after the scheduled window. He did call & let me know he was behind. The combination of being dark outside impacting the lighting inside and running so far behind resulted in a poor cleaning job. I received a letter that said customers had a 30 day guarantee so I contacted Quality and explained the issue. A 3-hour window appointment for re-cleaning was scheduled. At the end of that 3-hour window someone from the company arrived & said since he was in the area he was asked to check to see what the cleaning issues were and that the person who would do the cleaning was off. He acknowledged that re-cleaning was necessary. Another 3-hour window appointment has been scheduled for re-cleaning. On the positive side everyone I came into contact with were professional, pleasant and helpful. I will update once the re-cleaning is completed.

It went well but we needed to call them back for some spots they missed. They were very professional and prompt in coming back and completing the necessary touch ups.

This company subcontracts their workers so you never know who or what you are going to get. I had my tile and grout cleaned last Aug. by Peter and he did a great job and was friendly. I would of liked him to come back. Unfortunately, I got another person, which I will leave nameless, who wasn't pleasant stayed maybe 45 min. in total, didn't vacuum first. He didn't want to be here in the least. I won't be using this company again. They are basically a marketing company.

It was fine. It was done very quickly after the purchase. They were very polite and everything went very well. The price was very reasonable.

Repaired a hole worn in hall stairway carpeting. Gave a fair price to do extra work (which we chose to do) Worked very hard - even re-doing some of the work - to ensure that we were pleased

Carpets did get clean however he used way too much water so until it was completely dry next day carpet was all stretched out which never happened with other cleaners. . I mean really really stretched out |But I called them and they said when dry it would be back to normal .. Which it was .

It was ok. It was cheap and the gentleman was nice, but it wasn’t a deep cleaning like I had expected.

Cleaned couch upholstery and area rugs. They did an OK job. The area rugs seemed very wet afterward, so not sure if that is to be expected.

In fairness to the company, I didn't read the fine print in the tile/grout deal and my area or tile/grout cleaning exceeded the deal. The technician worked out a further discount which was agreeable to me. However, when the grout and tile were cleaned, he sealed the grout, and where the grout sealer dripped on the tile I still can see drops of it here and there. Also, when they returned to clean my carpet, I complained that against the walls (about 3" around the edges of the tiled rooms that were cleaned) the grout was not touched and was very dark compared to the cleaned areas. He scrubbed a few of the places I pointed out, but not all of it was made right. And they didn't seem to be too motivated to move any of the furniture to clean the carpet beneath when it came to the carpet cleaning deal. They just didn't give 100% to their tasks. Almost, but not quite. I don't expect "deals" to mean that the work performed would not be 100%. I don't think I'd use them again. Although the lead tech was pleasant, I had the feeling they weren't taking much pride in their work.

Quick response to set up schedule. Technician called to say he would be at the later end of the window they gave me. He was pleasant enough but reeked of cigarette smoke. I agreed to pay an extra $15 to substitute the stairs for an extra room covered in the voucher I bought. I used this company about 1.5 years ago and was quite pleased. This time the rug was left soaking wet in spots. I was going out immediately after the cleaning and not only were my socks soaked but a couple of inches of my jeans were soaked. 24 hours later the carpet was still very damp in places. 48 hours later it was still slightly damp and I was not able to use my dining room at all. I called to report the problem in response to a follow up call the company made. They offered to come out that evening and take care of it but at that point I didn't want more disruption and I wasn't sure what they could do about "dampness." It was finally dry after 60 hours and I could move my furniture back and use my dining room. Actual cleaning seems fine but my carpet was not that dirty so I cannot really tell. When I made the complaint the owner told me I should have kept my windows open because the humidity keeps the carpet from drying. Honesty, I wasn't home except to sleep and it was too cold to leave windows open even if I had thought of it. Usually carpet is dry in less than 24 hours. Good thing I was entertaining for the holidays. They sent a letter with an advertising magnet reminding me that there was a 30 day guarantee on results. Under the circumstances, I am surprised they didn't send me an apology and a voucher good for a reduced rate on a future cleaning. There was no company name on the technician's van. I wonder if they are using subcontractors and hence the inconsistent results. In the future I will probably use a cheaper independent worker and skip the middle man.

Mitch did a wonderful & thorough job & was extremey helpful in explaining things as well. I will definitely use their services again & will request him by name moving forward. ASK FOR MITCH! :-)
