That turned out great. Just one person came out and they stayed for about 3 hours. He did a good job and he was very thorough in his cleaning. He got most of the stains out. Scheduling was easy.

Carpets totally clean and spotless

It wasn’t really great. The carpet wasn’t as clean as I’d hope but it was old so it’s probably not their fault. They were all right. Their price is comparable with everybody else.

The guys that came were very nice but thy had to come back 2 more times and we wound up spending over $300. Their hose broke down and I had one area rug that was very expensive and they took it down to their garage to dry. When I brought it up I couldn't believe what I saw. It was as stiff as a board. It's a 3 by 5 and it could still be rolled. But I got hem to fix it. I probably won't call them again. They had excellent customer service and we paid a lot of money for a few area rugs to be cleaned and it just turned out to be very expensive and the job turned out to be OK in the end. The total cost was $335.

When they finished, they had several reasons the sofa cushions could not be cleaned better. As the cushions dried, they became very smeared and looked far dirtier than they did in the first place and I took pictures of the results They came back out and were able to get the cushions quite clean in about 15 minutes. MY question was why the cushions weren't cleaned properly the first time.

All in all it was a great experience. The gentleman that showed up was super friendly and very personable. Maybe slightly too much for my liking but all in all it was totally fine. I was a little disappointed that it was only one person because its quite hard to move dressers and such so I said he didn't have to clean under them. In the past when I've had my carpet cleaned there's always 2 people for this purpose.

Everything was really clean including pet stains. I did pay extra for a sectional and a pet stain treatment.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon on AL for 2 rooms, hall and stairs for the house I was moving out of. I scheduled the service after my landlord said to go ahead and have it done. At the last minute, the landlord changed his mind and said not to do it, as they would rather wait until painting was done, and might replace carpet. So I had to cancel very close to the job appt. They were very understanding and said no problem. Then Angie's List was kind enough to issue a credit for the unused Big Deal! I don't know about quality of job, but my limited experience was positive and easy.

The sofa remained dirty after they left. They destroyed my stair runner, which is valued at over $3,000. When I refused to pay the technician because the stair runner was ripped, he encouraged me to call 911, because he was not leaving without the money. I called Mark Wills, the manager at Quality Carpet Cleaning, who gave me great phone talk, and he sent out two additional workers. One of them continued to abuse my carpet runner as well as my stairs, while the other said it would need to be replaced. Quality Carpet Cleaning has refused to replace my ruined runner. and I am now taking them to court. Do not use this company.

Exceptional! We had some stains of unknown origin that other cleanings have failed to remove. Quality Carpet Cleaning got the spots out and our carpet looked fantastic.

Jose and Hector did a great job. Jose showed me a couple of areas where stains were not able to be taken out even with the deep carpet cleaning. The stains looked like they had been made by ink or some solvent. Jose said that the only way to resolve the problem was to bring in someone who repairs carpets. I agreed with him and planning to do that in the very near future. Jose told me that some customers like a lemon scented rinse which adds a little more strength to the cleaning and gives the carpet a fresh scent. I opted to pay the $25 dollars for that and I'm glad I did. After two weeks, the carpets still smell fresh and clean. After finishing the job, Jose reminded me that there is a 30 day guarantee on the work and not to hesitate to call Quality Carpet Cleaning if I need them to come back and fix the problem. That evening, Quality Carpet Cleaning called to see if I was happy with the work and remind me again of their 30 day guarantee. That shows me the company is cutomer oriented. I gave "A's" to all the Rating Categories except Punctuality which I gave them a "B". I had a 1 PM appointment with Quality and they didn't call me until about 1:20 PM to tell me that they were running a little late and would be at my place by 2 PM which they were. I can understand running late, but I did think that Quality should have called me about an hour before my appointment to inform that they were running late. For calling late is the only reason that I gave them a "B" in Punctuality. I do have one suggestion for Quality is that they make sure that they have a large supply of shoe covers for their customers. Quality doesn't put paper down after cleaning the carpets because customers could easily slip on the paper and instead of paper, Quality gives customers shoe covers. I think that this is a great idea. There was only one pair left in the truck which was ok by me since I live alone, but it would have been a problem at home where more than one person resides. I think that Quality should estimate two pair of coverings per person in the house. Thanks to Angie's List, I was able to find Quality Carpet Cleaning and would definitely recommend them highly.

It was OK.Didn't see anything special to call them extra ordinary.The deal was saying three areas and loft or stairs. I know my house is big, wanted to clean perticular areas which wasn't that big.For example my bathroom, loft area in upstairs.But the guy was complaining that your area is big. Those area weren't that big though.Only one person came, didn't move any furniture, just clean whatever empty space was in front of the sofas which wasn't that much area.Didn't see to put any extra effort to do the job. That's all.

I have purchased more than 4 coupons from Quality Carpet and have pleased each time.Several times I had more square footage than was covered in the coupon and they have always worked out a very fair price for me. They call promptly and are able to schedule within days.They follow up and stand by their work.They are a pleasure to do business with.

My carpets are very badly stained and when Quality Carpet Cleaning arrived to do the work they advised that they would have to come back the following day to do a significant amount of work. They also advised that the stains were so bad that they would not fully come out. Instead of spending an additional $300 for carpets that would still look stained, they graciously agreed to a refund.
