They were prompt and the price was fair. When a small mistake was made, they corrected it quickly. I will use them again if I ever need an engineer.

The engineer spent time crawling under the house, climbing up into the attic, and investigating the interior and exterior of my home. He detialed my problems, using pictures of all of the above, and thorougly explained my options. For an additional cost I received a full, printed report.

I am in the process of trying to figure out if I can remove a wall in my condo. Peter looked at the blue prints of the building and told me which walls were structural walls (could not be removed). He did all of this for me for free. He was very easy to work with and explained what he saw in the blue prints well.
